Paragvajski tužitelj zadužen za borbu protiv narkokartela Marcelo Pecci ubijen je u utorak dok je bio na medenom mjesecu na kolumbijskom karipskom otoku, a napadači su pobjegli u čamcu, rekli su policija i njegova udovica.
Paragvajski predsjednik osudio je zločin kao "kukavičko ubojstvo", a kolega tužitelj rekao je da način ubojstva podsjeća na "mafiju", prenosi BBC.

Pecci (45) je ubijen s dva hica dok se opuštao na plaži na idiličnom turističkom otoku Baruu, prema izjavi njegove supruge, paragvajske novinarke Claudie Aguilere.
Par se vjenčao 30. travnja u obližnjem gradu Cartageni.
"Dvojica muškaraca napala su Marcela. Došli su (morem) u malom čamcu ili na jet skiju, istina je da nisam dobro vidjela", rekla je Aguilera za list El Tiempo.
Jedan od napadača je prišao i "bez riječi je pucao u Marcela dva puta, jedan (metak) ga je pogodio u lice, a drugi u leđa", opisala je.
Aguilera, koja je trudna, rekla je da njezin suprug s kojim je u braku manje od dva tjedna, nije dobivao nikakve prijetnje.
Hotel Decameron, u kojem je par odsjeo, u priopćenju je naveo da su "atentatori došli na plažu... i napali i ubili jednog od naših gostiju".
Motiv ubojstva zasad nije poznat, ali paragvajski tužitelj Augusto Salas, Peccijev kolega, rekao je da je napad "tipičan za (narko) mafiju, pa ću tako misliti dok se ne dokaže suprotno".
Šef kolumbijske policije Jorge Luis Vargas rekao je da su u Baru poslana petorica istražitelja i da će dobiti podršku paragvajskih i američkih stručnjaka.
Kolumbijski predsjednik Ivan Duque "osudio je" ubojstvo na Twitteru i rekao da je svom paragvajskom kolegi Mariju Abdu Benitezu izrazio sućut i obećao "suradnju u pronalaženju odgovornih".
Paragvajska državna tužiteljica Sandra Quinonez rekla je da je Pecci dobio "važne presude" u 11-godišnjoj borbi protiv prekograničnog kriminala i narkokartela.

Jedan od napadača je prišao i "bez riječi je pucao u Marcela dva puta, jedan (metak) ga je pogodio u lice, a drugi u leđa", opisala je.
Aguilera, koja je trudna, rekla je da njezin suprug s kojim je u braku manje od dva tjedna, nije dobivao nikakve prijetnje.
Hotel Decameron, u kojem je par odsjeo, u priopćenju je naveo da su "atentatori došli na plažu... i napali i ubili jednog od naših gostiju".
Motiv ubojstva zasad nije poznat, ali paragvajski tužitelj Augusto Salas, Peccijev kolega, rekao je da je napad "tipičan za (narko) mafiju, pa ću tako misliti dok se ne dokaže suprotno".
Šef kolumbijske policije Jorge Luis Vargas rekao je da su u Baru poslana petorica istražitelja i da će dobiti podršku paragvajskih i američkih stručnjaka.
Kolumbijski predsjednik Ivan Duque "osudio je" ubojstvo na Twitteru i rekao da je svom paragvajskom kolegi Mariju Abdu Benitezu izrazio sućut i obećao "suradnju u pronalaženju odgovornih".
Paragvajska državna tužiteljica Sandra Quinonez rekla je da je Pecci dobio "važne presude" u 11-godišnjoj borbi protiv prekograničnog kriminala i narkokartela.

Paragvajski tužitelj zadužen za borbu protiv narkokartela Marcelo Pecci ubijen je u utorak dok je bio na medenom mjesecu na kolumbijskom karipskom otoku, a napadači su pobjegli u čamcu, rekli su policija i njegova udovica.
Paragvajski predsjednik osudio je zločin kao "kukavičko ubojstvo", a kolega tužitelj rekao je da način ubojstva podsjeća na "mafiju", prenosi BBC.
Pecci (45) je ubijen s dva hica dok se opuštao na plaži na idiličnom turističkom otoku Baruu, prema izjavi njegove supruge, paragvajske novinarke Claudie Aguilere.
Par se vjenčao 30. travnja u obližnjem gradu Cartageni.
