Prototip turskog borbenog zrakoplova nove generacije KAAN uspješno je izveo svoj prvi let. Razvijen od strane Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), KAAN predstavlja najambiciozniji tehnološki pothvat Turske, usmjeren na jačanje obrambenih sposobnosti zemlje i jačanje njezine strateške pozicije na globalnoj sceni.

U pratnji F-16D Fighting Falcon Turskog ratnog zrakoplovstva (TurAF), KAAN je završio svoj prvi let u ranim satima u srijedu, javlja Defence Blog, prenosi Jutarnji list.

‘Stealth‘ zrakoplov pete generacije, ranije poznat kao TF-X, trebao bi zamijeniti zastarjele zrakoplove F-16 zapovjedništva zračnih snaga s planovima za postupnu implementaciju koja bi trebala započeti 2030-ih.

Pokrenut 2016. godine, projekt KAAN ističe predanost Turske modernizaciji svoje obrambene infrastrukture i osiguravanju njezine spremnosti za buduće izazove.

Bivši načelnik Vojne obavještajne službe, general-pukovnik İsmail Hakki Pekin, pružio je uvid u sposobnosti zrakoplova, napominjući da će masovna proizvodnja KAAN-a trajati jedno desetljeće. Nakon što postanu operativni, očekuje se da će turske zračne snage postati moćna zračna sila u regiji, a KAAN bi trebao imati središnju ulogu u sastavu turske flote.

Umirovljeni general-pukovnik zrakoplovstva Erdoğan Karakuş naglasio je transformativni učinak KAAN-a za sposobnosti zračnih snaga Turske te ističe njegovu superiornost u kapacitetu streljiva, koja je usporediva sa zrakoplovima F-35.

Uz punu proizvodnu fazu predviđenog trajanja do 2040. godine, Turska namjerava izgraditi golemu flotu od čak 300 zrakoplova, što će dodatno pridonijeti dominaciji zemlje u zraku, piše Jutarnji list.

Prototip turskog borbenog zrakoplova nove generacije KAAN uspješno je izveo svoj prvi let. Razvijen od strane Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), KAAN predstavlja najambiciozniji tehnološki pothvat Turske, usmjeren na jačanje obrambenih sposobnosti zemlje i jačanje njezine strateške pozicije na globalnoj sceni.

U pratnji F-16D Fighting Falcon Turskog ratnog zrakoplovstva (TurAF), KAAN je završio svoj prvi let u ranim satima u srijedu, javlja Defence Blog, prenosi Jutarnji list.

‘Stealth‘ zrakoplov pete generacije, ranije poznat kao TF-X, trebao bi zamijeniti zastarjele zrakoplove F-16 zapovjedništva zračnih snaga s planovima za postupnu implementaciju koja bi trebala započeti 2030-ih.

Pokrenut 2016. godine, projekt KAAN ističe predanost Turske modernizaciji svoje obrambene infrastrukture i osiguravanju njezine spremnosti za buduće izazove.

Bivši načelnik Vojne obavještajne službe, general-pukovnik İsmail Hakki Pekin, pružio je uvid u sposobnosti zrakoplova, napominjući da će masovna proizvodnja KAAN-a trajati jedno desetljeće. Nakon što postanu operativni, očekuje se da će turske zračne snage postati moćna zračna sila u regiji, a KAAN bi trebao imati središnju ulogu u sastavu turske flote.

Umirovljeni general-pukovnik zrakoplovstva Erdoğan Karakuş naglasio je transformativni učinak KAAN-a za sposobnosti zračnih snaga Turske te ističe njegovu superiornost u kapacitetu streljiva, koja je usporediva sa zrakoplovima F-35.

Uz punu proizvodnu fazu predviđenog trajanja do 2040. godine, Turska namjerava izgraditi golemu flotu od čak 300 zrakoplova, što će dodatno pridonijeti dominaciji zemlje u zraku, piše Jutarnji list.
