Matteo Messina Denaro je pritvoren, odveden na tajno mjesto. Pravomoćno je osuđen na doživotni zatvor i tako dvadeset puta za redom. Može zahtijevati obnove procesa, možda ih i ishodi, ali to neće ništa promijeniti: bit će u zatvoru, u strogom režimu koji predviđa članak 41bis Kaznenog zakonika, sa strogom izolacijom i od najbližih, piše Jutarnji.

I tako do kraja života. Ali imat će urednu bolničku njegu. Možda je i zato dopustio da bude uhvaćen – da se bolestan, možda i smrtno, ne skriva kao gorsko zvijere. Da odboluje i umre u miru u zatvorskoj bolnici, na način dostojan čovjeka, kakav nije priuštio nikome od onih koje je ubio svojeručno ili koje je osudio na smrt. Nema kazne koja može odmazditi njegova zlodjela. Ali on odsad ne može više zapovijedati mafiji. Tko preuzima njegovo mjesto?

Settimo "Tonton" Mineo (84) sada je, unatoč poodmakloj dobi, "mammasantissima" s najvećom težinom u Cosi nostri. Vodi mandamento Pagliarelli u Palermu. "Capo dei capi", glavni nad glavnima, uvijek je stolovao u Palermu ili u njegovoj neposrednoj okolici (poput Corleonea). Messina Denaro bio je jedina iznimka. Ali čak i uz Messinu na slobodi upravo je "Tonton" Mineo bio i ostao predsjednik Oblasnog povjerenstva Cose nostre, to jest "kupole" u kojoj šefovi mandamenata koordiniraju zajedničke politike i akcije. Ipak, Mineo je u zatvoru od 2018. I Salvatore "Totò" Riina, najgori među gadnima, bio je šef "kupole" i dok je bio u zatvoru – ali je Messina Denaro bio uistinu najjači, jer je bio na slobodi, u kontaktu sa svojim teritorijem. I jer je bio dovoljno inteligentan da vodi strategiju.

Traži se novi strateg

Novi bi strateg mogao biti Giovanni ‘‘U Pacchiuni" Motisi (64), šef istoimenoga obiteljskoga klanskog mandamenta, svojedobno precizan ubojica za račun "Totòa" Riine, optužen za ubojstvo generala Carla Alberta Dalla Chiese, tadašnjeg antimafijaškog prefekta u Palermu. U bijegu je od 1998.

Uostalom, sada je Cosa nostra mafija usidrena u tehnologiji. "Kupola" djeluje u kyberprostoru. Ne davi golim rukama. Uostalom, polovljeni su svi članovi "kupole" iz doba mafijaškog terorizma i namjerno okrutnih ubojstava, usmjerenih (i) zastrašivanju. Koga još traže i love talijanske sudske policije?

Ima i terorista iz Crvenih brigadi

Visoko je na talijanskoj listi traženih bjegunaca i Junzō Okudaira (73), član "Japanske Crvene armije", optužen da je, kao terorist, još 1988 podmetnuo autobombu pred rekreativni klub američkih časnika u Napulju. Sve četiri poginule osobe bile su talijanski slučajni civili. Osumnjičen je i za autobombu pred američkim veleposlanstvom u Rimu, za napad na francusko veleposlanstvo u Haagu 1974, itd. Talijani nemaju pojma gdje je, a ni Amerikanci koji ga također traže,

Talijani znaju gdje je terorist Alessio Casimirri (71), koji je s još nekim svojim drugovima iz "Crvenih brigada" oteo bivšega talijanskog premijera Alda Mora i pobio policajce koji su ga čuvali, radi sprečavanja već dogovorene demokršćansko-komunističke koalicije u Italiji, nasuprot terorizmu. Casimirri živi u Nikaragvi, koja ga ne želi izručiti, jer ga smatra drugom po oružju.

Otkako je uhvaćen Messina Denaro, na prvome mjestu je sada James Michael Kelly (Irska), trgovac drogama, koji je suparnika pet punih dana mučio i mrcvario dok nije izdahnuo. Najtraženija dama u Uniji je Jessica Edosomwan (Nigerija), optužena da je glavna trgovkinja ljudima, ponajviše mladim afričkim prostitutkama. Burkhard Garweg (Njemačka) na popisu je još od 1999 zbog napadâ na blindirana vozila s novcem. Za njegovo hvatanje raspisana je ucjena od 80.000 eura.

Matteo Messina Denaro je pritvoren, odveden na tajno mjesto. Pravomoćno je osuđen na doživotni zatvor i tako dvadeset puta za redom. Može zahtijevati obnove procesa, možda ih i ishodi, ali to neće ništa promijeniti: bit će u zatvoru, u strogom režimu koji predviđa članak 41bis Kaznenog zakonika, sa strogom izolacijom i od najbližih, piše Jutarnji.

I tako do kraja života. Ali imat će urednu bolničku njegu. Možda je i zato dopustio da bude uhvaćen – da se bolestan, možda i smrtno, ne skriva kao gorsko zvijere. Da odboluje i umre u miru u zatvorskoj bolnici, na način dostojan čovjeka, kakav nije priuštio nikome od onih koje je ubio svojeručno ili koje je osudio na smrt. Nema kazne koja može odmazditi njegova zlodjela. Ali on odsad ne može više zapovijedati mafiji. Tko preuzima njegovo mjesto?

Settimo "Tonton" Mineo (84) sada je, unatoč poodmakloj dobi, "mammasantissima" s najvećom težinom u Cosi nostri. Vodi mandamento Pagliarelli u Palermu. "Capo dei capi", glavni nad glavnima, uvijek je stolovao u Palermu ili u njegovoj neposrednoj okolici (poput Corleonea). Messina Denaro bio je jedina iznimka. Ali čak i uz Messinu na slobodi upravo je "Tonton" Mineo bio i ostao predsjednik Oblasnog povjerenstva Cose nostre, to jest "kupole" u kojoj šefovi mandamenata koordiniraju zajedničke politike i akcije. Ipak, Mineo je u zatvoru od 2018. I Salvatore "Totò" Riina, najgori među gadnima, bio je šef "kupole" i dok je bio u zatvoru – ali je Messina Denaro bio uistinu najjači, jer je bio na slobodi, u kontaktu sa svojim teritorijem. I jer je bio dovoljno inteligentan da vodi strategiju.

"Tonton" Mineo izabran je na čelo "kupole" 29. svibnja 2018, nakon Riinine smrti. Karabinijeri su ga uhvatili i zatvorili 4 prosinca iste godine, u operaciji "Cupola 2.0". Njegov mandament sada, u njegovo ime, vodi sada Giuseppe Calvaruso, također bjegunac – ali njegova "specifična težina" nije dovoljna da vodi "kupolu".

Traži se novi strateg

Novi bi strateg mogao biti Giovanni ‘‘U Pacchiuni" Motisi (64), šef istoimenoga obiteljskoga klanskog mandamenta, svojedobno precizan ubojica za račun "Totòa" Riine, optužen za ubojstvo generala Carla Alberta Dalla Chiese, tadašnjeg antimafijaškog prefekta u Palermu. U bijegu je od 1998.

Uostalom, sada je Cosa nostra mafija usidrena u tehnologiji. "Kupola" djeluje u kyberprostoru. Ne davi golim rukama. Uostalom, polovljeni su svi članovi "kupole" iz doba mafijaškog terorizma i namjerno okrutnih ubojstava, usmjerenih (i) zastrašivanju. Koga još traže i love talijanske sudske policije?

Ima i terorista iz Crvenih brigadi

Visoko je na talijanskoj listi traženih bjegunaca i Junzō Okudaira (73), član "Japanske Crvene armije", optužen da je, kao terorist, još 1988 podmetnuo autobombu pred rekreativni klub američkih časnika u Napulju. Sve četiri poginule osobe bile su talijanski slučajni civili. Osumnjičen je i za autobombu pred američkim veleposlanstvom u Rimu, za napad na francusko veleposlanstvo u Haagu 1974, itd. Talijani nemaju pojma gdje je, a ni Amerikanci koji ga također traže,

Talijani znaju gdje je terorist Alessio Casimirri (71), koji je s još nekim svojim drugovima iz "Crvenih brigada" oteo bivšega talijanskog premijera Alda Mora i pobio policajce koji su ga čuvali, radi sprečavanja već dogovorene demokršćansko-komunističke koalicije u Italiji, nasuprot terorizmu. Casimirri živi u Nikaragvi, koja ga ne želi izručiti, jer ga smatra drugom po oružju.

I Europska unija ima svoj popise najtraženijih uteklih kriminalaca. Otkako je uhvaćen Messina Denaro, na prvome mjestu je sada James Michael Kelly (Irska), trgovac drogama, koji je suparnika pet punih dana mučio i mrcvario dok nije izdahnuo. Najtraženija dama u Uniji je Jessica Edosomwan (Nigerija), optužena da je glavna trgovkinja ljudima, ponajviše mladim afričkim prostitutkama. Burkhard Garweg (Njemačka) na popisu je još od 1999 zbog napadâ na blindirana vozila s novcem. Za njegovo hvatanje raspisana je ucjena od 80.000 eura.
