Jedan je pilot u Južnoj Africi bio prisiljen prinudno sletjeti nakon što je smrtonosna kobra u pilotskoj kabini dugačka oko metar i pol prošla pored njega dodirnuvši ga i sklupčala se ispod njegovog sjedala.

Pilot Rudolph Erasmus vozio je četiri putnika u privatnom zrakoplovu na visini od oko 900 metara kada je rekao da je osjetio "hladnoću" na svome boku. Misleći da mu možda curi voda iz boce, Erasmus je toga pogledao dolje i ugledao zmiju otrovnicu koja je nestajala ispod njega.

Zabrinutom da bi mogao izazvati paniku u svom zrakoplovu Beechcraft Baron 58, pilotu je trebao trenutak da se pribere. “Rekao sam im: Slušajte, zmija je ispod mog sjedala. Nalazi se unutar kokpita, tako da ćemo morati izvesti slijetanje što je brže moguće", rekao je lokalnoj novinskoj kući Lowvelder. "Srećom, svi su ostali mirni", prenosi The Guardian.

Ugriz Cape kobre - vrste za koju Erasmus vjeruje da je nesvjesno poveo kao slijepog putnika - može biti smrtonosan. Iako se smatra neagresivnom zmijom, Cape je na glasu kao jedna od najopasnijih afričkih kobri.

Pilot je radio vezom dojavio hitnu situaciju i brzo mu je dopušteno da sleti u najbližu zračnu luku.

Nakon što su sletjeli i svi sigurno izašli iz zrakoplova, Erasmus je stao na krilo zrakoplova i pomaknuo sjedalo prema naprijed kako bi pronašao zmiju koja je još uvijek bila ispod sjedala. "Bio je to prilično velik momak", rekao je.

Južnoafrička povjerenica za civilno zrakoplovstvo Poppy Khoza pohvalila je Erasmusa zbog njegovog "doista sjajnog letačkog umijeća, koje je spasilo sve živote u zraku", naveo je portal News24. "Ovo je moglo završiti katastrofalno", dodala je.

Jedan je pilot u Južnoj Africi bio prisiljen prinudno sletjeti nakon što je smrtonosna kobra u pilotskoj kabini dugačka oko metar i pol prošla pored njega dodirnuvši ga i sklupčala se ispod njegovog sjedala.

Pilot Rudolph Erasmus vozio je četiri putnika u privatnom zrakoplovu na visini od oko 900 metara kada je rekao da je osjetio "hladnoću" na svome boku. Misleći da mu možda curi voda iz boce, Erasmus je toga pogledao dolje i ugledao zmiju otrovnicu koja je nestajala ispod njega.

Zabrinutom da bi mogao izazvati paniku u svom zrakoplovu Beechcraft Baron 58, pilotu je trebao trenutak da se pribere. “Rekao sam im: Slušajte, zmija je ispod mog sjedala. Nalazi se unutar kokpita, tako da ćemo morati izvesti slijetanje što je brže moguće", rekao je lokalnoj novinskoj kući Lowvelder. "Srećom, svi su ostali mirni", prenosi The Guardian.

Ugriz Cape kobre - vrste za koju Erasmus vjeruje da je nesvjesno poveo kao slijepog putnika - može biti smrtonosan. Iako se smatra neagresivnom zmijom, Cape je na glasu kao jedna od najopasnijih afričkih kobri.

Pilot je radio vezom dojavio hitnu situaciju i brzo mu je dopušteno da sleti u najbližu zračnu luku.

Nakon što su sletjeli i svi sigurno izašli iz zrakoplova, Erasmus je stao na krilo zrakoplova i pomaknuo sjedalo prema naprijed kako bi pronašao zmiju koja je još uvijek bila ispod sjedala. "Bio je to prilično velik momak", rekao je.

Jedan je pilot u Južnoj Africi bio prisiljen prinudno sletjeti nakon što je smrtonosna kobra u pilotskoj kabini dugačka oko metar i pol prošla pored njega dodirnuvši ga i sklupčala se ispod njegovog sjedala.

Pilot Rudolph Erasmus vozio je četiri putnika u privatnom zrakoplovu na visini od oko 900 metara kada je rekao da je osjetio "hladnoću" na svome boku. Misleći da mu možda curi voda iz boce, Erasmus je toga pogledao dolje i ugledao zmiju otrovnicu koja je nestajala ispod njega.

Zabrinutom da bi mogao izazvati paniku u svom zrakoplovu Beechcraft Baron 58, pilotu je trebao trenutak da se pribere. “Rekao sam im: Slušajte, zmija je ispod mog sjedala. Nalazi se unutar kokpita, tako da ćemo morati izvesti slijetanje što je brže moguće", rekao je lokalnoj novinskoj kući Lowvelder....
