Ljudi koji na ulici pronađu novac obično ga spreme u džep, no Njemačka je definirala zakon koji propisuje do koje je cifre 'legalno' ne prijaviti pronalazak, prenosi Fenix Magazin.

Prema njemačkom zakonu, kovanice i sve manje od 10 eura smije se zadržati, no svaki iznos iznad deset eura građanin mora prijaviti lokalnom uredu za izgubljene i nađene stvari ili policijskoj postaji.

Ako se vlasnik ne prijavi u roku od šest mjeseci, novac se vraća nalazniku.

Ali čak i ako se vlasnik javi, nalaznik dobiva nagradu u iznosu do 500 eura, odnosno ima pravo na pet posto pronađenog iznosa naknade.

Ako je pronađeno više od 500 eura, nalazniku pripada tri posto od iznosa.

Čovjek iz Baden-Württemberga policiji je tako donio ruksak koji je pronašao na ulici i 130.000 eura u njemu. Vlasnik se javio, a pošteni nalaznik je nagrađen, piše Fenix.

Ljudi koji na ulici pronađu novac obično ga spreme u džep, no Njemačka je definirala zakon koji propisuje do koje je cifre 'legalno' ne prijaviti pronalazak, prenosi Fenix Magazin.

Prema njemačkom zakonu, kovanice i sve manje od 10 eura smije se zadržati, no svaki iznos iznad deset eura građanin mora prijaviti lokalnom uredu za izgubljene i nađene stvari ili policijskoj postaji.

Ako se vlasnik ne prijavi u roku od šest mjeseci, novac se vraća nalazniku.

Ali čak i ako se vlasnik javi, nalaznik dobiva nagradu u iznosu do 500 eura, odnosno ima pravo na pet posto pronađenog iznosa naknade.

Ako je pronađeno više od 500 eura, nalazniku pripada tri posto od iznosa.

Čovjek iz Baden-Württemberga policiji je tako donio ruksak koji je pronašao na ulici i 130.000 eura u njemu. Vlasnik se javio, a pošteni nalaznik je nagrađen, piše Fenix.

Ljudi koji na ulici pronađu novac obično ga spreme u džep, no Njemačka je definirala zakon koji propisuje do koje je cifre 'legalno' ne prijaviti pronalazak, prenosi Fenix Magazin.

Prema njemačkom zakonu, kovanice i sve manje od 10 eura smije se zadržati, no svaki iznos iznad deset eura građanin mora prijaviti lokalnom uredu za izgubljene i nađene stvari ili policijskoj postaji.

Ako se vlasnik ne prijavi u roku od šest mjeseci, novac se vraća nalazniku.

Ali čak i ako se vlasnik javi, nalaznik dobiva nagradu u iznosu do 500 eura, odnosno ima pravo na pet posto pronađenog iznosa naknade.

Ako je pronađeno više od 500 eura, nalazniku pripada tri posto od iznosa.

Čovjek iz Baden-Württemberga policiji je tako donio ruksak koji je pronašao na ulici i 130.000 eura u njemu....
