Iz izjave Sergeja Lavrova, šefa ruske diplomacije, da Moskva priznaje Volodimira Zelenskog i spremna je razgovarati o sigurnosnim jamstvima, David Lekaj, poslovni savjetnik za euroazijsko tržište i bliski suradnik bivšeg hrvatskog predsjednika Stjepana Mesića, iščitava mogućnost dogovora za Ukrajinu.

– Lavrov je svjestan – kaže ovaj Zadranin – da je Rusija nepovratno izgubila Ukrajinu i zna kakva sigurnosna jamstva želi Zelenski za Ukrajinu. To nije status neutralnosti koji imaju Švicarska i Austrija, nego ugovor poput onoga između SAD-a i Japana, kojim se SAD obvezuje zaštititi Japan u slučaju da bude napadnut, i obrnuto. S druge strane, Rusi mogu reći da su postigli cilj, jer Ukrajina ne ulazi u NATO, ali dobiva direktnu zaštitu SAD-a i nadzor nad cjelokupnim teritorijem, minus Krim, koji je pripojen Rusiji, i Rusi o tome ne žele pregovarati. Znači, Ukrajina ne može u NATO, međutim, za njihovu bi se sigurnost brinula nuklearna supersila SAD.

Barbarska zemlja

Zašto bi Putin pristao na to, ali i Zelenski, kad su obojica u strahu od poraza, odnosno da dogovor bude protumačen na taj način?

– Zato što vrijeme ne radi ni za Ukrajince ni za Ruse. Ako ratne operacije budu potrajale, obje će zemlje biti devastirane. Ukrajina vojno, a Rusija ekonomski i politički. Putinova Rusija bit će obilježena imidžem barbarske zemlje s kojom nitko neće htjeti surađivati. Vidite da Putina nitko više ne posjećuje, stvari su se nepovratno promijenile. Macron je u četvrtak razgovarao s njim, ali poziv je došao od Putina, shvaćate.

Smije li se Zelenski tek tako odreći Krima?

– Mora biti kompromisa, njegova je reputacija sada vrlo snažna kod Ukrajinaca, a okolnosti su izuzetno teške. Jedino on može zatvoriti to poglavlje jednom zauvijek. Osim toga, Ukrajina ne može vojno vratiti Krim jer ga Rusi smatraju svojim teritorijem i napad na Krim je napad na nuklearnu silu. Nažalost, tako je.

Zašto mislite da bi Rusija time nepovratno izgubila Ukrajinu?

– Zato što postoje četiri elementa na kojima se bazira snaga velikih sila: gospodarstvo, vojska, politika i soft power (meka moć), koja uključuje utjecaj kroz kulturu i znanost. Rusija je izgubila sva četiri elementa, Ukrajina se vojno snažno suprotstavila, gospodarski i politički okrenula se EU-u i SAD-u, a soft power Rusije je na nuli dok državu vodi osoba koja će očito biti optužena za ratni zločin.

Po vašem mišljenju, ruski igrači na Balkanu ostali su prepušteni sami sebi. Kako i zašto?

– Upravo zbog ova četiri elementa koja je Putinova Rusija izgubila, a oni bez Putina ništa ne znače. Ni Dodig, ni Vučić i Dačić, a ni proruski političari u Crnoj Gori. A najgore tek dolazi i neće im se više gledati kroz prste. I to je dobro jer će se konačno relaksirati odnosi u našem okruženju.

Kratak incident

Je li ključ za mirni Balkan bio pad prosrpske i možda još više proruske vlade u Crnoj Gori? Jesu li tamo svoje prste umiješale zapadne zemlje i njihove službe?

– Crna Gora je članica NATO-a, dragovoljno su pristupili vojnom savezu. Ovo što se dogodilo dolaskom na vlast ljudi koje je instalirala Srpska pravoslavna crkva zapravo je kratak povijesni incident iz kojega su građani Crne Gore naučili lekciju. Uvjeren sam da se to više neće ponoviti, a Crna Gora od jučer ima novog mandatara i stvari se vraćaju u normalu. Sponzori u Kremlju godinama će se baviti oporavkom gospodarstva i neće imati kapaciteta za balkanske spletkare.

Kako tumačite držanje Kine i hoće li njezin predsjednik Xi Jinping zajedno s Angelom Merkel preuzeti taj dio pacificiranja Putina, kako neki sugeriraju?

– Kina se uglavnom držala suzdržano, međutim, Putina mogu zaustaviti samo ruski građani pritiskom na institucije koje moraju svrgnuti Putina. Treba poći od toga da Putin nema izlaza, ali mnogi njegovi suradnici imaju. To je zakon spojenih posuda u kojima se prelijevaju građani i institucije. Zato Rusija danas uvodi izvanredno stanje u cijeloj zemlji kako bi blokirala prosvjede. Rusi su Putinova Ahilova peta.

Je li Putin gubitnik na duge staze u svakom smislu?

– Pitanje je samo hoće li Ukrajinci moći izdržati do skorog ekonomskog kolapsa Rusije. Dogodit će se to puno prije nego što većina očekuje. U svakom slučaju, Putinov plan nije uspio.

Iz izjave Sergeja Lavrova, šefa ruske diplomacije, da Moskva priznaje Volodimira Zelenskog i spremna je razgovarati o sigurnosnim jamstvima, David Lekaj, poslovni savjetnik za euroazijsko tržište i bliski suradnik bivšeg hrvatskog predsjednika Stjepana Mesića, iščitava mogućnost dogovora za Ukrajinu.

– Lavrov je svjestan – kaže ovaj Zadranin – da je Rusija nepovratno izgubila Ukrajinu i zna kakva sigurnosna jamstva želi Zelenski za Ukrajinu. To nije status neutralnosti koji imaju Švicarska i Austrija, nego ugovor poput onoga između SAD-a i Japana, kojim se SAD obvezuje zaštititi Japan u slučaju da bude napadnut, i obrnuto. S druge strane, Rusi mogu reći da su postigli cilj, jer Ukrajina ne ulazi u NATO, ali dobiva direktnu zaštitu SAD-a i nadzor nad cjelokupnim teritorijem, minus Krim, koji je pripojen Rusiji, i Rusi o tome ne žele pregovarati. Znači, Ukrajina ne može u NATO, međutim, za njihovu bi se sigurnost brinula nuklearna supersila SAD.

Barbarska zemlja

Zašto bi Putin pristao na to, ali i Zelenski, kad su obojica u strahu od poraza, odnosno da dogovor bude protumačen na taj način?

– Zato što vrijeme ne radi ni za Ukrajince ni za Ruse. Ako ratne operacije budu potrajale, obje će zemlje biti devastirane. Ukrajina vojno, a Rusija ekonomski i politički. Putinova Rusija bit će obilježena imidžem barbarske zemlje s kojom nitko neće htjeti surađivati. Vidite da Putina nitko više ne posjećuje, stvari su se nepovratno promijenile. Macron je u četvrtak razgovarao s njim, ali poziv je došao od Putina, shvaćate.

Smije li se Zelenski tek tako odreći Krima?

– Mora biti kompromisa, njegova je reputacija sada vrlo snažna kod Ukrajinaca, a okolnosti su izuzetno teške. Jedino on može zatvoriti to poglavlje jednom zauvijek. Osim toga, Ukrajina ne može vojno vratiti Krim jer ga Rusi smatraju svojim teritorijem i napad na Krim je napad na nuklearnu silu. Nažalost, tako je.

Zašto mislite da bi Rusija time nepovratno izgubila Ukrajinu?

– Zato što postoje četiri elementa na kojima se bazira snaga velikih sila: gospodarstvo, vojska, politika i soft power (meka moć), koja uključuje utjecaj kroz kulturu i znanost. Rusija je izgubila sva četiri elementa, Ukrajina se vojno snažno suprotstavila, gospodarski i politički okrenula se EU-u i SAD-u, a soft power Rusije je na nuli dok državu vodi osoba koja će očito biti optužena za ratni zločin.

Po vašem mišljenju, ruski igrači na Balkanu ostali su prepušteni sami sebi. Kako i zašto?

– Upravo zbog ova četiri elementa koja je Putinova Rusija izgubila, a oni bez Putina ništa ne znače. Ni Dodig, ni Vučić i Dačić, a ni proruski političari u Crnoj Gori. A najgore tek dolazi i neće im se više gledati kroz prste. I to je dobro jer će se konačno relaksirati odnosi u našem okruženju.

Kratak incident

Je li ključ za mirni Balkan bio pad prosrpske i možda još više proruske vlade u Crnoj Gori? Jesu li tamo svoje prste umiješale zapadne zemlje i njihove službe?

– Crna Gora je članica NATO-a, dragovoljno su pristupili vojnom savezu. Ovo što se dogodilo dolaskom na vlast ljudi koje je instalirala Srpska pravoslavna crkva zapravo je kratak povijesni incident iz kojega su građani Crne Gore naučili lekciju. Uvjeren sam da se to više neće ponoviti, a Crna Gora od jučer ima novog mandatara i stvari se vraćaju u normalu. Sponzori u Kremlju godinama će se baviti oporavkom gospodarstva i neće imati kapaciteta za balkanske spletkare.

Kako tumačite držanje Kine i hoće li njezin predsjednik Xi Jinping zajedno s Angelom Merkel preuzeti taj dio pacificiranja Putina, kako neki sugeriraju?

– Kina se uglavnom držala suzdržano, međutim, Putina mogu zaustaviti samo ruski građani pritiskom na institucije koje moraju svrgnuti Putina. Treba poći od toga da Putin nema izlaza, ali mnogi njegovi suradnici imaju. To je zakon spojenih posuda u kojima se prelijevaju građani i institucije. Zato Rusija danas uvodi izvanredno stanje u cijeloj zemlji kako bi blokirala prosvjede. Rusi su Putinova Ahilova peta.

Je li Putin gubitnik na duge staze u svakom smislu?

– Pitanje je samo hoće li Ukrajinci moći izdržati do skorog ekonomskog kolapsa Rusije. Dogodit će se to puno prije nego što većina očekuje. U svakom slučaju, Putinov plan nije uspio.
