Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u četvrtak je priopćila da će njezin sigurnosni odbor organizirati sastanak stručnjaka 29. ožujka kako bi se još temeljitije istražili slučajevi stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka i moguća povezanost s cjepivom protiv covida-19 AstraZenece i Sveučilišta Oxford.

Vanjski stručnjaci iz područja medicine i dva predstavnika javnosti bi trebali predstaviti svoja stajališta o mogućim razlozima stvaranja ugrušaka i kako nastaju te također mogućim rizicima, pojasnila je EMA.

EMA i Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) su prošli tjedan ponovo stali iza tog cjepiva, uz tvrdnju da je sigurno te da korist koju nam to cjepivo pruža premašuje moguće rizike od nuspojava.

No, ankete pokazuju da je povjerenje Europljana u to cjepivo AstraZenece na niskim granama nakon što je najmanje 17 zemalja prekinulo ili odgodilo njegovu primjenu.

Zemlje su se na to odlučile zbog izvješća o stvaranju ugrušaka i krvarenju nakon cijepljenja.

Odbor EMA-e za procjenu rizika na području sigurnosti lijekova za ljudsku upotrebu (PRAC) je pokrenuo hitnu analizu krvnih ugrušaka, uključujući i rijetke slučajeve krvnih ugrušaka u mozgu.

Dorađene preporuke PRAC-a se očekuju između 6. i 9. travnja.

AstraZeneca opetovano ističe da njihova ispitivanja nisu pokazala nikakvu uzročno-posljedičnu vezu između cjepiva i stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u četvrtak je priopćila da će njezin sigurnosni odbor organizirati sastanak stručnjaka 29. ožujka kako bi se još temeljitije istražili slučajevi stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka i moguća povezanost s cjepivom protiv covida-19 AstraZenece i Sveučilišta Oxford.

Vanjski stručnjaci iz područja medicine i dva predstavnika javnosti bi trebali predstaviti svoja stajališta o mogućim razlozima stvaranja ugrušaka i kako nastaju te također mogućim rizicima, pojasnila je EMA.

EMA i Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) su prošli tjedan ponovo stali iza tog cjepiva, uz tvrdnju da je sigurno te da korist koju nam to cjepivo pruža premašuje moguće rizike od nuspojava.

No, ankete pokazuju da je povjerenje Europljana u to cjepivo AstraZenece na niskim granama nakon što je najmanje 17 zemalja prekinulo ili odgodilo njegovu primjenu.

Zemlje su se na to odlučile zbog izvješća o stvaranju ugrušaka i krvarenju nakon cijepljenja.

Odbor EMA-e za procjenu rizika na području sigurnosti lijekova za ljudsku upotrebu (PRAC) je pokrenuo hitnu analizu krvnih ugrušaka, uključujući i rijetke slučajeve krvnih ugrušaka u mozgu.

Dorađene preporuke PRAC-a se očekuju između 6. i 9. travnja.

AstraZeneca opetovano ističe da njihova ispitivanja nisu pokazala nikakvu uzročno-posljedičnu vezu između cjepiva i stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u četvrtak je priopćila da će njezin sigurnosni odbor organizirati sastanak stručnjaka 29. ožujka kako bi se još temeljitije istražili slučajevi stvaranja krvnih ugrušaka i moguća povezanost s cjepivom protiv covida-19 AstraZenece i Sveučilišta Oxford.

Vanjski stručnjaci iz područja medicine i dva predstavnika javnosti bi trebali predstaviti svoja stajališta o mogućim razlozima stvaranja ugrušaka i kako nastaju te također mogućim rizicima, pojasnila je EMA.

EMA i Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) su prošli tjedan ponovo stali iza tog cjepiva, uz tvrdnju da je sigurno te da korist koju nam to cjepivo pruža premašuje moguće rizike od nuspojava.
