Nedavna istraga Wall Street Journala otkrila je ovog mjeseca da postoji rupa u zakonu koja dopušta da se zabranjena ruska sirova nafta prodaje na tržištu SAD-a, piše HAK Revija.

Ako se sankcionirana ruska nafta preradi u rafineriji u zemlji izvan Rusije, ona postaje proizvod te zemlje. U ovom slučaju, druga najveća ruska naftna i plinska kompanija, Lukoil, prerađuje rusku sirovu naftu u svojoj talijanskoj rafineriji i izvozi je u SAD kako bi je kupile tvrtke, poput ExxonMobila, ne kršeći nikakve sankcije. Većina sirove nafte koja se prerađuje u rafineriji Lukoil na Siciliji, petoj po veličini u Europi, dolazi iz Rusije, oko 93 posto.

To ranije nije bio slučaj, ali sankcije koje su SAD i druge države uvele na rusku naftu ograničile su mjesta gdje se ruska nafta može prerađivati, a velik dio se šalje na Siciliju. Rafinerija je izvezla oko 5 milijuna barela naftnih proizvoda u SAD od ožujka, uključujući benzin, naftu, kerozin, dizel i teško ulje. To je ekvivalentno količini benzina dovoljnoj za pogon 7 milijuna vozila.

SAD je u veljači ove godine uveo sankcije na rusku naftu i plin, nakon ruske invazije na Ukrajinu. Međutim, Lukoil, koji je prisutan u SAD-u, nije sankcioniran i nastavlja distribuirati naftne proizvode u 11 saveznih država. Rafinirana ruska nafta stiže na tržište SAD-a, a kupuju je tvrtke, uključujući ExxonMobil, preko svog naftnog terminala u Baytownu u Teksasu, u blizini Houstona te Lukoilova trgovačka podružnica Litasco.

Rafineriji Lukoila na Siciliji neće biti dopušteno uvoziti rusku naftu nakon što 5. prosinca stupe na snagu europske sankcije na rusku energiju. To bi je moglo prisiliti na zatvaranje ako ne pronađe drugog dobavljača sirove nafte. Američka privatna tvrtka Crossbridge Energy Partners ponudila je Lukoilu ovaj mjesec ugovor o kupnji rafinerije na Siciliji. Lukoil je navodno odbio ponudu zbog sumnje u to može li Crossbridge doći do novca za kupnju objekta.

Lukoilova rafinerija ISAB čini 20 posto talijanskih rafinerijskih kapaciteta, osiguravajući oko tisuću radnih mjesta na Siciliji.

Ranije ove godine govorilo se o bojkotu Lukoila u SAD-u, ali do te odluke nije došlo jer bi ona navodno više štetila malim vlasnicima benzinskih stanica nego Rusima.

Nedavna istraga Wall Street Journala otkrila je ovog mjeseca da postoji rupa u zakonu koja dopušta da se zabranjena ruska sirova nafta prodaje na tržištu SAD-a, piše HAK Revija.

Ako se sankcionirana ruska nafta preradi u rafineriji u zemlji izvan Rusije, ona postaje proizvod te zemlje. U ovom slučaju, druga najveća ruska naftna i plinska kompanija, Lukoil, prerađuje rusku sirovu naftu u svojoj talijanskoj rafineriji i izvozi je u SAD kako bi je kupile tvrtke, poput ExxonMobila, ne kršeći nikakve sankcije. Većina sirove nafte koja se prerađuje u rafineriji Lukoil na Siciliji, petoj po veličini u Europi, dolazi iz Rusije, oko 93 posto.

To ranije nije bio slučaj, ali sankcije koje su SAD i druge države uvele na rusku naftu ograničile su mjesta gdje se ruska nafta može prerađivati, a velik dio se šalje na Siciliju. Rafinerija je izvezla oko 5 milijuna barela naftnih proizvoda u SAD od ožujka, uključujući benzin, naftu, kerozin, dizel i teško ulje. To je ekvivalentno količini benzina dovoljnoj za pogon 7 milijuna vozila.

SAD je u veljači ove godine uveo sankcije na rusku naftu i plin, nakon ruske invazije na Ukrajinu. Međutim, Lukoil, koji je prisutan u SAD-u, nije sankcioniran i nastavlja distribuirati naftne proizvode u 11 saveznih država. Rafinirana ruska nafta stiže na tržište SAD-a, a kupuju je tvrtke, uključujući ExxonMobil, preko svog naftnog terminala u Baytownu u Teksasu, u blizini Houstona te Lukoilova trgovačka podružnica Litasco.

Rafineriji Lukoila na Siciliji neće biti dopušteno uvoziti rusku naftu nakon što 5. prosinca stupe na snagu europske sankcije na rusku energiju. To bi je moglo prisiliti na zatvaranje ako ne pronađe drugog dobavljača sirove nafte. Američka privatna tvrtka Crossbridge Energy Partners ponudila je Lukoilu ovaj mjesec ugovor o kupnji rafinerije na Siciliji. Lukoil je navodno odbio ponudu zbog sumnje u to može li Crossbridge doći do novca za kupnju objekta.

Lukoilova rafinerija ISAB čini 20 posto talijanskih rafinerijskih kapaciteta, osiguravajući oko tisuću radnih mjesta na Siciliji.

Ranije ove godine govorilo se o bojkotu Lukoila u SAD-u, ali do te odluke nije došlo jer bi ona navodno više štetila malim vlasnicima benzinskih stanica nego Rusima.

Amerikanci se busaju u prsa kako su oni prvi uveli sankcije na rusku naftu, međutim sad je otkriveno da američki automobili i dalje voze na ruski dizel i benzin!

Nedavna istraga Wall Street Journala otkrila je ovog mjeseca da postoji rupa u zakonu koja dopušta da se zabranjena ruska sirova nafta prodaje na tržištu SAD-a, piše HAK Revija.

Ako se sankcionirana ruska nafta preradi u rafineriji u zemlji izvan Rusije, ona postaje proizvod te zemlje. U ovom slučaju, druga najveća ruska naftna i plinska kompanija, Lukoil, prerađuje rusku sirovu naftu u svojoj talijanskoj rafineriji i izvozi je u SAD kako bi je kupile tvrtke, poput ExxonMobila, ne kršeći nikakve sankcije. Većina sirove nafte koja se prerađuje u rafineriji Lukoil na Siciliji, petoj po veličini u Europi, dolazi iz Rusije, oko 93 posto.

To ranije nije bio slučaj, ali sankcije koje su SAD i druge države uvele na rusku naftu ograničile su mjesta gdje se ruska nafta može...
