Državljanka Bosne i Hercegovine pretvorila je u noćnu moru putovanje šezdesetak osoba iz BiH u Njemačku kada se ispostavilo da je na njemačku granicu došla s PCR testom pozitivnim na koronavirus, a prijevoznička tvrtka u ponedjeljak je najavila da će je tužiti zbog štete koju joj je prouzročila.
Tvrtka "Kantić Touristik" iz Zenice potvrdila je kako je njiihovim autobusom proteklog vikenda u Njemačku putovala i žena koja je bila zaražena koronavirusom, a ta je činjenica utvrđena tek kada su njemački policajci na granici malo bolje pogledali nalaz PCR testa kojega im je ponudila na uvid.
Njemačka je za sve građane BiH koji tamo putuju uvela obvezu posjedovanja negativnog PCR testa, ali i desetodnevne karantene, a na stranicama "Kantić Touristika" jasno je istaknuta ta obavijest.
No s testom koji je bio pozitivan žena je uspjela ne samo ući u autobus za Njemačku, nego i prijeći hrvatsku te slovensku granicu, a iz prijevozničke tvrtke su pojasnili kako je do toga došlo.
"Test je bio preveden na njemački jezik, s tim da je dijagnoza bila napisana na latinskom jeziku. Vozači nisu znali da ta dijagnoza znači da je test pozitivan, pa su je pustili u autobus", stoji u očitovanju.
Njemačkim policajcima nije bio problem rastumačiti nalaz pa su autobus na granici zaustavili, ženu koja je bila zaražena virusom odmah su izdvojili, a svim putnicima koji nisu imali pravo boravka u Njemačkoj naložili da se vrate odakle su i došli.
"Kantić Touristik" navodi kako su poslali dva autobusa, od koji je jedan 38 putnika s boravišnim dozvolama u Njemačkoj odvezao k njihovom odredištu, dok je preostali 21 putnik bez takvih dozvola prevezen natrag u BiH.
Gdje je završila zaražena žena nije navedeno.
Tvrtka ističe kako je "iznenađena" ovakvim postupkom putnice koja je ugrozila zdravlje i život 60 putnika, dva vozača te svih policajaca i carinika koji su kontrolirali autobus i putnike ta će je stoga tužiti.
Najavljena je i tužba protiv zdravstvene ustanove koja je ženi jednostavno uručila pozitivni nalaz PCR testa, a nije nikome prijavila da je zaražena iako je na to po zakonu obvezna.

Državljanka Bosne i Hercegovine pretvorila je u noćnu moru putovanje šezdesetak osoba iz BiH u Njemačku kada se ispostavilo da je na njemačku granicu došla s PCR testom pozitivnim na koronavirus, a prijevoznička tvrtka u ponedjeljak je najavila da će je tužiti zbog štete koju joj je prouzročila.
Tvrtka "Kantić Touristik" iz Zenice potvrdila je kako je njiihovim autobusom proteklog vikenda u Njemačku putovala i žena koja je bila zaražena koronavirusom, a ta je činjenica utvrđena tek kada su njemački policajci na granici malo bolje pogledali nalaz PCR testa kojega im je ponudila na uvid.
Njemačka je za sve građane BiH koji tamo putuju uvela obvezu posjedovanja negativnog PCR testa, ali i desetodnevne karantene, a na stranicama "Kantić Touristika" jasno je istaknuta ta obavijest.
No s testom koji je bio pozitivan žena je uspjela ne samo ući u autobus za Njemačku, nego i prijeći hrvatsku te slovensku granicu, a iz prijevozničke tvrtke su pojasnili kako je do toga došlo.
"Test je bio preveden na njemački jezik, s tim da je dijagnoza bila napisana na latinskom jeziku. Vozači nisu znali da ta dijagnoza znači da je test pozitivan, pa su je pustili u autobus", stoji u očitovanju.
Njemačkim policajcima nije bio problem rastumačiti nalaz pa su autobus na granici zaustavili, ženu koja je bila zaražena virusom odmah su izdvojili, a svim putnicima koji nisu imali pravo boravka u Njemačkoj naložili da se vrate odakle su i došli.
"Kantić Touristik" navodi kako su poslali dva autobusa, od koji je jedan 38 putnika s boravišnim dozvolama u Njemačkoj odvezao k njihovom odredištu, dok je preostali 21 putnik bez takvih dozvola prevezen natrag u BiH.
Gdje je završila zaražena žena nije navedeno.
Tvrtka ističe kako je "iznenađena" ovakvim postupkom putnice koja je ugrozila zdravlje i život 60 putnika, dva vozača te svih policajaca i carinika koji su kontrolirali autobus i putnike ta će je stoga tužiti.
Najavljena je i tužba protiv zdravstvene ustanove koja je ženi jednostavno uručila pozitivni nalaz PCR testa, a nije nikome prijavila da je zaražena iako je na to po zakonu obvezna.
