Bakir Izetbegović i njemu odani potpredsjednik Federacije BiH Refik Lendo doživjeli su u ponedjeljak priličan fijasko s inicijativom da pod svaku cijenu Stranku demokratske akcije (SDA) utrpaju u novu vlast entiteta i onemoguće već raniji dogovor bošnjačke "osmorke" sa SDP-om na čelu i skupine hrvatskih stranaka oko HDZ-a.

Lendo je, kako je najavio, sam sazvao sastanak šefova SDP-a, HDZ-a i SDA, ali pojavili su se samo on i Izetbegović. Stvar je u tome što s najjačom bošnjačkom strankom, barem po mandatima u Domu naroda, ne želi nitko osim njihova satelita, Demokratske fronte Željka Komšića, ali ni pod koju cijenu ne žele ispustiti vlast iz ruku.

Još u subotu Dragan Čović, lider HDZ-a, poručio je da mu ne pada na pamet sastajati se s ovim dvojcem.

– Lendo ima svoju predsjednicu FBiH (Lidija Bradara, HDZ) i neka s njom komunicira. Na kojoj razini da ja razgovaram s njim? Na razini FBiH izabrana je predsjednica. Ja se neću odazvati na taj poziv. Čak nije pitanje ni pristojnosti zahvaliti se na pozivu. Poziv sam proslijedio Bradari. On koristi te instrumente, i očito ga netko dobro motivira, logistički prati. O čemu ćemo raspravljati s Lendom?! – zapitao se Čović.

Odbijenicu, i to pismenu, uputio je i Nermin Nikšić, predsjednik SDP-a BiH, kojega je nova parlamentarna većina već odredila za novog premijera, a svojim potpisima potvrdili Bradara i drugi potpredsjednik FBiH, Igor Stojanović, koji predstavlja Srbe. Bez Lendina supotpisa, međutim, Vlada ne može biti izglasana.

– Vjerujem da vam je poznato da Ustav Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine jasno i nedvosmisleno propisuje proceduru za imenovanje Vlade Federacije. Bez obzira na to, želim vas podsjetiti na to kako u poglavlju B Izvršna vlast Federacije, točka 2. Vlada Federacije, član 5. Izbor Vlade jasno stoji da predsjednik Federacije, uz suglasnost oba potpredsjednika Federacije, imenuje Vladu Federacije nakon konzultacija s premijerom ili s kandidatom za tu funkciju. Također, u istoj je odredbi propisano da je Vlada Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine izabrana nakon što je njezino imenovanje potvrdio Predstavnički dom većinom glasova – očitao je Nikšić lekciju Lendi.

Nije to spriječilo Lendu da u ponedjeljak, nakon što je inicijativa neslavno propala, sa šefom iziđe pred novinare i da upriliče zajedničku jadikovku o "nepoštovanju izbornih rezultata".

– Sastanak, nažalost, nije održan. Gospodin Izetbegović se, kao što ste vidjeli, odazvao. Čović je odgovorio preko medija da on nema što sa mnom razgovarati kao predstavnikom Bošnjaka. I ja zaista ne znam što on misli, tko će predstavljati Bošnjake, hoće li Lidija Bradara ili Igor Stojanović.

A gospodin Nermin Nikšić također je meni poslao neki odgovor da ja navodno nemam ustavnu nadležnost da sazivam sastanak. Ponavljam, oni se nisu odazvali na sastanak negirajući sva naša nastojanja da dođe do razgovora, pa da vidimo na koji se način dogovoriti ili ne dogovoriti. Dobio sam pismo od Lidije da ona ne želi doći jer smatra da je završila svoj dio posla – objavio je Lendo.

– Nevjerojatno je da se ide na sastanke u destilerije po Laktašima umjesto da se dođe u institucije, da kažu što se ima kazati, da nam to kažu u jednom pristojnom razgovoru. Došli smo gospodin Lendo i ja da bismo podcrtali tko pravi problem i blokira. Oni koji ne žele razgovor, koji žele na protuustavan način formirati Vladu, prave blokadu, djetinjastu blokadu – nadovezao se Izetbegović.

Otkrili su da bi na sastanku, da je održan, predložili tzv. koncentracijsku Vladu. Po tom prijedlogu, u Vladu bi ušle gotovo sve parlamentarne stranke osim hrvatskih republikanaca (HRS) ili bi se išlo na dvije liste, na jednu SDA i stranke oko nje, a na drugu HDZ i partneri, pa bi Vladu formirala opcija koja dobije većinu u Zastupničkom domu. Ni "osmorki" ni HDZ-u, svakome zbog svojih razloga, taj prijedlog nije prihvatljiv.

Bakir Izetbegović i njemu odani potpredsjednik Federacije BiH Refik Lendo doživjeli su u ponedjeljak priličan fijasko s inicijativom da pod svaku cijenu Stranku demokratske akcije (SDA) utrpaju u novu vlast entiteta i onemoguće već raniji dogovor bošnjačke "osmorke" sa SDP-om na čelu i skupine hrvatskih stranaka oko HDZ-a.

Lendo je, kako je najavio, sam sazvao sastanak šefova SDP-a, HDZ-a i SDA, ali pojavili su se samo on i Izetbegović. Stvar je u tome što s najjačom bošnjačkom strankom, barem po mandatima u Domu naroda, ne želi nitko osim njihova satelita, Demokratske fronte Željka Komšića, ali ni pod koju cijenu ne žele ispustiti vlast iz ruku.

Još u subotu Dragan Čović, lider HDZ-a, poručio je da mu ne pada na pamet sastajati se s ovim dvojcem.

– Lendo ima svoju predsjednicu FBiH (Lidija Bradara, HDZ) i neka s njom komunicira. Na kojoj razini da ja razgovaram s njim? Na razini FBiH izabrana je predsjednica. Ja se neću odazvati na taj poziv. Čak nije pitanje ni pristojnosti zahvaliti se na pozivu. Poziv sam proslijedio Bradari. On koristi te instrumente, i očito ga netko dobro motivira, logistički prati. O čemu ćemo raspravljati s Lendom?! – zapitao se Čović.

Odbijenicu, i to pismenu, uputio je i Nermin Nikšić, predsjednik SDP-a BiH, kojega je nova parlamentarna većina već odredila za novog premijera, a svojim potpisima potvrdili Bradara i drugi potpredsjednik FBiH, Igor Stojanović, koji predstavlja Srbe. Bez Lendina supotpisa, međutim, Vlada ne može biti izglasana.

– Vjerujem da vam je poznato da Ustav Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine jasno i nedvosmisleno propisuje proceduru za imenovanje Vlade Federacije. Bez obzira na to, želim vas podsjetiti na to kako u poglavlju B Izvršna vlast Federacije, točka 2. Vlada Federacije, član 5. Izbor Vlade jasno stoji da predsjednik Federacije, uz suglasnost oba potpredsjednika Federacije, imenuje Vladu Federacije nakon konzultacija s premijerom ili s kandidatom za tu funkciju. Također, u istoj je odredbi propisano da je Vlada Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine izabrana nakon što je njezino imenovanje potvrdio Predstavnički dom većinom glasova – očitao je Nikšić lekciju Lendi.

Nije to spriječilo Lendu da u ponedjeljak, nakon što je inicijativa neslavno propala, sa šefom iziđe pred novinare i da upriliče zajedničku jadikovku o "nepoštovanju izbornih rezultata".

– Sastanak, nažalost, nije održan. Gospodin Izetbegović se, kao što ste vidjeli, odazvao. Čović je odgovorio preko medija da on nema što sa mnom razgovarati kao predstavnikom Bošnjaka. I ja zaista ne znam što on misli, tko će predstavljati Bošnjake, hoće li Lidija Bradara ili Igor Stojanović.

A gospodin Nermin Nikšić također je meni poslao neki odgovor da ja navodno nemam ustavnu nadležnost da sazivam sastanak. Ponavljam, oni se nisu odazvali na sastanak negirajući sva naša nastojanja da dođe do razgovora, pa da vidimo na koji se način dogovoriti ili ne dogovoriti. Dobio sam pismo od Lidije da ona ne želi doći jer smatra da je završila svoj dio posla – objavio je Lendo.

– Nevjerojatno je da se ide na sastanke u destilerije po Laktašima umjesto da se dođe u institucije, da kažu što se ima kazati, da nam to kažu u jednom pristojnom razgovoru. Došli smo gospodin Lendo i ja da bismo podcrtali tko pravi problem i blokira. Oni koji ne žele razgovor, koji žele na protuustavan način formirati Vladu, prave blokadu, djetinjastu blokadu – nadovezao se Izetbegović.

Otkrili su da bi na sastanku, da je održan, predložili tzv. koncentracijsku Vladu. Po tom prijedlogu, u Vladu bi ušle gotovo sve parlamentarne stranke osim hrvatskih republikanaca (HRS) ili bi se išlo na dvije liste, na jednu SDA i stranke oko nje, a na drugu HDZ i partneri, pa bi Vladu formirala opcija koja dobije većinu u Zastupničkom domu. Ni "osmorki" ni HDZ-u, svakome zbog svojih razloga, taj prijedlog nije prihvatljiv.
