Programom Vlade Republike Hrvatske 2020. – 2024. godine kao jedan od prioriteta i ciljeva utvrđen je održiv zdravstveni sustav. Ministarstvo zdravstva je u izmjenama Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju i Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti, koje su upućene na javnu raspravu, predložilo nekoliko promjena, od kojih je najvažnija ona da se dobna granica osiguranika koji imaju pravo na naknadu za bolovanje na teret sredstava HZZO-a, odnosno državnog proračuna, poveća sa 65 na 70 godina uz uvjet od najmanje 15 godina mirovinskog staža, piše Mirovina.hr.

Do sada je situacija bila nešto drugačija, odnosno država je poticala rad starijih od 65 godina, ali umjesto olakšica, zakidala ih je u odnosu na mlađe zaposlenike. Trenutno bolovanje starijih radnika ide na teret poslodavca, a ne države.

Također, preciznije će biti uređen nadzor nad korištenjem bolovanja. Kada se u postupku provedbe kontrole utvrdi da ne postoje medicinske indikacije za daljnje korištenje privremene nesposobnosti može se prekinuti privremena nesposobnost za rad osiguranika, piše Mirovina.hr.

Programom Vlade Republike Hrvatske 2020. – 2024. godine kao jedan od prioriteta i ciljeva utvrđen je održiv zdravstveni sustav. Ministarstvo zdravstva je u izmjenama Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju i Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti, koje su upućene na javnu raspravu, predložilo nekoliko promjena, od kojih je najvažnija ona da se dobna granica osiguranika koji imaju pravo na naknadu za bolovanje na teret sredstava HZZO-a, odnosno državnog proračuna, poveća sa 65 na 70 godina uz uvjet od najmanje 15 godina mirovinskog staža, piše Mirovina.hr.

Do sada je situacija bila nešto drugačija, odnosno država je poticala rad starijih od 65 godina, ali umjesto olakšica, zakidala ih je u odnosu na mlađe zaposlenike. Trenutno bolovanje starijih radnika ide na teret poslodavca, a ne države.

Također, preciznije će biti uređen nadzor nad korištenjem bolovanja. Kada se u postupku provedbe kontrole utvrdi da ne postoje medicinske indikacije za daljnje korištenje privremene nesposobnosti može se prekinuti privremena nesposobnost za rad osiguranika, piše Mirovina.hr.

Programom Vlade Republike Hrvatske 2020. – 2024. godine kao jedan od prioriteta i ciljeva utvrđen je održiv zdravstveni sustav. Ministarstvo zdravstva je u izmjenama Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju i Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti, koje su upućene na javnu raspravu, predložilo nekoliko promjena, od kojih je najvažnija ona da se dobna granica osiguranika koji imaju pravo na naknadu za bolovanje na teret sredstava HZZO-a, odnosno državnog proračuna, poveća sa 65 na 70 godina uz uvjet od najmanje 15 godina mirovinskog staža, piše Mirovina.hr.

Do sada je situacija bila nešto drugačija, odnosno država je poticala rad starijih od 65 godina, ali umjesto olakšica, zakidala ih je u odnosu na mlađe zaposlenike. Trenutno bolovanje starijih radnika ide na teret poslodavca, a ne...
