Letjelica teška šest tona pala je u četvrtak navečer pored Studentskog doma 'Stjepan Radić' u Zagrebu. Taj sigurnosni propust, koji je pukom srećom prošao bez žrtava, otvorio je mnoga pitanja, između ostalog i o mogućnostima evakuacije studenata. 

Primjerice, ulazi i izlazi dvorišnog prostora najvećeg studentskog doma u gradu zaključavaju se nakon 22 sata - a bespilotna letjelica sovjetske proizvodnje, podsjetimo, srušila se oko 23 sata. 

Iz Ureda sanacijskog upravitelja Studentskog centra Zagreb pojasnili su za Moj Faks da je zaključavanje nakon 22 sata "implementirano kao jedna od mjera tijekom pandemije". 

Osim zaključavanja ulaza u dvorišni prostor, studenti su zabrinuti zbog zaključavanja izlaza za evakuaciju na svim paviljonima.

Iza rešetaka 

- Otkad je počela pandemija, na Savi su kao protupandemijsku mjeru, osim rastjerivanja studenata koji stoje u grupama nakon 22 sata, zaključavali sve ulaze u dvorište Doma, osim glavnog ulaza kod rampe na kojem je za ulazak potrebno zaštitaru potrebno pokazati ključ od Doma ili sobe - rekla je jedna studentica.

Dodala je i da na paviljonima postoje protupožarne stepenice kojima je svrha evakuacijski put, s vratima koja je moguće otvoriti samo iznutra. Kako je objasnila ova stanarka, studenti su ih znali ostavljati pritvorena kad bi nekud otišli s namjerom da se istim putem i vrate u Dom, no otvorena vrata "predstavljala su sigurnosni rizik zbog neželjenih ljudi koji su ulazili unutra".

Zato je uprava Doma oko protupožarnih stepenica postavila ogradu, koja je "kao kavez od poda do stropa", a čija su vrata opet - zaključana.

Dakle, i oni koji se izvuku iz paviljona, ostaju zaključani u dvorištu. Iz ograde koju u takvoj situaciji treba (pokušati) preskočiti, opisuje studentica, vire šiljci.

Nesvakidašnji incident ukazao je na još jedan veliki problem u zagrebačkom studentskom Domu, a to je paljenje alarma.

Alarm se, naime, nekoliko puta godišnje oglasi bez razloga, zbog čega se na njegov zvuk studenti više i ne obaziru.

Još jedan student izrazio je zabrinutost zbog zaključavanja izlaza za nuždu.

- Da je bilo nešto ozbiljnije, da se stvarno trebalo evakuirati, nastala bi ogromna gužva jer su samo glavna vrata paviljona otvorena, ne i izlaz za nuždu. Da smo izašli iz Doma svi na glavni ulaz, puno bi nam dulje trebalo da svi izađemo - rekao je student Kineziologije za Moj Faks.

'Tko želi ući, nađe načina'

- Da, požarne stube u svim paviljonima zaključane, bez objašnjenja. Svi sporedni ulazi u Dom noću su zaključani i otvaraju se tek u ranim jutarnjim satima. Uprava tvrdi da je tako iz epidemioloških razloga i da prate upute nadležnih tijela. Ali nije mi točno jasno, kako je osobna sigurnost podignuta na višu razinu time što se u najveći Dom, kompleks od dvanaest zgrada, može ući i izaći samo s jedne strane. Tko želi ući na Savu, ući će svakako - smatraju studenti.

Otkrivaju i da se zaključavanjem izlaza i ulaza u dvorišni prostor nije puno postiglo jer je navodno nedavno ukraden i nečiji laptop. 

- Dakle, zaključavanje sporednih ulaza ne štiti studente od ulazaka ljudi koji nisu stanari Doma. Ako su odlučili ući, naći će način - rekao je student, koji opravdanje o protupandemijskim mjerama ne smatra zadovoljavajućim. 

Ističe i da je sinoćnje mjesto nesreće glavni ulaz, na koji bi svi bili upućeni u slučaju evakuacije.

- Što nama studentima preostaje? Nadati se da se nesreće ne događaju iza 22 sata? - pita se uznemireni student.

Odgovor iz Uprave

Na upit novinara portala Moj Faks o svrsi zaključavanja sporednih ulaza u Dom, iz Ureda sanacijskog upravitelja Studentskog centra Zagreb odgovorili su: "Na taj način (zaključavanjem) kontroliramo broj osoba koje se zadržavaju na vanjskom dijelu Doma, jer dio pozvanih i nepozvanih gostiju Studentski dom 'Stjepan Radić' doživljava kao mjesto za noćni izlazak"-

Kako dalje navodi upravitelj Mirko Bošnjak iz zagrebačkog SC-a, "na snazi su i dalje mjere koje je donio Stožer civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske nužnim epidemiološkim protokolima kojima se ograničavaju okupljanja, kao i protuepidemijske mjere koje se tiču držanja distance te nošenja zaštitnih maski za lice. Provođenjem mjera sigurnosti uspješno kontroliramo širenje zaraze unutar studentskih Domova te štitimo same stanare od drugih štetnih događaja", odgovara.

Rekao je da je pad letjelice "nepredvidiva situacija", ali i da su svi djelatnici SC-a educirani za postupanje u ovakvim okolnostima. 

Dodao je da automatska brava otvara vrata pri svakom aktiviranju alarma ili pritiskom na gumb koji se, za druge izvanredne situacije, nalazi neposredno uz njih. 

"Planovi evakuacije se nalaze u svim paviljonima, hodnicima i sobama, djelatnici SCZG prošli su potrebne edukacije kako reagirati u izvanrednim okolnostima, a dodatno o tome se brine i naša služba sigurnosti", poručio je Bošnjak za Moj Faks.

Letjelica teška šest tona pala je u četvrtak navečer pored Studentskog doma 'Stjepan Radić' u Zagrebu. Taj sigurnosni propust, koji je pukom srećom prošao bez žrtava, otvorio je mnoga pitanja, između ostalog i o mogućnostima evakuacije studenata. 

Primjerice, ulazi i izlazi dvorišnog prostora najvećeg studentskog doma u gradu zaključavaju se nakon 22 sata - a bespilotna letjelica sovjetske proizvodnje, podsjetimo, srušila se oko 23 sata. 

Iz Ureda sanacijskog upravitelja Studentskog centra Zagreb pojasnili su za Moj Faks da je zaključavanje nakon 22 sata "implementirano kao jedna od mjera tijekom pandemije". 

Osim zaključavanja ulaza u dvorišni prostor, studenti su zabrinuti zbog zaključavanja izlaza za evakuaciju na svim paviljonima.

Iza rešetaka 

- Otkad je počela pandemija, na Savi su kao protupandemijsku mjeru, osim rastjerivanja studenata koji stoje u grupama nakon 22 sata, zaključavali sve ulaze u dvorište Doma, osim glavnog ulaza kod rampe na kojem je za ulazak potrebno zaštitaru potrebno pokazati ključ od Doma ili sobe - rekla je jedna studentica.

Dodala je i da na paviljonima postoje protupožarne stepenice kojima je svrha evakuacijski put, s vratima koja je moguće otvoriti samo iznutra. Kako je objasnila ova stanarka, studenti su ih znali ostavljati pritvorena kad bi nekud otišli s namjerom da se istim putem i vrate u Dom, no otvorena vrata "predstavljala su sigurnosni rizik zbog neželjenih ljudi koji su ulazili unutra".

Zato je uprava Doma oko protupožarnih stepenica postavila ogradu, koja je "kao kavez od poda do stropa", a čija su vrata opet - zaključana.

Dakle, i oni koji se izvuku iz paviljona, ostaju zaključani u dvorištu. Iz ograde koju u takvoj situaciji treba (pokušati) preskočiti, opisuje studentica, vire šiljci.

Nesvakidašnji incident ukazao je na još jedan veliki problem u zagrebačkom studentskom Domu, a to je paljenje alarma.

Alarm se, naime, nekoliko puta godišnje oglasi bez razloga, zbog čega se na njegov zvuk studenti više i ne obaziru.

Još jedan student izrazio je zabrinutost zbog zaključavanja izlaza za nuždu.

- Da je bilo nešto ozbiljnije, da se stvarno trebalo evakuirati, nastala bi ogromna gužva jer su samo glavna vrata paviljona otvorena, ne i izlaz za nuždu. Da smo izašli iz Doma svi na glavni ulaz, puno bi nam dulje trebalo da svi izađemo - rekao je student Kineziologije za Moj Faks.

'Tko želi ući, nađe načina'

- Da, požarne stube u svim paviljonima zaključane, bez objašnjenja. Svi sporedni ulazi u Dom noću su zaključani i otvaraju se tek u ranim jutarnjim satima. Uprava tvrdi da je tako iz epidemioloških razloga i da prate upute nadležnih tijela. Ali nije mi točno jasno, kako je osobna sigurnost podignuta na višu razinu time što se u najveći Dom, kompleks od dvanaest zgrada, može ući i izaći samo s jedne strane. Tko želi ući na Savu, ući će svakako - smatraju studenti.

Otkrivaju i da se zaključavanjem izlaza i ulaza u dvorišni prostor nije puno postiglo jer je navodno nedavno ukraden i nečiji laptop. 

- Dakle, zaključavanje sporednih ulaza ne štiti studente od ulazaka ljudi koji nisu stanari Doma. Ako su odlučili ući, naći će način - rekao je student, koji opravdanje o protupandemijskim mjerama ne smatra zadovoljavajućim. 

Ističe i da je sinoćnje mjesto nesreće glavni ulaz, na koji bi svi bili upućeni u slučaju evakuacije.

- Što nama studentima preostaje? Nadati se da se nesreće ne događaju iza 22 sata? - pita se uznemireni student.

Odgovor iz Uprave

Na upit novinara portala Moj Faks o svrsi zaključavanja sporednih ulaza u Dom, iz Ureda sanacijskog upravitelja Studentskog centra Zagreb odgovorili su: "Na taj način (zaključavanjem) kontroliramo broj osoba koje se zadržavaju na vanjskom dijelu Doma, jer dio pozvanih i nepozvanih gostiju Studentski dom 'Stjepan Radić' doživljava kao mjesto za noćni izlazak"-

Kako dalje navodi upravitelj Mirko Bošnjak iz zagrebačkog SC-a, "na snazi su i dalje mjere koje je donio Stožer civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske nužnim epidemiološkim protokolima kojima se ograničavaju okupljanja, kao i protuepidemijske mjere koje se tiču držanja distance te nošenja zaštitnih maski za lice. Provođenjem mjera sigurnosti uspješno kontroliramo širenje zaraze unutar studentskih Domova te štitimo same stanare od drugih štetnih događaja", odgovara.

Rekao je da je pad letjelice "nepredvidiva situacija", ali i da su svi djelatnici SC-a educirani za postupanje u ovakvim okolnostima. 

Dodao je da automatska brava otvara vrata pri svakom aktiviranju alarma ili pritiskom na gumb koji se, za druge izvanredne situacije, nalazi neposredno uz njih. 

"Planovi evakuacije se nalaze u svim paviljonima, hodnicima i sobama, djelatnici SCZG prošli su potrebne edukacije kako reagirati u izvanrednim okolnostima, a dodatno o tome se brine i naša služba sigurnosti", poručio je Bošnjak za Moj Faks.
