Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 45-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela ‘neovlaštena proizvodnja i promet drogama‘.

Sumnja se da je 45-godišnjak, protivno odredbi članka 3. Zakona o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, na za sada neutvrđen način, a radi daljnje preprodaje, nabavljao veće količine kokaina.

Potom ih je skrivao, vagao i prepakiravao u stanu na području Buzina. Tako pripremljenu drogu dalje je preprodavao na nezakonitom tržištu.

Pretraga stana

Naime, sumnja je potvrđena operativnim postupanjem policije tijekom kojeg je utvrđeno da je 9. veljače 2024. u večernjim satima na području Buzina, za iznos od nekoliko stotina eura uz odgodu plaćanja, 38-godišnjem muškarcu prodao 4,39 grama kokaina.

U nastavku kriminalističkog istraživanja, pretragom stana na području Buzina koji koristi osumnjičeni, pronađeno je još 11,5 grama kokaina pakiranog u dvije plastične vrećice. Uočene su i dvije digitalne vage s tragovima droge.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja policijski su službenici osumnjičenog 45-godišnjaka predali pritvorskom nadzorniku. Kaznena prijava podnesena je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 45-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela ‘neovlaštena proizvodnja i promet drogama‘.

Sumnja se da je 45-godišnjak, protivno odredbi članka 3. Zakona o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, na za sada neutvrđen način, a radi daljnje preprodaje, nabavljao veće količine kokaina.

Potom ih je skrivao, vagao i prepakiravao u stanu na području Buzina. Tako pripremljenu drogu dalje je preprodavao na nezakonitom tržištu.

Pretraga stana

Naime, sumnja je potvrđena operativnim postupanjem policije tijekom kojeg je utvrđeno da je 9. veljače 2024. u večernjim satima na području Buzina, za iznos od nekoliko stotina eura uz odgodu plaćanja, 38-godišnjem muškarcu prodao 4,39 grama kokaina.

U nastavku kriminalističkog istraživanja, pretragom stana na području Buzina koji koristi osumnjičeni, pronađeno je još 11,5 grama kokaina pakiranog u dvije plastične vrećice. Uočene su i dvije digitalne vage s tragovima droge.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja policijski su službenici osumnjičenog 45-godišnjaka predali pritvorskom nadzorniku. Kaznena prijava podnesena je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

‘Pao‘ diler, prodavao kokain uz odgodu plaćanja, pretragom stana našli još droge, završio je u pritvoru

Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 45-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela ‘neovlaštena proizvodnja i promet drogama‘.

Sumnja se da je 45-godišnjak, protivno odredbi članka 3. Zakona o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, na za sada neutvrđen način, a radi daljnje preprodaje, nabavljao veće količine kokaina.

Potom ih je skrivao, vagao i prepakiravao u stanu na području Buzina. Tako pripremljenu drogu dalje je preprodavao na nezakonitom tržištu.

Pretraga stana

Naime, sumnja je potvrđena operativnim postupanjem policije tijekom kojeg je utvrđeno da je 9. veljače 2024. u večernjim satima na području Buzina, za iznos od nekoliko stotina eura uz odgodu plaćanja, 38-godišnjem muškarcu prodao 4,39 grama kokaina.

U nastavku kriminalističkog istraživanja, pretragom stana na području Buzina koji koristi osumnjičeni, pronađeno je još 11,5 grama kokaina pakiranog u dvije plastične vrećice. Uočene su i dvije digitalne vage s tragovima droge.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja policijski su službenici osumnjičenog 45-godišnjaka predali pritvorskom nadzorniku. Kaznena prijava podnesena je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
