Zbog niza koruptivnih kaznenih djela na sedam godina zatvora na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu u utorak je nepravomoćno osuđena bivša SDP-ova sisačko-moslavačka županica Marina Lovrić Merzel, a kako je osuđena na preko pet godina iz sudnice će morati izravno u zatvor u Remetincu, piše Jutarnji.

Uz Lovrić Merzel, zbog korupcije su proglašeni krivima i bivši predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Cesta Sisak Silvijo Kobeščak, Bernard Popec koji je županiji iznad cijene prodao zgradu za Hitnu pomoć i nećak bivše županice Dalibor Rožanković, optužen da je kupnjom apartmana oprao novac koji je Lovrić Merzel primila kao mito.

Kobeščak je osuđen na godinu dana zatvora, dok su Rožanković i Popec dobili po godinu i pol dana iza rešetaka.

Uskokovom optužnicom bili su obuhvaćeni poduzetnik Željko Žužić koji se nagodio s tužiteljstvom nakon što je 2016. priznao da je bivšoj županici dao sto tisuća eura mita pa je osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu od godinu dana s rokom kušnje od četiri godine te bivši čelnik Hrvatskih šuma Zvonko Rožić koji je nakon nagodbe s Uskokom osuđen na osam mjeseci zatvora uvjetno na dvije godine.

Optužena je da je s vlasnikom tvrtke Lav Auto Popec 2012. i 2013. dogovorila da Županija umjesto gradnje vlastite zgrade hitne pomoći koja bi stajala oko 3,7 milijuna kuna, od Popecove tvrtke kupi njegov prostor u Sisku za 9,8 milijuna kuna. Zatim, da je tri godine bez stvarnog razloga isplaćivala brojnim savjetnicima otprilike 5000 kuna neto mjesečno, oštetivši Županiju za oko 6 milijuna kuna. Tereti se i da je svojim poznanicima i rođacima za fiktivne poslove isplatila 673.000 kuna. Tu su još optužbe za organiziranje privatnih druženja, peglanje službene kartice...

Međutim, glavna optužba ostaje ona koja je dosad izazvala najviše kontroverzi, primanje 100.000 eura mita od Željka Žužića kako bi njegovoj tvrtki prodala tvrtku Ceste Sisak te prikrivanje novca od mita kupnjom apartmana u Diklu, koji je uknjižen na ime njezina nećaka Dalibora Rožankovića.

Kao što je poznato, Žužić se nakon gotovo dvije godine natezanja na pripremnom ročištu nagodio s USKOK-om te je, sada kao svjedok, ostao pri svojim tvrdnjama da je podmitio Lovrić Merzel. Hoće li mu sud napokon povjerovati ili će Žužićeve tvrdnje protumačiti kao način da sebe eskulpira u drugome kaznenome postupku, vjerojatno je jedno od najzanimljivijih pitanja na koje ćemo odgovor dobiti u presudi u utorak. Lovrić Merzel porekla je da je primila mito od Žužića i tvrdi da je jedini razlog za odustajanje od druge ponude bio to što drugi ponuđač nije na račun Županije uplatio novac za kupnju tvrtke.

Odbacila je i optužbe da je na nećakovo ime kupila stan u Diklu. Rekla je, naime, da je najprije stan trebala kupiti ona, no da se i njezin nećak, koji je tada doživio obiteljsku tragediju, htio odseliti iz Siska te ju je zatražio ako sebi nađe neki prostor, da pokuša pronaći i njemu pa je stan doista kupila za nećaka. Isto je u svojoj obrani potvrdio i nećak.

USKOK, pak, u slučaju osuđujuće presude od Lovrić Merzel traži oduzimanje imovine - ušteđevine u banci, stana u Diklu, a zbog tzv. proširenoga oduzimanja imovine, i kuće i stana u Sisku.

Zbog niza koruptivnih kaznenih djela na sedam godina zatvora na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu u utorak je nepravomoćno osuđena bivša SDP-ova sisačko-moslavačka županica Marina Lovrić Merzel, a kako je osuđena na preko pet godina iz sudnice će morati izravno u zatvor u Remetincu, piše Jutarnji.

Uz Lovrić Merzel, zbog korupcije su proglašeni krivima i bivši predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Cesta Sisak Silvijo Kobeščak, Bernard Popec koji je županiji iznad cijene prodao zgradu za Hitnu pomoć i nećak bivše županice Dalibor Rožanković, optužen da je kupnjom apartmana oprao novac koji je Lovrić Merzel primila kao mito.

Kobeščak je osuđen na godinu dana zatvora, dok su Rožanković i Popec dobili po godinu i pol dana iza rešetaka.

Uskokovom optužnicom bili su obuhvaćeni poduzetnik Željko Žužić koji se nagodio s tužiteljstvom nakon što je 2016. priznao da je bivšoj županici dao sto tisuća eura mita pa je osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu od godinu dana s rokom kušnje od četiri godine te bivši čelnik Hrvatskih šuma Zvonko Rožić koji je nakon nagodbe s Uskokom osuđen na osam mjeseci zatvora uvjetno na dvije godine.

Optužena je da je s vlasnikom tvrtke Lav Auto Popec 2012. i 2013. dogovorila da Županija umjesto gradnje vlastite zgrade hitne pomoći koja bi stajala oko 3,7 milijuna kuna, od Popecove tvrtke kupi njegov prostor u Sisku za 9,8 milijuna kuna. Zatim, da je tri godine bez stvarnog razloga isplaćivala brojnim savjetnicima otprilike 5000 kuna neto mjesečno, oštetivši Županiju za oko 6 milijuna kuna. Tereti se i da je svojim poznanicima i rođacima za fiktivne poslove isplatila 673.000 kuna. Tu su još optužbe za organiziranje privatnih druženja, peglanje službene kartice...

Međutim, glavna optužba ostaje ona koja je dosad izazvala najviše kontroverzi, primanje 100.000 eura mita od Željka Žužića kako bi njegovoj tvrtki prodala tvrtku Ceste Sisak te prikrivanje novca od mita kupnjom apartmana u Diklu, koji je uknjižen na ime njezina nećaka Dalibora Rožankovića.

Kao što je poznato, Žužić se nakon gotovo dvije godine natezanja na pripremnom ročištu nagodio s USKOK-om te je, sada kao svjedok, ostao pri svojim tvrdnjama da je podmitio Lovrić Merzel. Hoće li mu sud napokon povjerovati ili će Žužićeve tvrdnje protumačiti kao način da sebe eskulpira u drugome kaznenome postupku, vjerojatno je jedno od najzanimljivijih pitanja na koje ćemo odgovor dobiti u presudi u utorak. Lovrić Merzel porekla je da je primila mito od Žužića i tvrdi da je jedini razlog za odustajanje od druge ponude bio to što drugi ponuđač nije na račun Županije uplatio novac za kupnju tvrtke.

Odbacila je i optužbe da je na nećakovo ime kupila stan u Diklu. Rekla je, naime, da je najprije stan trebala kupiti ona, no da se i njezin nećak, koji je tada doživio obiteljsku tragediju, htio odseliti iz Siska te ju je zatražio ako sebi nađe neki prostor, da pokuša pronaći i njemu pa je stan doista kupila za nećaka. Isto je u svojoj obrani potvrdio i nećak.

USKOK, pak, u slučaju osuđujuće presude od Lovrić Merzel traži oduzimanje imovine - ušteđevine u banci, stana u Diklu, a zbog tzv. proširenoga oduzimanja imovine, i kuće i stana u Sisku.
