Ivermektin, lijek koji, prema objašnjenju Ministarstva zdravstva, uglavnom služi za veterinarsku upotrebu, točnije za liječenje protiv parazita, u pojedinim zemljama EU-a odobren je isključivo za liječenje infekcija specifičnim vrstama unutrašnjih i vanjskih parazita ili za lokalnu primjenu protiv nekih kožnih bolesti, u fokus javnosti došao je nakon prvog prosvjeda protiv covid potvrda, kada se na središnjem zagrebačkom trgu izvikivao njegov naziv, piše T-portal. 

Unutar pojedinih grupa na društvenim mrežama ljudi se hvale da ga se u nekim zagrebačkim ljekarnama može dobiti na tzv. bijeli liječnički recept za dvjestotinjak kuna. Srećko Sladoljev, bivši šef Imunološkog zavoda i jedan od najpoznatijih pobornika necijepljenja cjepivom protiv covida-19, savjetovao je na Facebooku da se izbjegavaju neke domaće ljekarne koje 'pljačkaju narod jer tri tablete naplaćuju 550 kuna' i podijelio savjet kako iskoristiti ivermektin u prašku za veterinarsku upotrebu.

Iz Agencije za lijekove i medicinske proizvode RH (HALMED) odgovoreno je T-portalu da je proteklih godina zabilježen porast potražnje za spomenutim lijekom iako je potražnja, o čemu svjedoče brojke, još uvijek vrlo niska (2020. - 76 kutija, tablete 4x3mg, 2019. - 52 kutije, 2018. godini 28 kutija). Podaci za 2021., naveli su tada, bit će poznati iduće godine.

Međutim ono što HALMED ne registrira i o tome nema evidenciju, kako nam je pojasnila predsjednica Hrvatske liječničke komore Ana Soldo, zapravo su magistralni lijekovi koji se u ljekarnama izrađuju ponaosob za svakog pacijenta prema dozama kako ih propišu liječnici.

'Magistralni lijek moguće je izraditi u svakoj ljekarni koja je tehnički opremljena za to. Također je moguće izraditi ivermektin. HALMED o takvim lijekovima nema evidenciju', pojasnila je Soldo, izrazivši mišljenje da kod nas nema puno slučaja izrade ivermektina.

Predsjednica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) Nataša Ban Toskić kazala je za tportal da nije čula za slučajeve propisivanja ivermektina. Štoviše, istaknula je da 'nikad nije dobila preporuku za upotrebu tog lijeka kod ljudi'.

'Ako je točno da netko propisuje taj lijek da bi ga pacijent mogao koristiti za liječenje covida, onda je to razina kriminala kojim se trebaju pozabaviti institucije od inspekcije, preko policije, do pravosuđa. To je lijek za životinje, nikada nisam dobila preporuku za upotrebu tog lijeka kod ljudi', istaknula je Ban Toskić.

Međutim doktor Aleksandar Soltyšik drugačijeg je mišljenja i on propisuje svojim pacijentima ivermektin za liječenje koronavirusa.

'Da, propisujem svojim pacijentima terapiju ivermektinom. Magistralni lijek je individualiziran i namijenjen točno određenom pacijentu. Na receptu za njega ne navodi se za što je lijek, pišu ime pacijenta, liječnika koji ga je izdao i propisana doza. Ivermektin je stari lijek koji svoju primjenu u humanoj medicini ima preko 40 godina u mnogim zemljama, ali ne i u Hrvatskoj. Terapija traje pet dana, a količina ovisi o kilaži svake pojedine osobe. U kombinaciji s antibioticima, cinkom i vitaminima C i B može biti koristan', smatra Soltyšik, a i sam je prebolio koronavirus.

'Bilo je to 2019. i nisam uzimao ivermektin. Kako je tada harala gripa, mislio sam da je riječ o njoj. Dobro me je udarilo', pojasnio je.

Upitan je li imao problema zbog propisivanja lijeka s obzirom na to da iz nadležnog ministarstva navode da je primjena lijeka moguća samo u kontroliranim eksperimentalnim uvjetima kliničkih ispitivanja i da ne može biti dio standardne skrbi, odgovorio je negativno. piše T-portal.

Da je spomenuti lijek ipak moguće kupiti u veterinarskoj apoteci u susjednim zemljama svjedoči i članak Deutsche Wellea iz prošlog mjeseca. Naime, njihova je novinarka bez nekih većih problema u jednoj veterinarskoj ljekarni u Srbiji kupila pakiranje od sto grama u prahu namijenjeno svinjama. Nitko je nije pitao za što joj treba.

Američka agencija za hranu i lijekove (FDA) je izdala upozorenje u kojem je pozvala ljude da ne koriste lijekove za životinje za liječenje covida-19.

Ivermektin, lijek koji, prema objašnjenju Ministarstva zdravstva, uglavnom služi za veterinarsku upotrebu, točnije za liječenje protiv parazita, u pojedinim zemljama EU-a odobren je isključivo za liječenje infekcija specifičnim vrstama unutrašnjih i vanjskih parazita ili za lokalnu primjenu protiv nekih kožnih bolesti, u fokus javnosti došao je nakon prvog prosvjeda protiv covid potvrda, kada se na središnjem zagrebačkom trgu izvikivao njegov naziv, piše T-portal. 

Unutar pojedinih grupa na društvenim mrežama ljudi se hvale da ga se u nekim zagrebačkim ljekarnama može dobiti na tzv. bijeli liječnički recept za dvjestotinjak kuna. Srećko Sladoljev, bivši šef Imunološkog zavoda i jedan od najpoznatijih pobornika necijepljenja cjepivom protiv covida-19, savjetovao je na Facebooku da se izbjegavaju neke domaće ljekarne koje 'pljačkaju narod jer tri tablete naplaćuju 550 kuna' i podijelio savjet kako iskoristiti ivermektin u prašku za veterinarsku upotrebu.

Iz Agencije za lijekove i medicinske proizvode RH (HALMED) odgovoreno je T-portalu da je proteklih godina zabilježen porast potražnje za spomenutim lijekom iako je potražnja, o čemu svjedoče brojke, još uvijek vrlo niska (2020. - 76 kutija, tablete 4x3mg, 2019. - 52 kutije, 2018. godini 28 kutija). Podaci za 2021., naveli su tada, bit će poznati iduće godine.

Međutim ono što HALMED ne registrira i o tome nema evidenciju, kako nam je pojasnila predsjednica Hrvatske liječničke komore Ana Soldo, zapravo su magistralni lijekovi koji se u ljekarnama izrađuju ponaosob za svakog pacijenta prema dozama kako ih propišu liječnici.

'Magistralni lijek moguće je izraditi u svakoj ljekarni koja je tehnički opremljena za to. Također je moguće izraditi ivermektin. HALMED o takvim lijekovima nema evidenciju', pojasnila je Soldo, izrazivši mišljenje da kod nas nema puno slučaja izrade ivermektina.

Predsjednica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) Nataša Ban Toskić kazala je za tportal da nije čula za slučajeve propisivanja ivermektina. Štoviše, istaknula je da 'nikad nije dobila preporuku za upotrebu tog lijeka kod ljudi'.

'Ako je točno da netko propisuje taj lijek da bi ga pacijent mogao koristiti za liječenje covida, onda je to razina kriminala kojim se trebaju pozabaviti institucije od inspekcije, preko policije, do pravosuđa. To je lijek za životinje, nikada nisam dobila preporuku za upotrebu tog lijeka kod ljudi', istaknula je Ban Toskić.

Međutim doktor Aleksandar Soltyšik drugačijeg je mišljenja i on propisuje svojim pacijentima ivermektin za liječenje koronavirusa.

'Da, propisujem svojim pacijentima terapiju ivermektinom. Magistralni lijek je individualiziran i namijenjen točno određenom pacijentu. Na receptu za njega ne navodi se za što je lijek, pišu ime pacijenta, liječnika koji ga je izdao i propisana doza. Ivermektin je stari lijek koji svoju primjenu u humanoj medicini ima preko 40 godina u mnogim zemljama, ali ne i u Hrvatskoj. Terapija traje pet dana, a količina ovisi o kilaži svake pojedine osobe. U kombinaciji s antibioticima, cinkom i vitaminima C i B može biti koristan', smatra Soltyšik, a i sam je prebolio koronavirus.

'Bilo je to 2019. i nisam uzimao ivermektin. Kako je tada harala gripa, mislio sam da je riječ o njoj. Dobro me je udarilo', pojasnio je.

Upitan je li imao problema zbog propisivanja lijeka s obzirom na to da iz nadležnog ministarstva navode da je primjena lijeka moguća samo u kontroliranim eksperimentalnim uvjetima kliničkih ispitivanja i da ne može biti dio standardne skrbi, odgovorio je negativno. piše T-portal.

Da je spomenuti lijek ipak moguće kupiti u veterinarskoj apoteci u susjednim zemljama svjedoči i članak Deutsche Wellea iz prošlog mjeseca. Naime, njihova je novinarka bez nekih većih problema u jednoj veterinarskoj ljekarni u Srbiji kupila pakiranje od sto grama u prahu namijenjeno svinjama. Nitko je nije pitao za što joj treba.

Američka agencija za hranu i lijekove (FDA) je izdala upozorenje u kojem je pozvala ljude da ne koriste lijekove za životinje za liječenje covida-19.

'Niste konji. Niste krave. Ozbiljno, svi. Prestanite', objavila je FDA na Twitteru.

Ivermektin, lijek koji, prema objašnjenju Ministarstva zdravstva, uglavnom služi za veterinarsku upotrebu, točnije za liječenje protiv parazita, u pojedinim zemljama EU-a odobren je isključivo za liječenje infekcija specifičnim vrstama unutrašnjih i vanjskih parazita ili za lokalnu primjenu protiv nekih kožnih bolesti, u fokus javnosti došao je nakon prvog prosvjeda protiv covid potvrda, kada se na središnjem zagrebačkom trgu izvikivao njegov naziv, piše T-portal. 

Unutar pojedinih grupa na društvenim mrežama ljudi se hvale da ga se u nekim zagrebačkim ljekarnama može dobiti na tzv. bijeli liječnički recept za dvjestotinjak kuna. Srećko Sladoljev, bivši šef Imunološkog zavoda i jedan od najpoznatijih pobornika necijepljenja cjepivom protiv covida-19, savjetovao je na Facebo...
