Sobe s pogledom na more, ovisno o kapacitetu hotela u Dubrovniku koji mora imati pet zvjezdica i nalaziti se u blizini Starog grada, pet minuta pješačke udaljenosti – dio je opisa smještaja i usluga za potrebe 29. Dubrovačke ekonomske konferencije, iz javne nabave vrijedne 750.000 kuna s PDV-om, odnosno gotovo 100.000 eura, koju je raspisala Hrvatska narodna banka.
Konferencija će se održati od 24. do 28. svibnja, što je nekoliko dana prije početka glavne sezone, koja u Dubrovniku službeno počinje 1. lipnja. Ugostit će 100 osoba. Javna nabava, među ostalim, obuhvaća smještaj svih sudionika od 23. do 28. svibnja, konferencijske dvorane za 100 te za 30 osoba, za dva, odnosno tri dana, koje moraju biti u istom hotelu u kojem je smještaj.
Prema dokumentaciji o nabavi, poželjno je za sve ručkove i večere ponuditi otvorenu terasu, a troškovnik otkriva da će se piti domaća kvalitetna vina sa zaštićenom oznakom geografskog porijekla, ukupno 140 boca od 0,75 litara.

HNB je tijekom postupka javne nabave objavio kako jedan zainteresirani gospodarski subjekt traži izmjenu uvjeta da konferencija i smještaj budu u istom hotelu, uz obrazloženje da to može osigurati samo jedan dubrovački hotel kategorizacije 5 zvjezdica, u blizini Starog grada, pješačke udaljenosti do pet kilometara. U postupku se ne objavljuje tko je dao prigovor da se pogoduje jednom hotelu.
– Molimo HNB da zbog transparentnosti ovog postupka i poštivanja Zakona o javnoj nabavi dozvoli sudjelovanje više ponuditelja, tako da omogući da dvorana bude u hotelu udaljenosti maksimalno 300 metara od smještaja, koja odredba je vrijedila prošle godine – napisao je HNB-u zainteresirani ponuditelj u postupku javne nabave, na što je dobio odgovor:

– HNB ne prihvaća prijedlog za izmjenom dokumentacije o nabavi kojom bi se dozvolilo da konferencija i smještaj budu u različitim hotelima međusobne udaljenosti od maksimalno 300 metara. Naime, u prošlogodišnjem postupku javne nabave za usluge organiziranja Dubrovačke ekonomske konferencije naknadno je bila promijenjena navedena odredba te se prvi put dozvolilo da konferencija i smještaj budu u različitim hotelima. Međutim, tijekom izvršenja ugovora utvrđene su određene organizacijske poteškoće te je stoga naručitelj na temelju tog iskustva zaključio da takav način održavanja konferencije nije prihvatljiv.
HNB dodatno napominje da će tijekom 29. Dubrovačke konferencije većinu aktivnosti organizirati korištenjem vlastitih resursa te da predmet ove nabave, za razliku od prošlogodišnje, nije ugovaranje usluga organizacije konferencije, nego samo hotelski smještaj i usluge za potrebe konferencije.

Otvaranje ponuda neće biti javno.
Prema podacima s internetske stranice HNB-a, konferencija je prošle godine ugostila 88 sudionika. Među njima su bile 33 osobe iz HNB-a, četvero iz Ministarstva financija RH, predstavnica Svjetske banke za EU..., ali i niz osoba sa stranih sveučilišta, kao što su City University of New York, Queen‘s University, Brandeis University, Charles University, Fordham University, Harvard University, American University, Columbia University, London School of Economics and Political Science, New York University i University of Chicago.

Sobe s pogledom na more, ovisno o kapacitetu hotela u Dubrovniku koji mora imati pet zvjezdica i nalaziti se u blizini Starog grada, pet minuta pješačke udaljenosti – dio je opisa smještaja i usluga za potrebe 29. Dubrovačke ekonomske konferencije, iz javne nabave vrijedne 750.000 kuna s PDV-om, odnosno gotovo 100.000 eura, koju je raspisala Hrvatska narodna banka.
Konferencija će se održati od 24. do 28. svibnja, što je nekoliko dana prije početka glavne sezone, koja u Dubrovniku službeno počinje 1. lipnja. Ugostit će 100 osoba. Javna nabava, među ostalim, obuhvaća smještaj svih sudionika od 23. do 28. svibnja, konferencijske dvorane za 100 te za 30 osoba, za dva, odnosno tri dana, koje moraju biti u istom hotelu u kojem je smještaj.
Prema dokumentaciji o nabavi, poželjno je za sve ručkove i večere ponuditi otvorenu terasu, a troškovnik otkriva da će se piti domaća kvalitetna vina sa zaštićenom oznakom geografskog porijekla, ukupno 140 boca od 0,75 litara.

HNB je tijekom postupka javne nabave objavio kako jedan zainteresirani gospodarski subjekt traži izmjenu uvjeta da konferencija i smještaj budu u istom hotelu, uz obrazloženje da to može osigurati samo jedan dubrovački hotel kategorizacije 5 zvjezdica, u blizini Starog grada, pješačke udaljenosti do pet kilometara. U postupku se ne objavljuje tko je dao prigovor da se pogoduje jednom hotelu.
– Molimo HNB da zbog transparentnosti ovog postupka i poštivanja Zakona o javnoj nabavi dozvoli sudjelovanje više ponuditelja, tako da omogući da dvorana bude u hotelu udaljenosti maksimalno 300 metara od smještaja, koja odredba je vrijedila prošle godine – napisao je HNB-u zainteresirani ponuditelj u postupku javne nabave, na što je dobio odgovor:

– HNB ne prihvaća prijedlog za izmjenom dokumentacije o nabavi kojom bi se dozvolilo da konferencija i smještaj budu u različitim hotelima međusobne udaljenosti od maksimalno 300 metara. Naime, u prošlogodišnjem postupku javne nabave za usluge organiziranja Dubrovačke ekonomske konferencije naknadno je bila promijenjena navedena odredba te se prvi put dozvolilo da konferencija i smještaj budu u različitim hotelima. Međutim, tijekom izvršenja ugovora utvrđene su određene organizacijske poteškoće te je stoga naručitelj na temelju tog iskustva zaključio da takav način održavanja konferencije nije prihvatljiv.
HNB dodatno napominje da će tijekom 29. Dubrovačke konferencije većinu aktivnosti organizirati korištenjem vlastitih resursa te da predmet ove nabave, za razliku od prošlogodišnje, nije ugovaranje usluga organizacije konferencije, nego samo hotelski smještaj i usluge za potrebe konferencije.

Otvaranje ponuda neće biti javno.
Prema podacima s internetske stranice HNB-a, konferencija je prošle godine ugostila 88 sudionika. Među njima su bile 33 osobe iz HNB-a, četvero iz Ministarstva financija RH, predstavnica Svjetske banke za EU..., ali i niz osoba sa stranih sveučilišta, kao što su City University of New York, Queen‘s University, Brandeis University, Charles University, Fordham University, Harvard University, American University, Columbia University, London School of Economics and Political Science, New York University i University of Chicago.
