Guverner Hrvatske narodne banke Boris Vujčić gostovao je u emisiji "Zdravlje na kvadrat" u kojoj je otkrio neke malo poznate detalje o sebi.

"Najiskrenije, smetlar! Majke mi. Ujutro sam se ustajao i gledao one kamione kako su dolazili, tovarili smeće. To baš kad sam bio mali. Onda sam pričao kako to hoću pa su mi starci kupili takav kamion, pa sam se onda igrao”, odgovorio je Vujčić na pitanje što je želio biti kad odraste.

Vujčić je otkrio kako boluje od podmukle bolesti te kako se protiv nje borio vježbanjem. "To je ovako dosta jedna podmukla bolest, taj Bechterew", započeo je te dodao: "Krene obično u ranim dvadesetima, i to je okoštavanje kralježnice, ali može ići i u prste i po drugim zglobovima. Ja sam imao sreću da mi je to stalo na donjem dijelu kičme, a s druge strane sam se i borio vježbanjem.

Upitan gdje se vidi u osamdeset i nekoj godini, otkrio je kako o starosti ne razmišlja. "Iskreno govoreći ne vidim se. Volio bih provoditi više vremena na moru, to sigurno. Volim more i volim plivati. Ja mislim da je najvažnije imati kvalitetan život. Do god je kvalitetan, super!"

Podsjetimo, Vujčić je guverner od 2012. godine, ali ovog mu posla još nije dosta, a kaže, nije ni sklon stresu. Također, rekao je i kako s lakoćom obavlja trenutni posao te da mu je sada puno lakše negoli mu je bilo na početku, prenosi Direktno.

O bolesti...

Tanja Pekez, dr. med., spec. obiteljske medicine, napisala je za Adivu tekst "Bechterewova bolest ili ankilozantni spondilitis: uzroci, simptomi i liječenje". 

Evo što kaže: 

- Do danas nije otkriven uzrok ove rijetke vrste artritisa koji uzrokuje bolove i ukočenost kralježnice, može se proširiti i na druge dijelove tijela, a u teškim slučajevima dovodi i do pogrbljenosti. Svakako je potreban multidisciplinaran pristup liječenju

Ankilozantni spondilitis je rijetka vrsta artritisa koja uzrokuje bol i ukočenost u kralježnici. Ovo cjeloživotno stanje, također poznato kao Bechterewova bolest, obično počinje u donjem dijelu leđa. Može se proširiti do vrata ili oštetiti zglobove u drugim dijelovima tijela. „Ankiloza“ znači srasle kosti ili drugo tvrdo tkivo, a „spondilitis“ se odnosi na upalu u kostima kralježnice ili kralješcima. U teškim slučajevima, kralježnica može biti pogrbljena.

Uzrok akilozantnog spondilitisa je nepoznat, a čini se da geni igraju ulogu. Većina ljudi s ankiloznim spondilitisom pozitivna je na HLA-B27 gen.

Bolest često počinje između 20. i 40. godine života, ali može početi i prije 10. godine. Pogađa više muškarce nego žene. Mnogi ljudi s ankilozantnim spondilitisom imaju blage i prolazne epizode bolova u leđima i ukočenosti. Ali kod drugih se javlja snažna, stalna bol s gubitkom fleksibilnosti u kralježnici. Osim toga, mogu se razviti i drugi simptomi ako su zahvaćena i druga područja tijela, poput kukova, rebara, ramena, koljena, gležnjeva i stopala - navodi liječnica te upozorava:

- Osobe s ankilozantnim spondilitisom mogu razviti probleme s crijevima poznate kao upalna bolest crijeva ili kolitis. Bilo bi dobro posjetiti liječnika ako osoba s ankilozantnim spondilitisom ima proljev dulje od dva tjedna ili pak krvavu ili sluzavu stolicu.

- umor koji ne nestaje unatoč snu i odmoru. To može biti uzrokovano samim stanjem, kao i anemijom.

- depresija i tjeskoba,

- upala oka koja se naziva uveitis ili iritis. Prvi znakovi su obično bolnost i, ponekad, crvenilo oka. Gledanje u izvor jačeg svjetla može biti neugodno - kaže liječnica i zaključuje:

- Liječenje je cjeloživotno te ovisi o težini simptoma. Najvažnije je da osoba shvati svoju bolest i ostane aktivna – svakodnevno. Vježbanje u kući, na radnom mjestu, gdje god i kada god je moguće, izrazito je važno. Redovita fizikalna terapija, ambulantna ili u toplicama, uvelike smanjuje tegobe.

"Najiskrenije, smetlar! Majke mi. Ujutro sam se ustajao i gledao one kamione kako su dolazili, tovarili smeće. To baš kad sam bio mali. Onda sam pričao kako to hoću pa su mi starci kupili takav kamion, pa sam se onda igrao”, odgovorio je Vujčić na pitanje što je želio biti kad odraste.

Vujčić je otkrio kako boluje od podmukle bolesti te kako se protiv nje borio vježbanjem. "To je ovako dosta jedna podmukla bolest, taj Bechterew", započeo je te dodao: "Krene obično u ranim dvadesetima, i to je okoštavanje kralježnice, ali može ići i u prste i po drugim zglobovima. Ja sam imao sreću da mi je to stalo na donjem dijelu kičme, a s druge strane sam se i borio vježbanjem.

Upitan gdje se vidi u osamdeset i nekoj godini, otkrio je kako o starosti ne razmišlja. "Iskreno govoreći ne vidim se. Volio bih provoditi više vremena na moru, to sigurno. Volim more i volim plivati. Ja mislim da je najvažnije imati kvalitetan život. Do god je kvalitetan, super!"

Podsjetimo, Vujčić je guverner od 2012. godine, ali ovog mu posla još nije dosta, a kaže, nije ni sklon stresu. Također, rekao je i kako s lakoćom obavlja trenutni posao te da mu je sada puno lakše negoli mu je bilo na početku, prenosi Direktno.

Tanja Pekez, dr. med., spec. obiteljske medicine, napisala je za Adivu tekst "Bechterewova bolest ili ankilozantni spondilitis: uzroci, simptomi i liječenje". 

Evo što kaže: 

- Do danas nije otkriven uzrok ove rijetke vrste artritisa koji uzrokuje bolove i ukočenost kralježnice, može se proširiti i na druge dijelove tijela, a u teškim slučajevima dovodi i do pogrbljenosti. Svakako je potreban multidisciplinaran pristup liječenju

Ankilozantni spondilitis je rijetka vrsta artritisa koja uzrokuje bol i ukočenost u kralježnici. Ovo cjeloživotno stanje, također poznato kao Bechterewova bolest, obično počinje u donjem dijelu leđa. Može se proširiti do vrata ili oštetiti zglobove u drugim dijelovima tijela. „Ankiloza“ znači srasle kosti ili drugo tvrdo tkivo, a „spondilitis“ se odnosi na upalu u kostima kralježnice ili kralješcima. U teškim slučajevima, kralježnica može biti pogrbljena.

Uzrok akilozantnog spondilitisa je nepoznat, a čini se da geni igraju ulogu. Većina ljudi s ankiloznim spondilitisom pozitivna je na HLA-B27 gen.

Bolest često počinje između 20. i 40. godine života, ali može početi i prije 10. godine. Pogađa više muškarce nego žene. Mnogi ljudi s ankilozantnim spondilitisom imaju blage i prolazne epizode bolova u leđima i ukočenosti. Ali kod drugih se javlja snažna, stalna bol s gubitkom fleksibilnosti u kralježnici. Osim toga, mogu se razviti i drugi simptomi ako su zahvaćena i druga područja tijela, poput kukova, rebara, ramena, koljena, gležnjeva i stopala - navodi liječnica te upozorava:

- Osobe s ankilozantnim spondilitisom mogu razviti probleme s crijevima poznate kao upalna bolest crijeva ili kolitis. Bilo bi dobro posjetiti liječnika ako osoba s ankilozantnim spondilitisom ima proljev dulje od dva tjedna ili pak krvavu ili sluzavu stolicu.

- umor koji ne nestaje unatoč snu i odmoru. To može biti uzrokovano samim stanjem, kao i anemijom.

- depresija i tjeskoba,

- upala oka koja se naziva uveitis ili iritis. Prvi znakovi su obično bolnost i, ponekad, crvenilo oka. Gledanje u izvor jačeg svjetla može biti neugodno - kaže liječnica i zaključuje:

- Liječenje je cjeloživotno te ovisi o težini simptoma. Najvažnije je da osoba shvati svoju bolest i ostane aktivna – svakodnevno. Vježbanje u kući, na radnom mjestu, gdje god i kada god je moguće, izrazito je važno. Redovita fizikalna terapija, ambulantna ili u toplicama, uvelike smanjuje tegobe.

Guverner Hrvatske narodne banke Boris Vujčić gostovao je u emisiji "Zdravlje na kvadrat" u kojoj je otkrio neke malo poznate detalje o sebi.
