U vezi sa sankcijama Rusiji zbog agresije na Ukrajinu stalno traju rasprave o potrebi njihova pooštrenja i proširenja, posebno što se tiče kupnje ruskih energenata. U čekanju toga paketa, proširene su sankcije za imovinu osoba povezanih s ruskom vlašću.

Gulbakhor Ismailova, sestra ruskog oligarha Alishera Usmanova, od petka je na popisu osoba i subjekata koji podliježu najnovijim EU-mjerama ograničavanja nakon ruske invazije na Ukrajinu. Sankcije su proširene na još 216 osoba i 18 subjekata.

Kako je prošli mjesec otkrio portal Oštro, tvrtka pod neizravnim vlasništvom Ismailove vlasnica je ljetnikovca i šume na poluotoku Pelješcu, u uvali Sutivid.

Lista sankcioniranih ruskih državljana i tvrtki koje svojim djelovanjem "podrivaju ili ugrožavaju teritorijalnu cjelovitost, suverenost i neovisnost Ukrajine" temelji se na Uredbi Vijeća Europske unije kao odgovor na rusku invaziju Krima 2014. godine i intenzivnije se proširuje od veljače ove godine. Zamrzavanje imovine navodi se kao jedna od mjera protiv navedenih osoba i subjekata, piše Anja Vladisavljević za Oštro.

Brat Gulbakhor Ismailove, Alisher Usmanov, je na listi Europske unije od veljače ove godine, a istragom njemačke Savezne službe kriminalističke policije otkriveno je kako je svoju jahtu Dilbar prenio na Ismailovu, piše u tekstu najnovije odluke Europske unije o sankcijama.

Budući da je Uredba u cijelosti obvezujuća i izravno se primjenjuje u svim državama članicama Europske unije, pitali smo Ministarstvo vanjskih i europskih poslova je li već poduzelo određene radnje po pitanju nekretnina koje u Hrvatskoj posjeduje Gulbakhor Ismailova, ali do trenutka objave teksta nismo dobili odgovor.

Spomenuto zemljište i nekretninu Oštro je otkrio radeći na međunarodnom projektu Russian Asset Tracker zajedno s 25 medija predvođenih OCCRP-om. Do sada je otkriveno 347 nekretnina i pokretnina u vrijednosti većoj od 33 milijarde dolara povezanih s oligarsima i službenicima koji se nalaze na listi 35 opozicijskog lidera Alekseja Navaljnog jer se smatra da su sudjelovali u njegovu trovanju i zatvaranju.

Oštro je u ožujku otkrio kako je tvrtka Castellum Aquae 2006. godine za 31,5 milijuna kuna kupila stari ljetnikovac te okolnu šumu ukupne površine veće od 36 tisuća četvornih metara. Prema hrvatskom registru stvarnih vlasnika, tvrtka Castellum Aquae je u vlasništvu Gulbakhor Ismailove i to putem ciparske tvrtke Klaret Development Limited.

Ljetnikovac je od početka 2013. godine pod preventivnom zaštitom zbog utvrđivanja svojstava kulturnog dobra. Snimke Google Eartha pokazuju kako je u razdoblju od 2019. do 2021. godine na dijelu posjeda iskrčena šuma.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede su nam odgovorili da im nije podnesen zahtjev za dozvolu sječe, kao što je to propisano zakonom. Na upit hoće li nešto napraviti po tom pitanju, odgovorili su nam da o tome obavijestimo Državni inspektorat, ako smatramo da se na navedenim katastarskim česticama nije poštovala zakonska procedura.

Inspektorat je objasnio Oštru da je šumarska inspekcija pokrenula postupak po službenoj dužnosti kako bi saznala zašto navedene površine nisu uvrštene u šumskogospodarski plan te utvrdila da treba postupiti ako je za to nadležna.

Osim ljetnikovca Ismailove, Oštro je locirao i drugu imovinu članica Usmanovljeve obitelji u Hrvatskoj: jahtu Irina VU i nekretninu u Orebiću čija je neizravna vlasnica Irina Viner-Usmanova, piše Oštro.

Slučaj Gulbakhor Ismailove prilika je da se hrvatsko Ministarstvo vanjskih i europskih poslova jasno očituje o imovini ruskih oligarha i s njima povezanih osoba u Hrvatskoj.

U vezi sa sankcijama Rusiji zbog agresije na Ukrajinu stalno traju rasprave o potrebi njihova pooštrenja i proširenja, posebno što se tiče kupnje ruskih energenata. U čekanju toga paketa, proširene su sankcije za imovinu osoba povezanih s ruskom vlašću.

Gulbakhor Ismailova, sestra ruskog oligarha Alishera Usmanova, od petka je na popisu osoba i subjekata koji podliježu najnovijim EU-mjerama ograničavanja nakon ruske invazije na Ukrajinu. Sankcije su proširene na još 216 osoba i 18 subjekata.

Kako je prošli mjesec otkrio portal Oštro, tvrtka pod neizravnim vlasništvom Ismailove vlasnica je ljetnikovca i šume na poluotoku Pelješcu, u uvali Sutivid.

Lista sankcioniranih ruskih državljana i tvrtki koje svojim djelovanjem "podrivaju ili ugrožavaju teritorijalnu cjelovitost, suverenost i neovisnost Ukrajine" temelji se na Uredbi Vijeća Europske unije kao odgovor na rusku invaziju Krima 2014. godine i intenzivnije se proširuje od veljače ove godine. Zamrzavanje imovine navodi se kao jedna od mjera protiv navedenih osoba i subjekata, piše Anja Vladisavljević za Oštro.

Brat Gulbakhor Ismailove, Alisher Usmanov, je na listi Europske unije od veljače ove godine, a istragom njemačke Savezne službe kriminalističke policije otkriveno je kako je svoju jahtu Dilbar prenio na Ismailovu, piše u tekstu najnovije odluke Europske unije o sankcijama.

Budući da je Uredba u cijelosti obvezujuća i izravno se primjenjuje u svim državama članicama Europske unije, pitali smo Ministarstvo vanjskih i europskih poslova je li već poduzelo određene radnje po pitanju nekretnina koje u Hrvatskoj posjeduje Gulbakhor Ismailova, ali do trenutka objave teksta nismo dobili odgovor.

Spomenuto zemljište i nekretninu Oštro je otkrio radeći na međunarodnom projektu Russian Asset Tracker zajedno s 25 medija predvođenih OCCRP-om. Do sada je otkriveno 347 nekretnina i pokretnina u vrijednosti većoj od 33 milijarde dolara povezanih s oligarsima i službenicima koji se nalaze na listi 35 opozicijskog lidera Alekseja Navaljnog jer se smatra da su sudjelovali u njegovu trovanju i zatvaranju.

Oštro je u ožujku otkrio kako je tvrtka Castellum Aquae 2006. godine za 31,5 milijuna kuna kupila stari ljetnikovac te okolnu šumu ukupne površine veće od 36 tisuća četvornih metara. Prema hrvatskom registru stvarnih vlasnika, tvrtka Castellum Aquae je u vlasništvu Gulbakhor Ismailove i to putem ciparske tvrtke Klaret Development Limited.

Ljetnikovac je od početka 2013. godine pod preventivnom zaštitom zbog utvrđivanja svojstava kulturnog dobra. Snimke Google Eartha pokazuju kako je u razdoblju od 2019. do 2021. godine na dijelu posjeda iskrčena šuma.

Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede su nam odgovorili da im nije podnesen zahtjev za dozvolu sječe, kao što je to propisano zakonom. Na upit hoće li nešto napraviti po tom pitanju, odgovorili su nam da o tome obavijestimo Državni inspektorat, ako smatramo da se na navedenim katastarskim česticama nije poštovala zakonska procedura.

Inspektorat je objasnio Oštru da je šumarska inspekcija pokrenula postupak po službenoj dužnosti kako bi saznala zašto navedene površine nisu uvrštene u šumskogospodarski plan te utvrdila da treba postupiti ako je za to nadležna.

Osim ljetnikovca Ismailove, Oštro je locirao i drugu imovinu članica Usmanovljeve obitelji u Hrvatskoj: jahtu Irina VU i nekretninu u Orebiću čija je neizravna vlasnica Irina Viner-Usmanova, piše Oštro.

Slučaj Gulbakhor Ismailove prilika je da se hrvatsko Ministarstvo vanjskih i europskih poslova jasno očituje o imovini ruskih oligarha i s njima povezanih osoba u Hrvatskoj.
