Već se danima u medijima priča kako je u susjednim zemljama sve jeftinije, kako se isplati ići preko granice, kako se može lijepo uštedjeti ako ne kupujete u Hrvatskoj. I istina je.

Naime, gotovo isti letak Bauhaus je objavio za slovensko i hrvatsko tržište, piše danas.hr.

Isti proizvodi na oba tržišta, ali cijene su uglavnom različite.

U pravilu oni proizvodi koje su posebno istaknuti velikim brojkama jeftiniji su u Sloveniji. I to ne malo jeftiniji. Jeftiniji su i više od 20 posto. Na naslovnici već spomenutog katologa, koji vrijedi od 5.siječnja do 1. veljače, znači aktualnog kataloga, prvo je u oči ‘upala‘ automobilska prikolica.

U slovenskim Bauhaus trgovinama ta prikolica stoji 498 eura, što je preračunato 3752,18 kuna.

U hrvatskom katalogu piše da joj je cijena 663, 48 eura odnosno 4998.99 kuna. Znači, u Hrvatskoj je skuplja 165 eura.

Vrtna kućica u Sloveniji je 399, a u Hrvatskoj 464 eura, a metalni regal za teški teret u Sloveniji je 79, a kod nas je 86,27 eura. Sve te tri stvari nalaze se na naslovnici Bauhausovog kataloga.

Put pod noge

Listajući katalog svaki zainteresirani kupac zaključit će da se apsolutno isplati sjesti u automobil i krenuti put susjedne zemlje. Barem svi oni koji žive u Zagrebu ili u sjevernom dijelu Hrvatske.

Doduše, nema puno Bauhaus trgovina u Sloveniji. Tek u Ljubljani i Mariboru. Ali granice su sad otvorene i puno je jednostavnije.

No, ipak nije sve jeftinije, ima nekih proizvoda koji su jeftiniji kod nas, ali to je možda razlika u euro ili dva. Reklo bi se, simbolična.

Visoka stopa poreza na dodanu vrijednost

Zašto je tako velika razlika u cijenama pitali smo Bauhaus.

Iz uprave Bauhausa su nam odgovorili kako razlika u cijenama određenih proizvoda u njihovim trgovinama u Hrvatskoj i u drugim europskim zemljama nipošto nije posljedica uvođenja eura kao zakonite valute u Republici Hrvatskoj.

"Društvo BAUHAUS-ZAGREB, k.d. pridržava se te će se nastaviti pridržavati Etičkog kodeksa kojemu je pristupilo te jamstava u vezi pouzdane i transparentne zamjene hrvatske kune eurom koje je preuzelo, uključujući i jamstvo da postupak uvođenja eura neće zloupotrijebiti za neopravdano povećanje cijena roba i usluga unatoč tome što se cijene formiraju na temelju ponude i potražnje na slobodnom tržištu.

Kroz veći broj društava, grupacija Bauhaus djeluje na području 19 zemalja Europe. Formiranju cijena u svakoj od tih država pristupa se individualno, uzimajući u obzir specifičnosti tržišta.

Očigledno, stopa poreza na dodanu vrijednost (kako opća, tako i ona primjenjiva na određene kategorije proizvoda), trošarine i druga javna davanja različita su u pojedinim državama. Opća stopa poreza na dodanu vrijednost u Hrvatskoj jedna je od najviših u Europskoj uniji pri čemu višu ima samo Mađarska", odgovorili su nam na naše upite te objasnili da se kod određivanja cijena uzimaju se u obzir i drugi čimbenici.

" A to su nabavna cijena proizvoda, troškovi dostave do prodajnih centara i drugi logistički troškovi, prilagodba proizvoda zahtjevima pojedinog tržišta (homologacija).

‘Cijene neće biti jednake‘

Dakle, unatoč geografskoj blizini zemalja u kojima BAUHAUS posluje, moguće je da, zbog već navedenih čimbenika, cijene istih proizvoda neće uvijek biti jednake. Također, iako će na većem tržištu gore navedeni faktori potencijalno utjecati na to da cijene budu niže (zbog, primjerice, veće i bolje razvijene logističke mreže ili većeg broja dobavljača prisutnih na jednom tržištu), veće tržište nije nužno garancija nižih cijena.

Prilikom formiranja cijena u Republici Hrvatskoj, BAUHAUS-ZAGREB, k.d. trudi se da sve veće nabavne troškove uslijed izazova inflacije s kojima se susreće europsko gospodarstvo ne prevali automatski na kupce, već primjenom svojih poslovnih politika i procesa pokušava ostvariti najbolje cijene za svoje kupce." obrazložili su zašto cijene istih proizvoda neće uvijek biti jednake.

Već se danima u medijima priča kako je u susjednim zemljama sve jeftinije, kako se isplati ići preko granice, kako se može lijepo uštedjeti ako ne kupujete u Hrvatskoj. I istina je.

Naime, gotovo isti letak Bauhaus je objavio za slovensko i hrvatsko tržište, piše danas.hr.

Isti proizvodi na oba tržišta, ali cijene su uglavnom različite.

U pravilu oni proizvodi koje su posebno istaknuti velikim brojkama jeftiniji su u Sloveniji. I to ne malo jeftiniji. Jeftiniji su i više od 20 posto. Na naslovnici već spomenutog katologa, koji vrijedi od 5.siječnja do 1. veljače, znači aktualnog kataloga, prvo je u oči ‘upala‘ automobilska prikolica.

U slovenskim Bauhaus trgovinama ta prikolica stoji 498 eura, što je preračunato 3752,18 kuna.

U hrvatskom katalogu piše da joj je cijena 663, 48 eura odnosno 4998.99 kuna. Znači, u Hrvatskoj je skuplja 165 eura.

Vrtna kućica u Sloveniji je 399, a u Hrvatskoj 464 eura, a metalni regal za teški teret u Sloveniji je 79, a kod nas je 86,27 eura. Sve te tri stvari nalaze se na naslovnici Bauhausovog kataloga.

Put pod noge

Listajući katalog svaki zainteresirani kupac zaključit će da se apsolutno isplati sjesti u automobil i krenuti put susjedne zemlje. Barem svi oni koji žive u Zagrebu ili u sjevernom dijelu Hrvatske.

Doduše, nema puno Bauhaus trgovina u Sloveniji. Tek u Ljubljani i Mariboru. Ali granice su sad otvorene i puno je jednostavnije.

No, ipak nije sve jeftinije, ima nekih proizvoda koji su jeftiniji kod nas, ali to je možda razlika u euro ili dva. Reklo bi se, simbolična.

Visoka stopa poreza na dodanu vrijednost

Zašto je tako velika razlika u cijenama pitali smo Bauhaus.

Iz uprave Bauhausa su nam odgovorili kako razlika u cijenama određenih proizvoda u njihovim trgovinama u Hrvatskoj i u drugim europskim zemljama nipošto nije posljedica uvođenja eura kao zakonite valute u Republici Hrvatskoj.

"Društvo BAUHAUS-ZAGREB, k.d. pridržava se te će se nastaviti pridržavati Etičkog kodeksa kojemu je pristupilo te jamstava u vezi pouzdane i transparentne zamjene hrvatske kune eurom koje je preuzelo, uključujući i jamstvo da postupak uvođenja eura neće zloupotrijebiti za neopravdano povećanje cijena roba i usluga unatoč tome što se cijene formiraju na temelju ponude i potražnje na slobodnom tržištu.

Kroz veći broj društava, grupacija Bauhaus djeluje na području 19 zemalja Europe. Formiranju cijena u svakoj od tih država pristupa se individualno, uzimajući u obzir specifičnosti tržišta.

Očigledno, stopa poreza na dodanu vrijednost (kako opća, tako i ona primjenjiva na određene kategorije proizvoda), trošarine i druga javna davanja različita su u pojedinim državama. Opća stopa poreza na dodanu vrijednost u Hrvatskoj jedna je od najviših u Europskoj uniji pri čemu višu ima samo Mađarska", odgovorili su nam na naše upite te objasnili da se kod određivanja cijena uzimaju se u obzir i drugi čimbenici.

" A to su nabavna cijena proizvoda, troškovi dostave do prodajnih centara i drugi logistički troškovi, prilagodba proizvoda zahtjevima pojedinog tržišta (homologacija).

‘Cijene neće biti jednake‘

Dakle, unatoč geografskoj blizini zemalja u kojima BAUHAUS posluje, moguće je da, zbog već navedenih čimbenika, cijene istih proizvoda neće uvijek biti jednake. Također, iako će na većem tržištu gore navedeni faktori potencijalno utjecati na to da cijene budu niže (zbog, primjerice, veće i bolje razvijene logističke mreže ili većeg broja dobavljača prisutnih na jednom tržištu), veće tržište nije nužno garancija nižih cijena.

Prilikom formiranja cijena u Republici Hrvatskoj, BAUHAUS-ZAGREB, k.d. trudi se da sve veće nabavne troškove uslijed izazova inflacije s kojima se susreće europsko gospodarstvo ne prevali automatski na kupce, već primjenom svojih poslovnih politika i procesa pokušava ostvariti najbolje cijene za svoje kupce." obrazložili su zašto cijene istih proizvoda neće uvijek biti jednake.
