Dvije uvjetne zatvorske kazne prevarantima izrekao je sudac Dinko Mešin na Općinskom sudu u Splitu. Jedan od njih je prodavao tuđi stan i ugrabio kaparu, dok je drugi vozio tuđi automobil godinu i pol dana bez naknade.
Na uvjetnu kaznu od deset mjeseci zatvora osuđen je 50-godišnjak iz Kaštela, koji je izvarao M.Š. za 4000 eura. Prema optužnom aktu, Kaštelanin je početkom veljače 2011. godine u Splitu ponudio M.Š.-u na prodaju stan u Doverskoj ulici, neistinito mu prikazujući da je on vlasnik stana. Kako bi ga uvjerio da je on vlasnik stana, predočio mu je presliku lažnog ugovora o kupnji, navodno zaključenog dana 15. srpnja 1997. godine između pravog vlasnika kao prodavatelja i njega kao kupca.
Na poleđinu ugovora stavljen je neistinit prezentat jednog javnog bilježnika u kojem je naznačeno da je on ovjerio potpis vlasnika stana. Nakon što je M.Š. povjerovao u istinitost njegovih navoda i predočenog mu ugovora, dogovorili su kupoprodaju stana za iznos od 105.000 eura te mu je predao na ime predujma iznos od 4000 eura. Kaštelanin je novac zadržao za sebe, dok do daljnje isplate novca nije došlo jer je M.Š. naknadno utvrdio da je ugovor koji mu je predočen krivotvoren.
Nakon provedenog suđenja Kaštelanin je za pokušaj prijevare dobio sedam mjeseci zatvora, a za krivotvorenje isprave još četiri te mu je izrečena jedinstvena kazna zatvora od deset mjeseci, koja je preinačena u uvjetnu kaznu uz rok kušnje od tri godine.
Dva dana kao pola godine
Drugi slučaj odnosi se na 43-godišnjaka iz Sinja, koji je početkom siječnja 2015. godine u prostorijama trgovačkog društva u Splitu zaključio ugovor o najmu osobnog vozila marke ford fiesta na rok od dva dana. Prilikom toga je vlasniku trgovačkog društva neistinito obećao platiti najamninu za korištenje vozila od 1000 kuna pa mu je on, povjerovavši njegovim obećanjima, predao vozilo koje je Sinjanin uzeo i koristio sve do polovice srpnja sljedeće godine. Najamninu nikada nije platio. Proglašen je krivim i osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu od šest mjeseci zatvora uz rok kušnje od dvije godine.

Dvije uvjetne zatvorske kazne prevarantima izrekao je sudac Dinko Mešin na Općinskom sudu u Splitu. Jedan od njih je prodavao tuđi stan i ugrabio kaparu, dok je drugi vozio tuđi automobil godinu i pol dana bez naknade.
Na uvjetnu kaznu od deset mjeseci zatvora osuđen je 50-godišnjak iz Kaštela, koji je izvarao M.Š. za 4000 eura. Prema optužnom aktu, Kaštelanin je početkom veljače 2011. godine u Splitu ponudio M.Š.-u na prodaju stan u Doverskoj ulici, neistinito mu prikazujući da je on vlasnik stana. Kako bi ga uvjerio da je on vlasnik stana, predočio mu je presliku lažnog ugovora o kupnji, navodno zaključenog dana 15. srpnja 1997. godine između pravog vlasnika kao prodavatelja i njega kao kupca.
Na poleđinu ugovora stavljen je neistinit prezentat jednog javnog bilježnika u kojem je naznačeno da je on ovjerio potpis vlasnika stana. Nakon što je M.Š. povjerovao u istinitost njegovih navoda i predočenog mu ugovora, dogovorili su kupoprodaju stana za iznos od 105.000 eura te mu je predao na ime predujma iznos od 4000 eura. Kaštelanin je novac zadržao za sebe, dok do daljnje isplate novca nije došlo jer je M.Š. naknadno utvrdio da je ugovor koji mu je predočen krivotvoren.
Nakon provedenog suđenja Kaštelanin je za pokušaj prijevare dobio sedam mjeseci zatvora, a za krivotvorenje isprave još četiri te mu je izrečena jedinstvena kazna zatvora od deset mjeseci, koja je preinačena u uvjetnu kaznu uz rok kušnje od tri godine.
Dva dana kao pola godine
Drugi slučaj odnosi se na 43-godišnjaka iz Sinja, koji je početkom siječnja 2015. godine u prostorijama trgovačkog društva u Splitu zaključio ugovor o najmu osobnog vozila marke ford fiesta na rok od dva dana. Prilikom toga je vlasniku trgovačkog društva neistinito obećao platiti najamninu za korištenje vozila od 1000 kuna pa mu je on, povjerovavši njegovim obećanjima, predao vozilo koje je Sinjanin uzeo i koristio sve do polovice srpnja sljedeće godine. Najamninu nikada nije platio. Proglašen je krivim i osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu od šest mjeseci zatvora uz rok kušnje od dvije godine.
