Koliko se investicije u Hrvatskoj priželjkuju, valja zabilježiti kad se dogode, posebno u ovoj bremenitoj 2020. godini kad su mnoge poslovne aktivnosti zamrle zbog pandemije koronavirusa.
Tvrtka Global rent d.o.o. iz Splita investirala je više od 30 milijuna kuna u novi trgovački centar Jug Mall u Čakovcu, koji je službeno otvoren u četvrtak, ali bez velike svečanosti zbog epidemioloških mjera.
Ovaj trgovački kompleks nalazi se na prostoru nekadašnje tvrtke Betex, a investitor je zgradu u cijelosti obnovio. Građevinske radove u najvećem dijelu izvele su građevinske tvrtke iz Međimurske i Varaždinske Županije, a glavni izvođač bila je domaća tvrtka “Međimurje gradnja” iz Čakovca.
Trgovački centar Čakovec Jug Mall ima više od 4000 metara četvornih prodajnog prostora s više od 150 parkirnih mjesta. Njegovim otvaranjem, Čakovec dobiva i više od 80 novih radnih mjesta.
Kako je došlo do ove investicije? Miroslav Jeličić Purko, direktor Global renta, kazuje nam kako je u procesu likvidacije Zatvorenog alternativnog investicijskog fonda Proprius d.d., ovisno društvo Global rent imalo pod hipotekom cjelokupnu imovinu, te prihodima nije moglo ispunjavati obaveze prema bankama.
-Dolaskom na čelnu poziciju Global renta, prepoznao sam potencijal, te smo dokapitalizirali Global rent novcem i imovinom tvrtki u mom vlasništvu i vlasništvu partnera, kako bi smanjili kreditni rizik i povećali prihode. Prihodi od najma su podignuti sa 600.000 kuna na 4,7 milijuna kuna, a 40-postotnu popunjenost podigli smo na 100 posto. Projekt je trajao 15 mjeseci i mogu sa zadovoljstvom reći da je rađen po najvišim standardima, unatoč epidemiološkoj situaciji – kazao nam je Jeličić Purko.
Naš sugovornik ističe i kako su zakupci, redom nacionalni i međunarodni brendovi, snaga ovog projekta, te će Čakovec Jug Mall obogatiti ponudu šireg područja grada Čakovca i zadovoljiti potražnju lokalnog stanovništva. Kad epidemiološka situacija dopusti, ponuda će se proširiti i novim sadržajima poput profesionalne dječje igraonice s kinom na više od 500 metara četvornih.

Koliko se investicije u Hrvatskoj priželjkuju, valja zabilježiti kad se dogode, posebno u ovoj bremenitoj 2020. godini kad su mnoge poslovne aktivnosti zamrle zbog pandemije koronavirusa.
Tvrtka Global rent d.o.o. iz Splita investirala je više od 30 milijuna kuna u novi trgovački centar Jug Mall u Čakovcu, koji je službeno otvoren u četvrtak, ali bez velike svečanosti zbog epidemioloških mjera.
Ovaj trgovački kompleks nalazi se na prostoru nekadašnje tvrtke Betex, a investitor je zgradu u cijelosti obnovio. Građevinske radove u najvećem dijelu izvele su građevinske tvrtke iz Međimurske i Varaždinske Županije, a glavni izvođač bila je domaća tvrtka “Međimurje gradnja” iz Čakovca.
Trgovački centar Čakovec Jug Mall ima više od 4000 metara četvornih prodajnog prostora s više od 150 parkirnih mjesta. Njegovim otvaranjem, Čakovec dobiva i više od 80 novih radnih mjesta.
Kako je došlo do ove investicije? Miroslav Jeličić Purko, direktor Global renta, kazuje nam kako je u procesu likvidacije Zatvorenog alternativnog investicijskog fonda Proprius d.d., ovisno društvo Global rent imalo pod hipotekom cjelokupnu imovinu, te prihodima nije moglo ispunjavati obaveze prema bankama.
-Dolaskom na čelnu poziciju Global renta, prepoznao sam potencijal, te smo dokapitalizirali Global rent novcem i imovinom tvrtki u mom vlasništvu i vlasništvu partnera, kako bi smanjili kreditni rizik i povećali prihode. Prihodi od najma su podignuti sa 600.000 kuna na 4,7 milijuna kuna, a 40-postotnu popunjenost podigli smo na 100 posto. Projekt je trajao 15 mjeseci i mogu sa zadovoljstvom reći da je rađen po najvišim standardima, unatoč epidemiološkoj situaciji – kazao nam je Jeličić Purko.
Naš sugovornik ističe i kako su zakupci, redom nacionalni i međunarodni brendovi, snaga ovog projekta, te će Čakovec Jug Mall obogatiti ponudu šireg područja grada Čakovca i zadovoljiti potražnju lokalnog stanovništva. Kad epidemiološka situacija dopusti, ponuda će se proširiti i novim sadržajima poput profesionalne dječje igraonice s kinom na više od 500 metara četvornih.
