Nakon što je turski predsjednik Recep Tayyip Erdogan odlučio protjerati deset veleposlanika, valuta ove države dosegnula je novu rekordnu vrijednost - sada jedan dolar iznosi 9,738 lira.

Tolika joj je bila vrijednost na Londonskoj burzi do 11.45 sati. To se dogodilo nakon što je Erdogan u subotu, 23. listopada, personama non grata proglasio i zatim protjerao veleposlanike Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, Njemačke, Francuske, Kanade, Nizozemske, Švedske, Norveške, Danske, Finske i Novog Zelanda, piše Klix.ba.

To je učinio nakon što je Zapad pozvao Tursku da iz zatvora pusti Osmana Kavalija, kojega predstavlja i kao filantropa.

Ekonomisti i investitori već su duže vrijeme zabrinuti zbog Erdoganovog odnosa prema Centralnoj banci Turske smatrajući da ugrožava neovisnost te institucije. Uvjeren je da će niskim stopama smanjiti inflaciju, što je suprotno očekivanjima većeg broja ekonomista, piše CNBC.

Prošloga tjedna su u banci Societe Generale prognozirali nastavak pada vrijednosti lire i očekuju da će do kraja ove godine jedan dolar iznositi 9,80 lira. Istaknuli su da je Erdogan "učinkovito uklonio sve one koji se protive neobičnom stavu da visoke kamate uzrokuju visoku inflaciju", donosi agencija Reuters, a prenosi Klix.ba.

Nakon što je turski predsjednik Recep Tayyip Erdogan odlučio protjerati deset veleposlanika, valuta ove države dosegnula je novu rekordnu vrijednost - sada jedan dolar iznosi 9,738 lira.

Tolika joj je bila vrijednost na Londonskoj burzi do 11.45 sati. Prošloga tjedna su u banci Societe Generale prognozirali nastavak pada vrijednosti lire i očekuju da će do kraja ove godine jedan dolar iznositi 9,80 lira.
