U trenutku kad je iduća turistička sezona u Hrvatskoj još uvijek poprilično neizvjesna, popularna platforma za iznajmljivanje Airbnb, preko koje svoje smještajne kapacitete oglašava i veliki broj Splićana, upravo je donijela nova pravila.

Domaćini koji nude smještaj moraju se tako do 20. studenog obvezati na provedbu mjera za čistoću, a osim toga svi su gosti i domaćini prilikom susreta uživo dužni nositi masku i održavati fizički razmak. Od sljedećeg tjedna svi domaćini koji nude smještaj u svojoj će aplikaciji ili na kontrolnoj ploči moći vidjeti obavijest o posebnim mjerama za čistoću od pet koraka te stranicu na kojoj će moći potvrditi da će se pridržavati mjera za sigurnost i zaštitu zbog pandemije bolesti COVID-19.

Ako ne pristanu na te uvjete dobit će upozorenje i njihov bi korisnički račun mogao biti suspendiran, u nekim slučajevima i uklonjen s Airbnba. Airbnb je sastavio ove posebne mjere za čistoću na temelju smjernica Centra za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti i u suradnji sa stručnjacima u području dezinfekcije i medicine, poput tvrtke Ecolab i dr. Viveka Murthyja, bivšeg predstojnika američkog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Mjere su također odobrile vodeće tvrtke u sektoru održavanja čistoće i higijene kao što je Diversey.

- Predstavljamo nove standarde za goste i govorimo o tome što sve podrazumijeva kvalitetno ugošćivanje kako bismo osigurali da svi domaćini djeluju u skladu s očekivanjima zajednice, rekla je Catherine Powell, voditeljica Airbnbovog Odjela za ugošćivanje.

Tako će po novome domaćini morati obratiti pažnju na ove korake: pripremiti svu opremu i prozračiti prostor prije čišćenja, očistiti prašinu i prljavštinu sa svih površina, dezinficirati uređaje, elektroničku opremu i sve površine koje se često dodiruju, provjeriti je li prostor temeljito očišćen i dezinficiran te obaviti završne radnje kako bi prostor bio spreman za idućeg gosta kao i obnoviti zalihe sredstava za čišćenje. Airbnb savjetuje da na raspolaganju gostima ostavite samo onoliko posuđa koliko stignete oprati između dviju rezervacija.

- Razmislite o tome da ograničite količinu posuđa koja će gostima biti na raspolaganju kako biste bili sigurni da stignete sve oprati između dviju rezervacija. Savjetujemo vam da pripremite dvostruko više posuđa od maksimalnog broja gostiju koji ste odredili (primjerice, ako vaš smještaj može primiti četiti osobe, ostavite im osam kompleta posuđa). Vrlo je važno da se sav kućni tekstil temeljito dezinficira između dviju rezervacija, no to može biti teško postići ako vam je kratak razmak između rezervacija. Kupite dvije zavjese za tuš-kadu (ako je moguće) koje se mogu prati i dva kompleta posteljine i izmjenjujte ih. Na taj ćete način imati više vremena da operete sav prljavi kućni tekstil i pripremite ga za sljedećeg gosta, poručuju.

Kad se domaćini obvežu na pridržavanje tih mjera njihov će oglas dobiti posebnu oznaku po kojoj će gosti znati da su se obvezali u svakom trenutku pridržavati standarda za čistoću. Ako ste gost, nećete imati pravo na povrat novca u slučaju da domaćin otkaže vašu rezervaciju, jer se niste pridržavali navedenih mjera. Isto tako, ako ste domaćin, nećete imati pravo na isplatu ako gost otkaže rezervaciju, jer se niste pridržavali navedenih mjera.

Početkom godine iz Airbnb su uveli zabranu organiziranja zabava na globalnoj razini, suspendirali su ili uklonili oko sto tisuća korisničkih profila onih gostiju koji su kršili pravila ili nisu poštivali standarde platforme.

U trenutku kad je iduća turistička sezona u Hrvatskoj još uvijek poprilično neizvjesna, popularna platforma za iznajmljivanje Airbnb, preko koje svoje smještajne kapacitete oglašava i veliki broj Splićana, upravo je donijela nova pravila.

Domaćini koji nude smještaj moraju se tako do 20. studenog obvezati na provedbu mjera za čistoću, a osim toga svi su gosti i domaćini prilikom susreta uživo dužni nositi masku i održavati fizički razmak. Od sljedećeg tjedna svi domaćini koji nude smještaj u svojoj će aplikaciji ili na kontrolnoj ploči moći vidjeti obavijest o posebnim mjerama za čistoću od pet koraka te stranicu na kojoj će moći potvrditi da će se pridržavati mjera za sigurnost i zaštitu zbog pandemije bolesti COVID-19.

Ako ne pristanu na te uvjete dobit će upozorenje i njihov bi korisnički račun mogao biti suspendiran, u nekim slučajevima i uklonjen s Airbnba. Airbnb je sastavio ove posebne mjere za čistoću na temelju smjernica Centra za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti i u suradnji sa stručnjacima u području dezinfekcije i medicine, poput tvrtke Ecolab i dr. Viveka Murthyja, bivšeg predstojnika američkog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Mjere su također odobrile vodeće tvrtke u sektoru održavanja čistoće i higijene kao što je Diversey.

- Predstavljamo nove standarde za goste i govorimo o tome što sve podrazumijeva kvalitetno ugošćivanje kako bismo osigurali da svi domaćini djeluju u skladu s očekivanjima zajednice, rekla je Catherine Powell, voditeljica Airbnbovog Odjela za ugošćivanje.

Tako će po novome domaćini morati obratiti pažnju na ove korake: pripremiti svu opremu i prozračiti prostor prije čišćenja, očistiti prašinu i prljavštinu sa svih površina, dezinficirati uređaje, elektroničku opremu i sve površine koje se često dodiruju, provjeriti je li prostor temeljito očišćen i dezinficiran te obaviti završne radnje kako bi prostor bio spreman za idućeg gosta kao i obnoviti zalihe sredstava za čišćenje. Airbnb savjetuje da na raspolaganju gostima ostavite samo onoliko posuđa koliko stignete oprati između dviju rezervacija.

- Razmislite o tome da ograničite količinu posuđa koja će gostima biti na raspolaganju kako biste bili sigurni da stignete sve oprati između dviju rezervacija. Savjetujemo vam da pripremite dvostruko više posuđa od maksimalnog broja gostiju koji ste odredili (primjerice, ako vaš smještaj može primiti četiti osobe, ostavite im osam kompleta posuđa). Vrlo je važno da se sav kućni tekstil temeljito dezinficira između dviju rezervacija, no to može biti teško postići ako vam je kratak razmak između rezervacija. Kupite dvije zavjese za tuš-kadu (ako je moguće) koje se mogu prati i dva kompleta posteljine i izmjenjujte ih. Na taj ćete način imati više vremena da operete sav prljavi kućni tekstil i pripremite ga za sljedećeg gosta, poručuju.

Kad se domaćini obvežu na pridržavanje tih mjera njihov će oglas dobiti posebnu oznaku po kojoj će gosti znati da su se obvezali u svakom trenutku pridržavati standarda za čistoću. Ako ste gost, nećete imati pravo na povrat novca u slučaju da domaćin otkaže vašu rezervaciju, jer se niste pridržavali navedenih mjera. Isto tako, ako ste domaćin, nećete imati pravo na isplatu ako gost otkaže rezervaciju, jer se niste pridržavali navedenih mjera.

Početkom godine iz Airbnb su uveli zabranu organiziranja zabava na globalnoj razini, suspendirali su ili uklonili oko sto tisuća korisničkih profila onih gostiju koji su kršili pravila ili nisu poštivali standarde platforme.
