Jeste li znali da se od zelenih borovih šišarki može pripremiti ukusan sirup koji je, kako se vjeruje, ljekovit i jača imunitet? Recept nam je otkrila Neda Bopsić iz Vinjerca, pokretačica popularne Facebook grupe Zdrava Trava, o kojoj smo vam već pisali. Neda je zaljubljenica u prirodu i samoniklo bilje koje rado prikuplja te od njega izrađuje jela, slatkiše i ovakve pripravke.

- Sirup od borovih iglica je većini poznat bilo kao ljekovit, bilo kao slastica. Ne uspije baš uvijek i zahtijeva vremena. Jedan malo drugačiji sirup gustoće i okusa meda koji ni vrijedne pčelice ne znaju napraviti, može se puno brže pripremiti od zelenih borovih šišarki. I ovo je počelo kao ljekovito, no kako je i jako ukusno – zalihe uglavnom ne traju do potrebe za liječenjem. Tako je, vjerujem, nastala fama o efikasnoj preventivi i jačanju imuniteta. A taj i takav sirup možete imati već danas. Pod uvjetom da prošetate do borove šume. Zelenih šišarki ima zapravo uvijek, ne treba čekati neko posebno godišnje doba. Od cvjetanja pa do zrele šišarke prođu dvije godine. Svi borovi, čak i iste vrste, različito sazrijevaju. To uglavnom zavisi od klime, starosti stabla, nadmorskoj visini i, dakako, vrsti bora - objasnila nam je Neda te poslala recept. Isprobajte ga!

Sirup od zelenih šišarki

Sastojci:

zelene šišarke, poželjno još ljepljive od smole

šećer

voda

po želji kardamom, zvjezdani anis, klinčić, sjemenke koromača, a može i limuntus

Priprema:

Šišarke pristaviti u hladnu vodu da se kuhaju. Vode staviti par centimetara iznad šišarki (zapravo ispod, jer šišarke plutaju). Kuhati treba na umjerenoj temperaturi 50 do 60 minuta od početka ključanja vode. Poželjno je kuhati u širokoj posudi. Kada voda uvrije na pola od početne količine, šišarke izvadimo šupljačom ili procijedimo, izmjerimo količinu tekućine i dodamo istu količinu šećera. Dakle, na 1 l tekućine – 1 kg šećera.

Tekućina će u ovoj fazi biti mutna i još neće imati onu lijepu boju koju očekujemo. Tekućinu sa šećerom vratimo na vatru i kuhamo na vrlo tihoj vatri još dvadesetak minuta od početka ključanja. Vrijeme pripreme može biti kraće ili duže. Zavisi od količine sastojaka, veličine i kvalitete posude, te regulaciji temperature štednjaka. Pjenu koja se pojavi treba skinuti, da bi sirup bio lijepo proziran. Dio vode će opet ispariti, a sirup će se malo zgusnuti, no ne očekujte previše.

Prava gustoća će nastati tek kada se sirup posve ohladi. Zato ga treba još toplog sipati u sterilizirane staklenke. Ako želite dodati neki od začina ili limuntus, to treba učiniti zadnjih desetak minuta kuhanja.

Jeste li znali da se od zelenih borovih šišarki može pripremiti ukusan sirup koji je, kako se vjeruje, ljekovit i jača imunitet? Recept nam je otkrila Neda Bopsić iz Vinjerca, pokretačica popularne Facebook grupe Zdrava Trava, o kojoj smo vam već pisali. Neda je zaljubljenica u prirodu i samoniklo bilje koje rado prikuplja te od njega izrađuje jela, slatkiše i ovakve pripravke.

- Sirup od borovih iglica je većini poznat bilo kao ljekovit, bilo kao slastica. Ne uspije baš uvijek i zahtijeva vremena. Jedan malo drugačiji sirup gustoće i okusa meda koji ni vrijedne pčelice ne znaju napraviti, može se puno brže pripremiti od zelenih borovih šišarki. I ovo je počelo kao ljekovito, no kako je i jako ukusno – zalihe uglavnom ne traju do potrebe za liječenjem. Tako je, vjerujem, nastala fama o efikasnoj preventivi i jačanju imuniteta. A taj i takav sirup možete imati već danas. Pod uvjetom da prošetate do borove šume. Zelenih šišarki ima zapravo uvijek, ne treba čekati neko posebno godišnje doba. Od cvjetanja pa do zrele šišarke prođu dvije godine. Svi borovi, čak i iste vrste, različito sazrijevaju. Sirup od zelenih šišarki

Sastojci:

zelene šišarke, poželjno još ljepljive od smole

šećer

voda

po želji kardamom, zvjezdani anis, klinčić, sjemenke koromača, a može i limuntus

Priprema:

Šišarke pristaviti u hladnu vodu da se kuhaju. Vode staviti par centimetara iznad šišarki (zapravo ispod, jer šišarke plutaju). Kuhati treba na umjerenoj temperaturi 50 do 60 minuta od početka ključanja vode. Poželjno je kuhati u širokoj posudi. Kada voda uvrije na pola od početne količine, šišarke izvadimo šupljačom ili procijedimo, izmjerimo količinu tekućine i dodamo istu količinu šećera. Dakle, na 1 l tekućine – 1 kg šećera.

Tekućina će u ovoj fazi biti mutna i još neće imati onu lijepu boju koju očekujemo. Tekućinu sa šećerom vratimo na vatru i kuhamo na vrlo tihoj vatri još dvadesetak minuta od početka ključanja. Vrijeme pripreme može biti kraće ili duže. Zavisi od količine sastojaka, veličine i kvalitete posude, te regulaciji temperature štednjaka. Pjenu koja se pojavi treba skinuti, da bi sirup bio lijepo proziran. Dio vode će opet ispariti, a sirup će se malo zgusnuti, no ne očekujte previše.

Prava gustoća će nastati tek kada se sirup posve ohladi. Zato ga treba još toplog sipati u sterilizirane staklenke. Ako želite dodati neki od začina ili limuntus, to treba učiniti zadnjih desetak minuta kuhanja.

Jeste li znali da se od zelenih borovih šišarki može pripremiti ukusan sirup koji je, kako se vjeruje, ljekovit i jača imunitet? Recept nam je otkrila Neda Bopsić iz Vinjerca, pokretačica popularne Facebook grupe Zdrava Trava, o kojoj smo vam već pisali. Neda je zaljubljenica u prirodu i samoniklo bilje koje rado prikuplja te od njega izrađuje jela, slatkiše i ovakve pripravke.

- Sirup od borovih iglica je većini poznat bilo kao ljekovit, bilo kao slastica. Ne uspije baš uvijek i zahtijeva vremena. Jedan malo drugačiji sirup gustoće i okusa meda koji ni vrijedne pčelice ne znaju napraviti, može se puno brže pripremiti od zelenih borovih šišarki. I ovo je počelo kao ljekovito, no kako je i jako ukusno – zalihe uglavnom ne traju do potrebe za liječenjem. Tako je, vjerujem, nastala fama o efikasnoj preventivi i jačanju imuniteta. A taj i takav sirup možete imati već danas. Pod uvjetom da prošetate do borove šume. Zelenih šišarki ima zapravo uvijek, ne treba čekati neko posebno godišnje doba.
