Ako u tražilicu upišete pojam "pjegice", izaći će vam rezultati toliko oprečni da ćete se jednostavno morati odlučiti koji pol istražiti. Jer kako se čini danas, barem prema rezultatima brze pretrage na internetu, pjegica se ljudi pokušavaju riješiti ili ih pak odlučuju na svoje lice, ni manje ni više nego - tetovirati.

Iscrtavanje točkica po nosu, pa ni filteri koji ih dodaju, više nisu dovoljni. Iako trend tetoviranih pjegica nije zaživio poput onoga s obrvama, dovoljno govori o njihovoj popularnosti. Zašto ih se onda neki pokušavaju riješiti?

Stvari su malo kompliciranije za objasniti, ali u pomoć svakako uskače uzrečica kako je susjedova trava uvijek zelenija. Znate već, oni koji imaju ravnu kosu htjeli bi kovrče, oni "ricasti" svojih se kovrča groze i posežu za peglom za kosu. Kod pjegica je situacija ipak malo drugačije prirode.

Što su hiperpigmentacije i kako nastaju?

Pojam označava široku lepezu vrlo učestalih kožnih problema, ali uglavnom se radi o nekoj vrsti diskoloracije. Manifestira se u raznim oblicima, od tamnih mrlja do pjegica, a može prekrivati veću ili manju količinu površine kože. 

No dok su sitne pjegice na nosu (većini) poželjne, mrlja koje nastaju zbog hormonalnih promjena, kao reakcija pretjeranog izlaganja suncu ili pak zbog neadekvatne njege (manjka SPF-a) kad je u pitanju rutina kože, većina se pokupava riješiti svim sredstvima.

Nedavno smo o učinku vitamina C na hiperpigmentaciju pričali i sa splitskom dermatologinjom prof. dr. Neirom Puizinom Ivić, a danas je tu i čitava paleta drugih sastojaka, poput niacinamida i retinola.

Hiperpigmentacija se uglavnom dijeli na četiri kategorije:

- starosne pjege

- hiperpigmentacija nastala nakon upalnog procesa na koži

- melasma (vezana najčešće uz izloženost suncu ili hormonalne promjene)

- pjegice (izazvane genetski, a mogu potamniti kod pretjeranog izlaganja suncu)

Ova posljednja kategorija je, dakako, najpoželjnija, a posljednjih godina posebno u trendu. Selfieji "bez make up-a" otkrivaju da i poznate osobe nose pokoju pjegu na inače porculanski ujednačenome licu, a odavno se to ne smatra nedostatkom.

Ne kažemo da ih morate crtati, ali... Prihvatiti pokoju točkicu ovoga ljeta moglo bi djelovati oslobađajuće na više strana. Živjele pjegice!

Ako u tražilicu upišete pojam "pjegice", izaći će vam rezultati toliko oprečni da ćete se jednostavno morati odlučiti koji pol istražiti. Jer kako se čini danas, barem prema rezultatima brze pretrage na internetu, pjegica se ljudi pokušavaju riješiti ili ih pak odlučuju na svoje lice, ni manje ni više nego - tetovirati.

Iscrtavanje točkica po nosu, pa ni filteri koji ih dodaju, više nisu dovoljni. Iako trend tetoviranih pjegica nije zaživio poput onoga s obrvama, dovoljno govori o njihovoj popularnosti. Zašto ih se onda neki pokušavaju riješiti?

Stvari su malo kompliciranije za objasniti, ali u pomoć svakako uskače uzrečica kako je susjedova trava uvijek zelenija. Znate već, oni koji imaju ravnu kosu htjeli bi kovrče, oni "ricasti" svojih se kovrča groze i posežu za peglom za kosu. Kod pjegica je situacija ipak malo drugačije prirode.

Što su hiperpigmentacije i kako nastaju?

Pojam označava široku lepezu vrlo učestalih kožnih problema, ali uglavnom se radi o nekoj vrsti diskoloracije. Manifestira se u raznim oblicima, od tamnih mrlja do pjegica, a može prekrivati veću ili manju količinu površine kože. 

No dok su sitne pjegice na nosu (većini) poželjne, mrlja koje nastaju zbog hormonalnih promjena, kao reakcija pretjeranog izlaganja suncu ili pak zbog neadekvatne njege (manjka SPF-a) kad je u pitanju rutina kože, većina se pokupava riješiti svim sredstvima.

Nedavno smo o učinku vitamina C na hiperpigmentaciju pričali i sa splitskom dermatologinjom prof. dr. Neirom Puizinom Ivić, a danas je tu i čitava paleta drugih sastojaka, poput niacinamida i retinola.

Hiperpigmentacija se uglavnom dijeli na četiri kategorije:

- starosne pjege

- hiperpigmentacija nastala nakon upalnog procesa na koži

- melasma (vezana najčešće uz izloženost suncu ili hormonalne promjene)

- pjegice (izazvane genetski, a mogu potamniti kod pretjeranog izlaganja suncu)

Ova posljednja kategorija je, dakako, najpoželjnija, a posljednjih godina posebno u trendu. Selfieji "bez make up-a" otkrivaju da i poznate osobe nose pokoju pjegu na inače porculanski ujednačenome licu, a odavno se to ne smatra nedostatkom.

Ne kažemo da ih morate crtati, ali... Prihvatiti pokoju točkicu ovoga ljeta moglo bi djelovati oslobađajuće na više strana. Živjele pjegice!

Živjele točkice!

Neki ih crtaju, drugi čak i tetoviraju, jer sve su nas očarale: ovog ljeta pjegice su totalno u trendu!

Ako u tražilicu upišete pojam "pjegice", izaći će vam rezultati toliko oprečni da ćete se jednostavno morati odlučiti koji pol istražiti. Jer kako se čini danas, barem prema rezultatima brze pretrage na internetu, pjegica se ljudi pokušavaju riješiti ili ih pak odlučuju na svoje lice, ni manje ni više nego - tetovirati.

Iscrtavanje točkica po nosu, pa ni filteri koji ih dodaju, više nisu dovoljni. Iako trend tetoviranih pjegica nije zaživio poput onoga s obrvama, dovoljno govori o njihovoj popularnosti. Zašto ih se onda neki pokušavaju riješiti?

Stvari su malo kompliciranije za objasniti, ali u pomoć svakako uskače uzrečica kako je susjedova trava uvijek zelenija. Znate već, oni koji imaju ravnu kosu htjeli bi kovrče, oni "ricasti" svojih se kovrča groze i posežu za peglom za kosu. Kod pjegica je situacija ipak malo drugačije prirode.

Što su hiperpigmentacije i kako nastaju?

Pojam označava široku lepezu vrlo učestalih kožnih problema, ali uglavnom se radi o nekoj vrsti diskoloracije. Manifestira se u raznim oblicima, od tamnih mrlja do pjegica, a može prekrivati veću ili manju količinu površine kože. 

No dok su sitne pjegice na nosu (većini) poželjne, mrlja koje nastaju zbog hormonalnih promjena, kao reakcija pretjeranog izlaganja suncu ili pak zbog neadekvatne njege (manjka SPF-a) kad je u pitanju rutina kože, većina se pokupava riješiti svim sredstvima.

Nedavno smo o učinku vitamina C na hiperpigmentaciju pričali i sa splitskom dermatologinjom prof. dr. Neirom Puizinom Ivić, a danas je tu i čitava paleta drugih sastojaka, poput niacinamida i retinola.

Hiperpigmentacija se uglavnom dijeli na četiri kategorije:

- starosne pjege

- hiperpigmentacija nastala nakon upalnog procesa na koži

- melasma (vezana najčešće uz izloženost suncu ili hormonalne promjene)

- pjegice (izazvane genetski, a mogu potamniti kod pretjeranog izlaganja suncu)

Ova posljednja kategorija je, dakako, najpoželjnija, a posljednjih godina posebno u trendu. Selfieji "bez make up-a" otkrivaju da i poznate osobe nose pokoju pjegu na inače porculanski ujednačenome licu, a odavno se to ne smatra nedostatkom.

Ne kažemo da ih morate crtati, ali... Prihvatiti pokoju točkicu ovoga ljeta moglo bi djelovati oslobađajuće na više strana. Živjele pjegice!
