Kako sport zna biti okrutan, nekad si na vrhu, ali se kolo sreće brzo okrene i završiš na dnu. Recimo zanimljiv je slučaj Phila Marsha koji je još 2007. godine bio na Old Traffordu u svlačionici zajedno s Cristianom Ronaldom, Wayneom Rooneyem i ostalim zvijezdama. Nije mu bilo lako kada mu je sir Alex Ferguson otkazao ugovor jer će imati malu minutažu i nema prostora baš za njega.
Marsh je od tada promijenio 20 klubova, nema gdje ga nije bilo, na kojoj razini natjecanja. Tražio je svoje mjesto pod suncem. Posljednju sezonu je proveo u članu velške druge polu-profesionalne lige, ekipi Rhyla gdje je otkaz dobio putem sms poruke.
- Nije prvi put da sam otpušten, ali je sigurno prvi put da sam otkaz dobio na ovaj način. Riječ je o pristojnosti, loše je jer nisu mogli čak ni nazvati na telefon. Više bi ih poštovao da su me nazvali i u lice mi rekli, ali samo su mi poslali poruku, bio sam šokiran. To je stvarno loše - rekao je Marsh za BBC.
Zanimljiva je ta prepiska igrača i kluba, prilično "prijateljska" i nimalo na razini pristojnosti za jedan klub.
- Zdravo Phil, Eddi je, novi menadžer Rhyla. Određivali smo budžet i nakon razgovora s ostalima odlučili smo da nam nećeš trebati sljedeće sezone. Želimo biti na čisto sa svima. Živio - sadržaj je poruke koju je Marsh primio.
- Zdravo, Eddie, svakako nisam imao namjeru ostati jer se ovog ljeta vraćam u Manchester United, ali hvala na poruci, iako telefonski poziv ne bi bio loš. Sve najbolje - glasio je njegov odgovor.
Nije Marsha život baš mazio. Nakon Manchester Uniteda imao je i tešku prometnu nesreću u kojoj je baš nastradao, karijera mu je visila o koncu. U međuvremenu posvetio se i trenerskom poslu, ima UEFA B-licencu. Gdje će igrati sljedeće sezone još ne zna, ali bi volio odraditi još koju sezonu dok uči trenerski zanat..

Kako sport zna biti okrutan, nekad si na vrhu, ali se kolo sreće brzo okrene i završiš na dnu. Recimo zanimljiv je slučaj Phila Marsha koji je još 2007. godine bio na Old Traffordu u svlačionici zajedno s Cristianom Ronaldom, Wayneom Rooneyem i ostalim zvijezdama. Nije mu bilo lako kada mu je sir Alex Ferguson otkazao ugovor jer će imati malu minutažu i nema prostora baš za njega.
Marsh je od tada promijenio 20 klubova, nema gdje ga nije bilo, na kojoj razini natjecanja. Tražio je svoje mjesto pod suncem. Posljednju sezonu je proveo u članu velške druge polu-profesionalne lige, ekipi Rhyla gdje je otkaz dobio putem sms poruke.
- Nije prvi put da sam otpušten, ali je sigurno prvi put da sam otkaz dobio na ovaj način. Riječ je o pristojnosti, loše je jer nisu mogli čak ni nazvati na telefon. Više bi ih poštovao da su me nazvali i u lice mi rekli, ali samo su mi poslali poruku, bio sam šokiran. To je stvarno loše - rekao je Marsh za BBC.
Zanimljiva je ta prepiska igrača i kluba, prilično "prijateljska" i nimalo na razini pristojnosti za jedan klub.
- Zdravo Phil, Eddi je, novi menadžer Rhyla. Određivali smo budžet i nakon razgovora s ostalima odlučili smo da nam nećeš trebati sljedeće sezone. Želimo biti na čisto sa svima. Živio - sadržaj je poruke koju je Marsh primio.
- Zdravo, Eddie, svakako nisam imao namjeru ostati jer se ovog ljeta vraćam u Manchester United, ali hvala na poruci, iako telefonski poziv ne bi bio loš. Sve najbolje - glasio je njegov odgovor.
Nije Marsha život baš mazio. Nakon Manchester Uniteda imao je i tešku prometnu nesreću u kojoj je baš nastradao, karijera mu je visila o koncu. U međuvremenu posvetio se i trenerskom poslu, ima UEFA B-licencu. Gdje će igrati sljedeće sezone još ne zna, ali bi volio odraditi još koju sezonu dok uči trenerski zanat..
