Većinu od sat i 45 minuta vremena koliko je trajala projekcija dokumentarnog filma ‘Magična sedmica - Toni Kukoč‘ uglavnom da se i muha mogla čuti u dvorani KK Split na Gripama, toliko su svi upijali baš svaku sekundu filma Sabahudina Topalbećirovića. Ipak, svako malo spontanim pljeskom su gledatelji ispraćali viđeno. Jednostavno, nisu se mogli suzdržati od emocija. Desetljećima nakon što ih je zabio, Kukoč je za neke pobjedničke koševe opet zaradio aplauz i ovacije i u svom gradu, za ulazak u Hall od Fame u Springfieldu.... Ovaj put baš i na svoj 55. rođendan.

Na hrvatsku premijeru filma koja se održavala pet dana nakon one svjetske u Sarajevu, stiglo je mnogo poznatih lica iz svijeta košarke, sporta, politike... na čelu s Tonijevim suigračima iz dana najslavnije Jugoplastike Dinom Rađom.

Između brojnih ostalih sugovornika, od Rađe, Bože Maljkovića, Željka Pavličevića, bivših suigrača i trenera iz Jugoplastike/Popa 84, reprezentacija Jugoslavije i Hrvatske, Chicaga, košarkaških funkcionirea, novinara, ... o po mnogima najboljem europskom košarkašu između ostalih govorio je i najbolji svjetski košarkaš svih vremena, suigrač iz Bullsa Michael Jordan. Između ostalog govorio je i o međusobnom prijateljstvu, pa čak i tome kako dobar je Kukoč igrač golfa.

- Na presici kada sam odlazio iz košarke (1993., nap.a.), došao je i Kukoč. Vidio sam suze u njegovim očima, a nas dvojica do tada nikada nismo igrali zajedno. Tu je već zaslužio moje poštovanje i prijateljstvo. On je dragi brat i prijatelj, za njega bih sve učinio – rekao je između ostalog Jordan o Kukoču, ‘Magičnoj sedmici iz Splita‘.

Na kraju filma dugotrajnim aplauzom ispraćen je Kukoč u svojoj dvorani, uz skandiranje: ‘Toni, Toni...‘

- Hvala Jugoplastici, Gradu Splitu, Sportklubu, Bahi koji me pet godina nagovarao da ovo snimimo, vama koji ste došli, ženi, majci, prijateljima... Vidim ispred sebe ljude koji su mi pomogli u svemu, ovdje prepoznajem lica 80 posto ljudi. Hvala vam velika! - rekao je Kukoč.

- Počašćen sam, ovo je najveći trenutak u mojoj karijeri. Ovaj čovjek je najzaslužniji za to što sam tu. Michael Jordan koji je u Americi utjecajniji i od predsjednika je rekao da mu je Toni bio najbolji prijatelj tih godina. Rekao je u filmu kako ga je Toni ispravio da nije iz Jugoslavije nego iz Hrvatske, i da više nikad nije rekao nakon toga Jugoslavija. Onda znate kolika je to reklama za Hrvatsku. A sada slijedi serija - rekao je Topalbećirović.

Nakon filma Kukoč je i iz ruku najdugovječnije djelatnice kluba Elene dobio poklon, pa je Pero Panjković slavljeniku, kao i svi u dvorani, otpjevao himnu Splita.

Većinu od sat i 45 minuta vremena koliko je trajala projekcija dokumentarnog filma ‘Magična sedmica - Toni Kukoč‘ uglavnom da se i muha mogla čuti u dvorani KK Split na Gripama, toliko su svi upijali baš svaku sekundu filma Sabahudina Topalbećirovića. Ipak, svako malo spontanim pljeskom su gledatelji ispraćali viđeno. Jednostavno, nisu se mogli suzdržati od emocija. Desetljećima nakon što ih je zabio, Kukoč je za neke pobjedničke koševe opet zaradio aplauz i ovacije i u svom gradu, za ulazak u Hall od Fame u Springfieldu.... Ovaj put baš i na svoj 55. rođendan.

Na hrvatsku premijeru filma koja se održavala pet dana nakon one svjetske u Sarajevu, stiglo je mnogo poznatih lica iz svijeta košarke, sporta, politike... na čelu s Tonijevim suigračima iz dana najslavnije Jugoplastike Dinom Rađom.

Između brojnih ostalih sugovornika, od Rađe, Bože Maljkovića, Željka Pavličevića, bivših suigrača i trenera iz Jugoplastike/Popa 84, reprezentacija Jugoslavije i Hrvatske, Chicaga, košarkaških funkcionirea, novinara, ... o po mnogima najboljem europskom košarkašu između ostalih govorio je i najbolji svjetski košarkaš svih vremena, suigrač iz Bullsa Michael Jordan. Između ostalog govorio je i o međusobnom prijateljstvu, pa čak i tome kako dobar je Kukoč igrač golfa.

- Na presici kada sam odlazio iz košarke (1993., nap.a.), došao je i Kukoč. Vidio sam suze u njegovim očima, a nas dvojica do tada nikada nismo igrali zajedno. Tu je već zaslužio moje poštovanje i prijateljstvo. On je dragi brat i prijatelj, za njega bih sve učinio – rekao je između ostalog Jordan o Kukoču, ‘Magičnoj sedmici iz Splita‘.

Na kraju filma dugotrajnim aplauzom ispraćen je Kukoč u svojoj dvorani, uz skandiranje: ‘Toni, Toni...‘

- Hvala Jugoplastici, Gradu Splitu, Sportklubu, Bahi koji me pet godina nagovarao da ovo snimimo, vama koji ste došli, ženi, majci, prijateljima... Vidim ispred sebe ljude koji su mi pomogli u svemu, ovdje prepoznajem lica 80 posto ljudi. Hvala vam velika! - rekao je Kukoč.

- Počašćen sam, ovo je najveći trenutak u mojoj karijeri. Ovaj čovjek je najzaslužniji za to što sam tu. Michael Jordan koji je u Americi utjecajniji i od predsjednika je rekao da mu je Toni bio najbolji prijatelj tih godina. Rekao je u filmu kako ga je Toni ispravio da nije iz Jugoslavije nego iz Hrvatske, i da više nikad nije rekao nakon toga Jugoslavija. Onda znate kolika je to reklama za Hrvatsku. A sada slijedi serija - rekao je Topalbećirović.

Nakon filma Kukoč je i iz ruku najdugovječnije djelatnice kluba Elene dobio poklon, pa je Pero Panjković slavljeniku, kao i svi u dvorani, otpjevao himnu Splita.

Michael Jordan o Kukoču: On je dragi brat i prijatelj, za njega bih sve učinio...

Većinu od sat i 45 minuta vremena koliko je trajala projekcija dokumentarnog filma ‘Magična sedmica - Toni Kukoč‘ uglavnom da se i muha mogla čuti u dvorani KK Split na Gripama, toliko su svi upijali baš svaku sekundu filma Sabahudina Topalbećirovića. Ipak, svako malo spontanim pljeskom su gledatelji ispraćali viđeno. Jednostavno, nisu se mogli suzdržati od emocija. Desetljećima nakon što ih je zabio, Kukoč je za neke pobjedničke koševe opet zaradio aplauz i ovacije i u svom gradu, za ulazak u Hall od Fame u Springfieldu.... Ovaj put baš i na svoj 55. rođendan.

Na hrvatsku premijeru filma koja se održavala pet dana nakon one svjetske u Sarajevu, stiglo je mnogo poznatih lica iz svijeta košarke, sporta, politike... na čelu s Tonijevim suigračima iz dana najslavnije Jugoplastike Dinom Rađom.

Između brojnih ostalih sugovornika, od Rađe, Bože Maljkovića, Željka Pavličevića, bivših suigrača i trenera iz Jugoplastike/Popa 84, reprezentacija Jugoslavije i Hrvatske, Chicaga, košarkaških funkcionirea, novinara, ... o po mnogima najboljem europskom košarkašu između ostalih govorio je i najbolji svjetski košarkaš svih vremena, suigrač iz Bullsa Michael Jordan. Između ostalog govorio je i o međusobnom prijateljstvu, pa čak i tome kako dobar je Kukoč igrač golfa.

- Na presici kada sam odlazio iz košarke (1993., nap.a.), došao je i Kukoč. Vidio sam suze u njegovim očima, a nas dvojica do tada nikada nismo igrali zajedno. Tu je već zaslužio moje poštovanje i prijateljstvo. On je dragi brat i prijatelj, za njega bih sve učinio – rekao je između ostalog Jordan o Kukoču, ‘Magičnoj sedmici iz Splita‘.
