Radi li novi predsjednik Hajduka Ivan Bilić veliku grešku time što se sastao s poznatim menadžerom Andyjem Barom?

Ako je vjerovati informacijama, a nemamo razloga sumnjati, Bilić je s Barom razgovarao o Rokasu Pukštasu, ali i Mihaelu Žaperu i Josipu Brekalu. Što on zna o njima i kakve odluke može donijeti?

Čovjek je na Poljudu dva tjedna i kusur, a desetak dana prije toga pala je odluka da on bude predsjednik uprave Hajduka nakon što je smijenjen Lukša Jakobušić.

Nemamo podatke da je Bilić bio dio nogometnog svijeta, osim kao navijač. E sad, u nas, u Hrvatskoj, a posebno u Splitu, svaki je navijač bolji igrač od Marka Livaje, a svaki je ujedno i bolji trener od Tomislava Ivića. Jednostavno smo mi ovdje okupani dalmatinskim suncem bogomdani.

Ipak, kada se radi o ozbiljnim odlukama i konkretnim poslovima, većina bi valjda povukla ručnu kočnicu. Ivan Bilić, kakav god pedigre imao u poslovnom svijetu, tek je početnik u ovim nogometnim okvirima.

- Voditi sportski klub i tvrtku sasvim je nešto drugačije. Ti moraš znati i kao predsjednik kad ti se neki igrač seli iz stana u stan kakve je volje. Kako tko reagira kada mu je žena trudna. U kakvome je netko odnosu s roditeljima... Sve to ulazi u jednadžbu... Ako pak i ne znaš sve detalje, nisi stručnjak u konkretnom sportu, moraš imati čovjeka koji to jest i kojemu bezrezervno vjeruješ - kazao mi je jedan dokazani i sportski i gospodarstveni djelatnik.

Fali iskustva

Preneseno na stanje u Poljudu, sasvim je jasno da Biliću fali nogometnog iskustva, znanja, povijesti... Ono što je do sada mogao znati je rekla - kazala. No, kako se u ovom modelu funkcioniranja kluba često ističe, ključna je hijerarhija i da svatko radi ono za što je zadužen. Pa tako Nadzorni odbor bira upravu, uprava traži dalje sportskog direktora, a onda on dalje traži trenera i igrače, uz koordinaciju s upravom, ali sportski direktor je taj koji bi trebao i morao znati potrebe kluba te stanje na tržištu.

Sada je Hajduk tome dodao i još jednog člana uprave zaduženog za struku pa će predsjednik Bilić imati čak dvojicu ljudi od struke koji će ga savjetovati, voditi, s njime krstariti nogometnim svijetom.

I to je zamišljeno sasvim lijepo i dobro, a ključno će biti da se pogode prava imena, a da onda oni i međusobno kliknu. Ono što nije dobro, a čini se sve jasnijim, je to da je Bilić prihvatio poziciju predsjednika uprave, a da u rukavu nema ni jednog od tih ljudi koji nogomet poznaju, a kamoli dvojicu.

I onda još, kako se čini, umjesto da se rastrči i riješi tu sportsko - upravljačku hijerarhiju te da onda svi zajedno krenu u slaganja ‘rostera‘ za iduću sezonu, on to odrađuje sam. S Andyjem Barom, iskusnim liscem koji je premazan svim mastima, koji je prošao sve potrebne životno - nogometne škole.

Čovjek od struke

Slične su priče bile i s Lukšom Jakobušićem, da je neke transfere on odradio, a ne Mindaugas Nikoličius. Ali Jakobušić je barem iz svijeta sporta, radio kao predsjednik vaterpolskog Jug Adriatic osiguranja.... Pa se polako okuražio.

I što sad? Bilić kao ‘ovlašteni revizor‘ slaže igrački kostur za novu sezonu? Jasno je da postoje neki odnosi i obveze od prije, kao i neki dogovori. Nešto je odradio i Mindaugas Nikoličius pa se neki poslovi i samo finiširaju, ali svejedno predsjednik uprave mora sa sobom u svim tim dogovorima imati ‘čovjeka od struke‘. 

Može i dalje bit‘ da je to glavom i bradom sam Nikoličius, da će ostati, pa su u suglasju, ali i to bi bio svojevrstan ‘harakiri s Poljuda‘, da na kraju ‘preživi‘ čovjek koji je slagao momčad koja je podbacila.

Hajduk je i ovog tjedna osvojio dva kupa, slavili su kadeti i pioniri, propustili smo primijetiti da je predsjednik Bilić bio tamo s njima, u Zagrebu, čestitao momcima. Niti je na web stranici Hajduka nešto rekao na tu temu.

I dalje čekamo prave, konkretne Bilićeve poteze, ovo zasad sve izgleda kao snalaženje, pa nije ni čudno da od igrača iz kluba imamo pozive:

- Ne znamo što se događa ni tko u klubu sada stoji iza nas - kazao mi je jedan od njih.

Dojam je da Hajduk kuću gradi od krova, a Bilić je stigao ‘na blef‘, bez ideje i spremnih rješenja za ključne pozicije u klubu i sad svaštari. A možda nas uskoro iznenadi i demantira, no već je prošlo previše vremena.

P. S.: To što je Boro Primorac savjetnik uprave za struku, to je ‘relikt prošle garniture‘. Pitanje je kakve će ideje imati novi član uprave za struku, a pod njim i sportski direktor i jedino je logično da u pripremi sezone oni budi prvi koji dolaze i onda svi zajedno rade na slaganju sezone.

Radi li novi predsjednik Hajduka Ivan Bilić veliku grešku time što se sastao s poznatim menadžerom Andyjem Barom?

Ako je vjerovati informacijama, a nemamo razloga sumnjati, Bilić je s Barom razgovarao o Rokasu Pukštasu, ali i Mihaelu Žaperu i Josipu Brekalu. Što on zna o njima i kakve odluke može donijeti?

Čovjek je na Poljudu dva tjedna i kusur, a desetak dana prije toga pala je odluka da on bude predsjednik uprave Hajduka nakon što je smijenjen Lukša Jakobušić.

Nemamo podatke da je Bilić bio dio nogometnog svijeta, osim kao navijač. E sad, u nas, u Hrvatskoj, a posebno u Splitu, svaki je navijač bolji igrač od Marka Livaje, a svaki je ujedno i bolji trener od Tomislava Ivića. Jednostavno smo mi ovdje okupani dalmatinskim suncem bogomdani.

Ipak, kada se radi o ozbiljnim odlukama i konkretnim poslovima, većina bi valjda povukla ručnu kočnicu. Ivan Bilić, kakav god pedigre imao u poslovnom svijetu, tek je početnik u ovim nogometnim okvirima.

- Voditi sportski klub i tvrtku sasvim je nešto drugačije. Ti moraš znati i kao predsjednik kad ti se neki igrač seli iz stana u stan kakve je volje. Kako tko reagira kada mu je žena trudna. U kakvome je netko odnosu s roditeljima... Sve to ulazi u jednadžbu... Ako pak i ne znaš sve detalje, nisi stručnjak u konkretnom sportu, moraš imati čovjeka koji to jest i kojemu bezrezervno vjeruješ - kazao mi je jedan dokazani i sportski i gospodarstveni djelatnik.

Fali iskustva

Preneseno na stanje u Poljudu, sasvim je jasno da Biliću fali nogometnog iskustva, znanja, povijesti... Ono što je do sada mogao znati je rekla - kazala. No, kako se u ovom modelu funkcioniranja kluba često ističe, ključna je hijerarhija i da svatko radi ono za što je zadužen. Pa tako Nadzorni odbor bira upravu, uprava traži dalje sportskog direktora, a onda on dalje traži trenera i igrače, uz koordinaciju s upravom, ali sportski direktor je taj koji bi trebao i morao znati potrebe kluba te stanje na tržištu.

Sada je Hajduk tome dodao i još jednog člana uprave zaduženog za struku pa će predsjednik Bilić imati čak dvojicu ljudi od struke koji će ga savjetovati, voditi, s njime krstariti nogometnim svijetom.

I to je zamišljeno sasvim lijepo i dobro, a ključno će biti da se pogode prava imena, a da onda oni i međusobno kliknu. Ono što nije dobro, a čini se sve jasnijim, je to da je Bilić prihvatio poziciju predsjednika uprave, a da u rukavu nema ni jednog od tih ljudi koji nogomet poznaju, a kamoli dvojicu.

I onda još, kako se čini, umjesto da se rastrči i riješi tu sportsko - upravljačku hijerarhiju te da onda svi zajedno krenu u slaganja ‘rostera‘ za iduću sezonu, on to odrađuje sam. S Andyjem Barom, iskusnim liscem koji je premazan svim mastima, koji je prošao sve potrebne životno - nogometne škole.

Čovjek od struke

Slične su priče bile i s Lukšom Jakobušićem, da je neke transfere on odradio, a ne Mindaugas Nikoličius. Ali Jakobušić je barem iz svijeta sporta, radio kao predsjednik vaterpolskog Jug Adriatic osiguranja.... Pa se polako okuražio.

I što sad? Bilić kao ‘ovlašteni revizor‘ slaže igrački kostur za novu sezonu? Jasno je da postoje neki odnosi i obveze od prije, kao i neki dogovori. Nešto je odradio i Mindaugas Nikoličius pa se neki poslovi i samo finiširaju, ali svejedno predsjednik uprave mora sa sobom u svim tim dogovorima imati ‘čovjeka od struke‘. 

Može i dalje bit‘ da je to glavom i bradom sam Nikoličius, da će ostati, pa su u suglasju, ali i to bi bio svojevrstan ‘harakiri s Poljuda‘, da na kraju ‘preživi‘ čovjek koji je slagao momčad koja je podbacila.

Hajduk je i ovog tjedna osvojio dva kupa, slavili su kadeti i pioniri, propustili smo primijetiti da je predsjednik Bilić bio tamo s njima, u Zagrebu, čestitao momcima. Niti je na web stranici Hajduka nešto rekao na tu temu.

I dalje čekamo prave, konkretne Bilićeve poteze, ovo zasad sve izgleda kao snalaženje, pa nije ni čudno da od igrača iz kluba imamo pozive:

- Ne znamo što se događa ni tko u klubu sada stoji iza nas - kazao mi je jedan od njih.

Dojam je da Hajduk kuću gradi od krova, a Bilić je stigao ‘na blef‘, bez ideje i spremnih rješenja za ključne pozicije u klubu i sad svaštari. A možda nas uskoro iznenadi i demantira, no već je prošlo previše vremena.

P. S.: To što je Boro Primorac savjetnik uprave za struku, to je ‘relikt prošle garniture‘. Pitanje je kakve će ideje imati novi član uprave za struku, a pod njim i sportski direktor i jedino je logično da u pripremi sezone oni budi prvi koji dolaze i onda svi zajedno rade na slaganju sezone.
