U zgradi Banovine danas je upriličeno potpisivanje kolektivnog ugovora za zaposlenike u predškolskim ustanovama Grada Splita. Ugovor je u ime Grada Splita potpisao gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara te predstavnici Sindikata obrazovanja, medija i kulture Hrvatske i Sindikata radnika dječjih vrtića Grada Splita – HUS Split. Činu potpisivanja ugovora nazočile su i ravnateljice četiri splitske ustanove predškolskog odgoja: Cvit Mediterana, Radost, Marjan i Grigor Vitez.

- Kolektivni pregovori za zaposlene u gradskim vrtićima trajali su duže vrijeme, očekivano jer 15 godina ovdje nije postojao kolektivni ugovor koji bi regulirao prava zaposlenih. Pregovarala su dva sindikata, a danas smo potpisali temelj koji treba i dalje nadograđivati.

Treba kazati da je kolektivni ugovor uvijek bolji od bilo kojeg pravilnika o radu i to je važnost njegove uloge. Kako radnici godinama nisu dobivali materijalna prava na način kako bi to bilo očekivano, nastavljamo dalje nadogradnju ugovora za rujan. Ne smijemo zanemariti da vrtići rade cijelo vrijeme pandemije, da su zaposlenici bili svo ovo vrijeme izloženi svim mogućim uvjetima, pa je ovo samo mali pomak u materijalnom smislu za sve ono što oni zaslužuju. Očekujemo poboljšanja.

Ulaganje u budućnost je i ulaganje u zaposlenike i njihova prava što im je motivacija za kvalitetno obavljanje posla. Nadam se da će i nasljednici aktualnog gradonačelnika nastaviti ovim smjerom - kazala je Božića Žilić, predsjednica Sindikata obrazovanja, medija i kulture Hrvatske.

Gradonačelnik je ovo potpisivanje istaknuo kao lijep rezultat sklapanja ugovora s djelatnicima važnog sektora, predškolskog odgoja koji nije bio u fokusu prethodnih uprava jer nije bilo kolektivnog ugovora.

Prioritet grada je poticanje mladih obitelji, kazao je, što se očituje kroz razne mjere: povećane rodiljne naknade koje su udvostručene, učetverostručen broj stipendija, izgradnja i dogradnja triju škola i opremanje jedna škole, te energetska obnova još jedne škole, izgradnja novog vrtića na Kili sa šest programa, najnovija vijest o uporabnoj dozvoli proširenog DV Ružmarin na Trsteniku.

Kada tome pridodamo značajno povećanje materijalnih prava naših zaposlenika u predškolskom odgoju što smo postigli ovim ugovorom, jasno je da stvaramo da naš grad zaista bude grad prijatelj djece - rekao je gradonačelnik.

U zgradi Banovine danas je upriličeno potpisivanje kolektivnog ugovora za zaposlenike u predškolskim ustanovama Grada Splita. Ugovor je u ime Grada Splita potpisao gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara te predstavnici Sindikata obrazovanja, medija i kulture Hrvatske i Sindikata radnika dječjih vrtića Grada Splita – HUS Split. Činu potpisivanja ugovora nazočile su i ravnateljice četiri splitske ustanove predškolskog odgoja: Cvit Mediterana, Radost, Marjan i Grigor Vitez.

- Kolektivni pregovori za zaposlene u gradskim vrtićima trajali su duže vrijeme, očekivano jer 15 godina ovdje nije postojao kolektivni ugovor koji bi regulirao prava zaposlenih. Pregovarala su dva sindikata, a danas smo potpisali temelj koji treba i dalje nadograđivati.

Treba kazati da je kolektivni ugovor uvijek bolji od bilo kojeg pravilnika o radu i to je važnost njegove uloge. Kako radnici godinama nisu dobivali materijalna prava na način kako bi to bilo očekivano, nastavljamo dalje nadogradnju ugovora za rujan. Ne smijemo zanemariti da vrtići rade cijelo vrijeme pandemije, da su zaposlenici bili svo ovo vrijeme izloženi svim mogućim uvjetima, pa je ovo samo mali pomak u materijalnom smislu za sve ono što oni zaslužuju. Očekujemo poboljšanja.

Ulaganje u budućnost je i ulaganje u zaposlenike i njihova prava što im je motivacija za kvalitetno obavljanje posla. Nadam se da će i nasljednici aktualnog gradonačelnika nastaviti ovim smjerom - kazala je Božića Žilić, predsjednica Sindikata obrazovanja, medija i kulture Hrvatske.

Gradonačelnik je ovo potpisivanje istaknuo kao lijep rezultat sklapanja ugovora s djelatnicima važnog sektora, predškolskog odgoja koji nije bio u fokusu prethodnih uprava jer nije bilo kolektivnog ugovora.

Prioritet grada je poticanje mladih obitelji, kazao je, što se očituje kroz razne mjere: povećane rodiljne naknade koje su udvostručene, učetverostručen broj stipendija, izgradnja i dogradnja triju škola i opremanje jedna škole, te energetska obnova još jedne škole, izgradnja novog vrtića na Kili sa šest programa, najnovija vijest o uporabnoj dozvoli proširenog DV Ružmarin na Trsteniku.

Kada tome pridodamo značajno povećanje materijalnih prava naših zaposlenika u predškolskom odgoju što smo postigli ovim ugovorom, jasno je da stvaramo da naš grad zaista bude grad prijatelj djece - rekao je gradonačelnik.
