Jeste li i vi ovo doživjeli: nemogućnost kontakta s izabranim liječnikom, ili dobivanja adekvatnih informacija tijekom liječenja, neizdavanje uputnica, otežanu komunikaciju sa zdravstvenim osobljem, odbijanje prava iz zdravstvenog osiguranja....?

Frustrirajuće su to situacije revoltiranih, bijesnih, ojađenih sugrađana koji svoje pritužbe u posljednje vrijeme sve više upućuju Povjerenstvu za zaštitu prava pacijenata Splitsko - dalmatinske županije. Kako bi pojačali svoju vidljivost i pacijentima ukazali da postojanje platforme kojoj se mogu obratiti u cilju zaštite svojih prava, Povjerenstvo je pokrenulo zanimljivu inicijativu.

Krenula je ona već s informativnim plakatima postavljenim u svim zdravstvenim ustanovama na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, njihovog osnivača. Plakati sadrže ključne informacije o pravima pacijenata kao i adrese za pisanu poštu, te mail adresu Povjerenstva putem kojih ih pacijenti mogu kontaktirati.

- Inicijativom nastojimo svim pacijentima osigurati pristup važnim informacijama, koje mogu doprinijeti njihovoj zaštiti i dobrobiti. Upravo zato smo smatrali kako su lako i jasno čitljivi plakati još jedan korak prema osvješćivanju pacijenata o njihovim pravima, te postojanju Povjerenstva i njegovom radu. Tako im se na jednostavan način pružaju potrebne informacije, a sve kako bi mogli zauzeti aktivnu ulogu u zaštiti svojih prava. Smatramo da ovakve i slične inicijative značajno doprinose ostvarenju načela orijentiranost prema pacijentu, kao preduvjeta kvalitetne i učinkovite zdravstvene zaštite - kaže zamjenica predsjednika povjerenstva odvjetnica Petra Dulčić Kardum.

Inicijativa je tek jedna od karika u nizu koja slijedi zaključke o mjerama za poboljšanje stanja zdravstva u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Ona je, naveo je Predsjednik Povjerenstva, dr. Jure Krstulović, i težnja da se povećanjem vidljivosti osnaži uloga koju Povjerenstvo za zaštitu prava pacijenata ima u promicanju i zaštiti prava pacijenata na području županije.

- Na ovaj način, uz povećanje vidljivosti, nastojimo poboljšati svijest o pravima pacijenata, promovirati kulturu otvorenosti, poštovanja i suradnje u zdravstvenom sustavu. Reakcije pacijenata i zdravstvenog osoblja na ovu inicijativu su pozitivne. Mnogi smatraju da će plakati pomoći u povećanju transparentnosti, komunikacije i povjerenja između pacijenata i zdravstvenih radnika – navodi predsjednik Povjerenstva dr. Jure Krstulović.

Građani koji smatraju da su im prava kao pacijentima povrijeđena mogu se, kako je i navedeno na plakatu, obratiti Povjerenstvu na dva načina. U pisanom obliku mogu se javiti na adresu: Splitsko-dalmatinska županija, Povjerenstvo za zaštitu prava pacijenata Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, Vukovarska 1, 21000 Split. Ili na mail adesu: prava.pacijenti@dalmacija.

Jeste li i vi ovo doživjeli: nemogućnost kontakta s izabranim liječnikom, ili dobivanja adekvatnih informacija tijekom liječenja, neizdavanje uputnica, otežanu komunikaciju sa zdravstvenim osobljem, odbijanje prava iz zdravstvenog osiguranja....?

Frustrirajuće su to situacije revoltiranih, bijesnih, ojađenih sugrađana koji svoje pritužbe u posljednje vrijeme sve više upućuju Povjerenstvu za zaštitu prava pacijenata Splitsko - dalmatinske županije. Kako bi pojačali svoju vidljivost i pacijentima ukazali da postojanje platforme kojoj se mogu obratiti u cilju zaštite svojih prava, Povjerenstvo je pokrenulo zanimljivu inicijativu.

Krenula je ona već s informativnim plakatima postavljenim u svim zdravstvenim ustanovama na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, njihovog osnivača. Plakati sadrže ključne informacije o pravima pacijenata kao i adrese za pisanu poštu, te mail adresu Povjerenstva putem kojih ih pacijenti mogu kontaktirati.

- Inicijativom nastojimo svim pacijentima osigurati pristup važnim informacijama, koje mogu doprinijeti njihovoj zaštiti i dobrobiti. Upravo zato smo smatrali kako su lako i jasno čitljivi plakati još jedan korak prema osvješćivanju pacijenata o njihovim pravima, te postojanju Povjerenstva i njegovom radu. Tako im se na jednostavan način pružaju potrebne informacije, a sve kako bi mogli zauzeti aktivnu ulogu u zaštiti svojih prava. Smatramo da ovakve i slične inicijative značajno doprinose ostvarenju načela orijentiranost prema pacijentu, kao preduvjeta kvalitetne i učinkovite zdravstvene zaštite - kaže zamjenica predsjednika povjerenstva odvjetnica Petra Dulčić Kardum.

Inicijativa je tek jedna od karika u nizu koja slijedi zaključke o mjerama za poboljšanje stanja zdravstva u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Ona je, naveo je Predsjednik Povjerenstva, dr. Jure Krstulović, i težnja da se povećanjem vidljivosti osnaži uloga koju Povjerenstvo za zaštitu prava pacijenata ima u promicanju i zaštiti prava pacijenata na području županije.

- Na ovaj način, uz povećanje vidljivosti, nastojimo poboljšati svijest o pravima pacijenata, promovirati kulturu otvorenosti, poštovanja i suradnje u zdravstvenom sustavu. Reakcije pacijenata i zdravstvenog osoblja na ovu inicijativu su pozitivne. Mnogi smatraju da će plakati pomoći u povećanju transparentnosti, komunikacije i povjerenja između pacijenata i zdravstvenih radnika – navodi predsjednik Povjerenstva dr. Jure Krstulović.

Građani koji smatraju da su im prava kao pacijentima povrijeđena mogu se, kako je i navedeno na plakatu, obratiti Povjerenstvu na dva načina. U pisanom obliku mogu se javiti na adresu: Splitsko-dalmatinska županija, Povjerenstvo za zaštitu prava pacijenata Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, Vukovarska 1, 21000 Split. Ili na mail adesu: prava.pacijenti@dalmacija.
