Rogozničko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je drugi ovogodišnji rebalans proračuna. Premda su izvorni proračunski prihodi rasli, proračun je umanjen za 27 posto ili 10,6 milijuna kuna jer nisu raspisani natječaji za projekte na koje je općina namjerava aplicirati na Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti financiran iz EU fondova.
Opći prihodi poslovanja u ovoj godini iznose 28,9 milijuna kuna i u odnosu na plan povećani su za 2,3 milijuna kuna. Prihodi od naplaćenog poreza na dohodak porastao je za 1,6 milijuna kuna, rast bilježe i prihodi po posebnim namjenama, najviše od komunalnog doprinosa u iznosu od 1,5 milijuna kuna. Inače od poreza ubrano je 15,8 milijuna kuna, najviše poreznog novca stiglo je od trgovine nekretninama i 9,4 milijuna kuna, upravo zbog nekretninskog biznisa i prihod od komunalnog doprinosa i naknade je pozamašan i iznosi 7,7 milijuna kuna.
Raspoloživa sredstva iz prethodnih godina iznose čak 14,4 milijuna kuna.
Vijeće je prihvatilo i proračun za 2023.godinu i to samo u eurima. Ukupni prihodi poslovanja u idućoj godini planiraju se u iznosu nešto većem od pet milijuna eura. Porezi koji čine 44 posto ukupnih prihoda, planirani su u iznosu od 2.257.990 eura što je u odnosu na ovu godinu povećanje od 24,21 posto.
Prihodi od pomoći iz EU fondova, državnog i županijskog proračuna planirani su u visino od 1.343.847 kuna. Planirani su za izgradnju dječjeg igrališta na plaži Miline u Rogoznici, izgradnju i uređenje sportske dvorane i nadogradnju dječjeg vrtića.
Pomoć iz državnog za sufinanciranje dječjeg igrališta iznosi 23 tisuće eura, a 53 tisuće eura za sanaciju pomorskog dobra trebalo bi biti doći iz proračuna Šibensko-kninske županije. Novac za neke projekte s kompletnom dokumentacijom koji su prijavljeni na natječaj već je osiguran u ovoj godini i to u visini 3.549.069 kuna.To su nadogradnja vrtića, dječje igralište Miline i rampa za invalide.
Rashodi za nabavu nefinancijske imovine ili ulaganje u kapitalne projekte planiraju se u iznosu od 4.259.352 eura. Planira se gradnja sportske dvorane, uređenje stare rogozničke škole, uređenje rive, javnih površina, redovito asfaltiranje cesta, nova javna rasvjete...
Gotovo da nije bilo ozbiljnih primjedaba na proračun, tek je oporbeni vijećnik Boris Abaza upozorio na smiješne iznose kulturnog i sportskog programa. Zbog nedostatka sportskih terena i dvorane djeca uglavnom na sportske aktivnosti putuju u susjedne mjesta i gradova, za tu namjenu u idućoj godini planirano je za putne troškove djece potrošiti 17.500 eura.
Bila su zanimljiva i pitanja oporbenih vijećnika. Tako se Ivana Lovrić s liste Mosta, DP, Loza požalila na pristup informacijama na koje zakonski, a pogotovo kao vijećnica ima pravo. Tražila je pismeno izvješće kojem je Minstarstva prostornog uređenje, graditeljstva i državne imovine obrazložilo odbijanje Prvih izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenja Općine Rogoznica.
Na istom tragu bio je oporbeni, nezavisni Boris Abaza s liste SDP-a. On je dobio odgovor i od nadležnog Ministarstva iz kojeg je vidljivo, kaže, da se ne radi o nikakvoj korekciji pomorskog dobra kako je tvrdila bivša općinska vlast već o ozbiljnom kršenju zakona o prostornom planiranju. Tražio je da se ubuduće vijećnici detaljno upoznaju s izradom planskih dokumenata i na tim sastanicim treba biti i izrađivač plana. Nova načelnica Anita Živković prihvatila je tu inicijativu.

Rogozničko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je drugi ovogodišnji rebalans proračuna. Premda su izvorni proračunski prihodi rasli, proračun je umanjen za 27 posto ili 10,6 milijuna kuna jer nisu raspisani natječaji za projekte na koje je općina namjerava aplicirati na Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti financiran iz EU fondova.
Opći prihodi poslovanja u ovoj godini iznose 28,9 milijuna kuna i u odnosu na plan povećani su za 2,3 milijuna kuna. Prihodi od naplaćenog poreza na dohodak porastao je za 1,6 milijuna kuna, rast bilježe i prihodi po posebnim namjenama, najviše od komunalnog doprinosa u iznosu od 1,5 milijuna kuna. Inače od poreza ubrano je 15,8 milijuna kuna, najviše poreznog novca stiglo je od trgovine nekretninama i 9,4 milijuna kuna, upravo zbog nekretninskog biznisa i prihod od komunalnog doprinosa i naknade je pozamašan i iznosi 7,7 milijuna kuna.
Raspoloživa sredstva iz prethodnih godina iznose čak 14,4 milijuna kuna.
Vijeće je prihvatilo i proračun za 2023.godinu i to samo u eurima. Ukupni prihodi poslovanja u idućoj godini planiraju se u iznosu nešto većem od pet milijuna eura. Porezi koji čine 44 posto ukupnih prihoda, planirani su u iznosu od 2.257.990 eura što je u odnosu na ovu godinu povećanje od 24,21 posto.
Prihodi od pomoći iz EU fondova, državnog i županijskog proračuna planirani su u visino od 1.343.847 kuna. Planirani su za izgradnju dječjeg igrališta na plaži Miline u Rogoznici, izgradnju i uređenje sportske dvorane i nadogradnju dječjeg vrtića.
Pomoć iz državnog za sufinanciranje dječjeg igrališta iznosi 23 tisuće eura, a 53 tisuće eura za sanaciju pomorskog dobra trebalo bi biti doći iz proračuna Šibensko-kninske županije. Novac za neke projekte s kompletnom dokumentacijom koji su prijavljeni na natječaj već je osiguran u ovoj godini i to u visini 3.549.069 kuna.To su nadogradnja vrtića, dječje igralište Miline i rampa za invalide.
Rashodi za nabavu nefinancijske imovine ili ulaganje u kapitalne projekte planiraju se u iznosu od 4.259.352 eura. Planira se gradnja sportske dvorane, uređenje stare rogozničke škole, uređenje rive, javnih površina, redovito asfaltiranje cesta, nova javna rasvjete...
Gotovo da nije bilo ozbiljnih primjedaba na proračun, tek je oporbeni vijećnik Boris Abaza upozorio na smiješne iznose kulturnog i sportskog programa. Zbog nedostatka sportskih terena i dvorane djeca uglavnom na sportske aktivnosti putuju u susjedne mjesta i gradova, za tu namjenu u idućoj godini planirano je za putne troškove djece potrošiti 17.500 eura.
Bila su zanimljiva i pitanja oporbenih vijećnika. Tako se Ivana Lovrić s liste Mosta, DP, Loza požalila na pristup informacijama na koje zakonski, a pogotovo kao vijećnica ima pravo. Tražila je pismeno izvješće kojem je Minstarstva prostornog uređenje, graditeljstva i državne imovine obrazložilo odbijanje Prvih izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenja Općine Rogoznica.
Na istom tragu bio je oporbeni, nezavisni Boris Abaza s liste SDP-a. On je dobio odgovor i od nadležnog Ministarstva iz kojeg je vidljivo, kaže, da se ne radi o nikakvoj korekciji pomorskog dobra kako je tvrdila bivša općinska vlast već o ozbiljnom kršenju zakona o prostornom planiranju. Tražio je da se ubuduće vijećnici detaljno upoznaju s izradom planskih dokumenata i na tim sastanicim treba biti i izrađivač plana. Nova načelnica Anita Živković prihvatila je tu inicijativu.
