Državna geodetska uprava ponudila je Općini Primošten sporazum od zajedničkog interesa Program državne izmjere kako bi se izradio katastar nekretnina na području Općine Primošten i obnova zemljišnih knjiga. Državna geodetska uprava uložila bi 40 posto sredstava, a Općina Primošten 60 posto. Preračunato u novcu - 21 milijun kuna.

To je veliki novac kojeg nije moguće izdvojiti iz općinskog proračuna rekao je sjednici Općinskog vijeća primoštenski načelnik Stipe Petrina. Međutim, kako bi se proveo državni program sukladan Zakonu o državnoj izmjeri i katastru nekretnina potrebna je i pomoć samih građana

Vijeće je načelno prihvatilo sporazum, konačnu riječ će dati Primoštenci na zboru građana. Oni bi trebali zajedno s Općinom sufinancirati Program koji bi točno odredio vlasništvo i granice na oko 5871 hektar kolika je veličina katastarske Općine Primošten.

- Upravo je Primoštencima je u interesu da zajedno s Općinom riješi katastar njihove imovine jer to je jedini način da se spriječi uknjižba države na privatno vlasništvo. U Primoštenu se država upisala na privatnu imovinu Primoštenaca od  na potezu Autokampa do Bilog. Ljudi se moraju suditi za imovinu na koju su stoljećima upisani njihovi preci i kada dobiju spor država odbija platiti troškove. Zato nam je potreban zbor građana kako ne bi postali stranci u vlastitoj kući. Država više nema što prodavati, sve su prodali, uništili i pokrali sada je na red došla otimačina naše didovine - zaključio je Petrina.

Privremena zamjenica Huljev

Primoštensko Općinsko vijeće imenovalo Ivanu Huljev  privremenom zamjenicom načelnika Općine Primošten u slučaju da aktualni načelnik bude duže spriječen u obavljanju  načelničke dužnosti.  Ništa se nije dogodilo primoštenskom načelniku Stipi Petrini, zdrav je i oran za rad, međutim ova odredba propisana Zakonom o lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi trebala je biti donesena.

- Ovo samo potvrđuje kako institut zamjenika načelnika nije trebao biti izbačen iz Zakona, oni su imali neposredni izborni legitimitet. Zbog navodnih ušteda  trebao je donijeti odredbu da zmajnici  jedinicama lokalne samouprave ispod 5000 stanovnika nemaju pravo ni na volontersku naknadu, ovako ako je načelnik spriječen ili bolestan nitko nema pravo potpisa i sve staje, a za tu zakonsku nebulozu treba biti posebno glup ili raditi u Ministarstvu uprave  –zaključio je u svom stilu Stipe Petrina.

Državna geodetska uprava ponudila je Općini Primošten sporazum od zajedničkog interesa Program državne izmjere kako bi se izradio katastar nekretnina na području Općine Primošten i obnova zemljišnih knjiga. Državna geodetska uprava uložila bi 40 posto sredstava, a Općina Primošten 60 posto. Preračunato u novcu - 21 milijun kuna.

To je veliki novac kojeg nije moguće izdvojiti iz općinskog proračuna rekao je sjednici Općinskog vijeća primoštenski načelnik Stipe Petrina. Međutim, kako bi se proveo državni program sukladan Zakonu o državnoj izmjeri i katastru nekretnina potrebna je i pomoć samih građana

Vijeće je načelno prihvatilo sporazum, konačnu riječ će dati Primoštenci na zboru građana. Oni bi trebali zajedno s Općinom sufinancirati Program koji bi točno odredio vlasništvo i granice na oko 5871 hektar kolika je veličina katastarske Općine Primošten.

- Upravo je Primoštencima je u interesu da zajedno s Općinom riješi katastar njihove imovine jer to je jedini način da se spriječi uknjižba države na privatno vlasništvo. U Primoštenu se država upisala na privatnu imovinu Primoštenaca od  na potezu Autokampa do Bilog. Ljudi se moraju suditi za imovinu na koju su stoljećima upisani njihovi preci i kada dobiju spor država odbija platiti troškove. Zato nam je potreban zbor građana kako ne bi postali stranci u vlastitoj kući. Država više nema što prodavati, sve su prodali, uništili i pokrali sada je na red došla otimačina naše didovine - zaključio je Petrina.

Primoštensko Općinsko vijeće imenovalo Ivanu Huljev  privremenom zamjenicom načelnika Općine Primošten u slučaju da aktualni načelnik bude duže spriječen u obavljanju  načelničke dužnosti.  Ništa se nije dogodilo primoštenskom načelniku Stipi Petrini, zdrav je i oran za rad, međutim ova odredba propisana Zakonom o lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi trebala je biti donesena.

- Ovo samo potvrđuje kako institut zamjenika načelnika nije trebao biti izbačen iz Zakona, oni su imali neposredni izborni legitimitet. Zbog navodnih ušteda  trebao je donijeti odredbu da zmajnici  jedinicama lokalne samouprave ispod 5000 stanovnika nemaju pravo ni na volontersku naknadu, ovako ako je načelnik spriječen ili bolestan nitko nema pravo potpisa i sve staje, a za tu zakonsku nebulozu treba biti posebno glup ili raditi u Ministarstvu uprave  –zaključio je u svom stilu Stipe Petrina.

Državna geodetska uprava ponudila je Općini Primošten sporazum od zajedničkog interesa Program državne izmjere kako bi se izradio katastar nekretnina na području Općine Primošten i obnova zemljišnih knjiga. Državna geodetska uprava uložila bi 40 posto sredstava, a Općina Primošten 60 posto. Preračunato u novcu - 21 milijun kuna.

To je veliki novac kojeg nije moguće izdvojiti iz općinskog proračuna rekao je sjednici Općinskog vijeća primoštenski načelnik Stipe Petrina. Međutim, kako bi se proveo državni program sukladan Zakonu o državnoj izmjeri i katastru nekretnina potrebna je i pomoć samih građana

Vijeće je načelno prihvatilo sporazum, konačnu riječ će dati Primoštenci na zboru građana. Oni bi trebali zajedno s Općinom sufinancirati Program koji bi točno odredio vlasništvo i granice na oko 5871 hektar kolika je veličina katastarske Općine Primošten.

- Upravo je Primoštencima je u interesu da zajedno s Općinom riješi katastar njihove imovine jer to je jedini način da se spriječi uknjižba države na privatno vlasništvo. U Primoštenu se država upisala na privatnu imovinu Primoštenaca od  na potezu Autokampa do Bilog. Ljudi se moraju suditi za imovinu na koju su stoljećima upisani njihovi preci i kada dobiju spor država odbija platiti troškove. Zato nam je potreban zbor građana kako ne bi postali stranci u vlastitoj kući. Država više nema što prodavati, sve su prodali, uništili i pokrali sada je na red došla otimačina naše didovine - zaključio je Petrina.
