Bruno Zorica Zulu, nedavno preminuli hrvatski general i ratni zapovjednik Bojne Frankopan, specijalne postrojbe Glavnog stožera OS RH, porijeklom je, što je manje poznato – Rupljanin. I po ocu Marku i po majci Mariji, koji oboje potječu iz ovog hrvatskog sela u skradinskom zaleđu, poznatom kao rodno mjesto još jednog slavnog hrvatskog narodnog junaka, Vuka Mandušića. Iako je rođen i odrastao u Ivanić Gradu, u kojem je i umro, u 71. godini života, jedan od najkarizmatičnijih hrvatskih ratnika, držao je do sela svojih predaka, koje je zadnji put posjetio 2021. godine, kada je, kazali su nam Rupljani, nazočio pokopu svog brata, Marijana Zorice, također hrvatskog branitelja.

Pokojni Bruno Zorica kao vrlo mlad je otišao u francusku Legiju stranaca, s kojom je ratovao u Africi i u kojoj je i stekao svoj ratni nadimak Zulu, po kojem će kasnije biti poznat i u Hrvatskoj, čijoj se obrani pridružio odmah, u samim počecima Domovinnskog rata, i s kojim će ući u legendu.

Stoga je sasvim logično da se na fFacebook stranici Udruge Rupska zvona u četvrtak ujutro pojavila inicijativa da se povodom smrti Bruna Zorice -Zulua i pokopa koji će se obaviti u Ivanić Gradu u subotu 27. 01. 2024., iz Rupa otputuje na sprovod organizirano. Da se, kako je napisano, unajmi (kombi, autobus…) prijevoz, kako bi se otišlo u Ivanić Grad. -‘Pozivaju se svi zainteresirani da se jave Nikoli Veroviću na broj mob. 091 971 1299 radi dogovora, danas tijekom dana.‘ - piše na stranici koja okuplja brojne Rupljane i Laškovčane u zemlji i inozemstvu.

Bruno Zorica Zulu, nedavno preminuli hrvatski general i ratni zapovjednik Bojne Frankopan, specijalne postrojbe Glavnog stožera OS RH, porijeklom je, što je manje poznato – Rupljanin. I po ocu Marku i po majci Mariji, koji oboje potječu iz ovog hrvatskog sela u skradinskom zaleđu, poznatom kao rodno mjesto još jednog slavnog hrvatskog narodnog junaka, Vuka Mandušića. Iako je rođen i odrastao u Ivanić Gradu, u kojem je i umro, u 71. godini života, jedan od najkarizmatičnijih hrvatskih ratnika, držao je do sela svojih predaka, koje je zadnji put posjetio 2021. godine, kada je, kazali su nam Rupljani, nazočio pokopu svog brata, Marijana Zorice, također hrvatskog branitelja.

Pokojni Bruno Zorica kao vrlo mlad je otišao u francusku Legiju stranaca, s kojom je ratovao u Africi i u kojoj je i stekao svoj ratni nadimak Zulu, po kojem će kasnije biti poznat i u Hrvatskoj, čijoj se obrani pridružio odmah, u samim počecima Domovinnskog rata, i s kojim će ući u legendu.

Stoga je sasvim logično da se na fFacebook stranici Udruge Rupska zvona u četvrtak ujutro pojavila inicijativa da se povodom smrti Bruna Zorice -Zulua i pokopa koji će se obaviti u Ivanić Gradu u subotu 27. 01. 2024., iz Rupa otputuje na sprovod organizirano. Da se, kako je napisano, unajmi (kombi, autobus…) prijevoz, kako bi se otišlo u Ivanić Grad. -‘Pozivaju se svi zainteresirani da se jave Nikoli Veroviću na broj mob. 091 971 1299 radi dogovora, danas tijekom dana.‘ - piše na stranici koja okuplja brojne Rupljane i Laškovčane u zemlji i inozemstvu.

Bruno Zorica Zulu, nedavno preminuli hrvatski general i ratni zapovjednik Bojne Frankopan, specijalne postrojbe Glavnog stožera OS RH, porijeklom je, što je manje poznato – Rupljanin. I po ocu Marku i po majci Mariji, koji oboje potječu iz ovog hrvatskog sela u skradinskom zaleđu, poznatom kao rodno mjesto još jednog slavnog hrvatskog narodnog junaka, Vuka Mandušića. Iako je rođen i odrastao u Ivanić Gradu, u kojem je i umro, u 71. godini života, jedan od najkarizmatičnijih hrvatskih ratnika, držao je do sela svojih predaka, koje je zadnji put posjetio 2021. godine, kada je, kazali su nam Rupljani, nazočio pokopu svog brata, Marijana Zorice, također hrvatskog branitelja.

Pokojni Bruno Zorica kao vrlo mlad je otišao u francusku Legiju stranaca, s kojom je ratovao u Africi i u kojoj je i stekao svoj ratni nadimak Zulu, po kojem će kasnije biti poznat i u Hrvatskoj, čijoj se obrani pridružio odmah, u samim počecima Domovinnskog rata, i s kojim će ući u legendu.
