Jedan od popularnjih "modela" popunjavanja lokalnih proračuna, tamo gdje je to izvedivo, prodaja je nekretnina, ponajprije građevinskih zemljišta koja su u javnom vlasništvu.

Upravo takav potez napravila je Općina Tribunj koja je potencijalnim kupcima ponudila dijelove pet zemljišta, ukupne površine 278 četvornih metara, po početnoj cijeni od 427 tisuća kuna.

Prema podacima iz Katastra, riječ je o dijelu velike parcele ispod crkve sv. Nikole na vrhu velike glavice, površine 55 kvadrata, te o dijelovima nekoliko čestica smještenih sjeverozapadno od plaže Zamalin.

Prva nekretnina u vlasništvu lokalne samouprave prodaje se po startnoj cijeni od 2363 kune po četvornom metru, što u protuvrijednosti iznosi oko 314 eura, a ostali dijelovi zemljišta, od kojih najveće zauzima površinu od 83 kvadrata, nudi se po 1331 kunu ili 177 eura po četvornom metru.

Svi potencijalni kupci dužni su na općinski žiro-račun uplatiti jamčevinu koja iznosi 10 posto početne cijene, što u slučaju prvog zemljišta iznosi 13 tisuća kuna, a za preostala četiri terena koja se prodaju u "paketu" - 29.700 kuna. Ponude će se primati do 20. siječnja, dok će se njihovo otvaranje održati pet dana kasnije u prostorijama Općine.

Jedan od popularnjih "modela" popunjavanja lokalnih proračuna, tamo gdje je to izvedivo, prodaja je nekretnina, ponajprije građevinskih zemljišta koja su u javnom vlasništvu.

Upravo takav potez napravila je Općina Tribunj koja je potencijalnim kupcima ponudila dijelove pet zemljišta, ukupne površine 278 četvornih metara, po početnoj cijeni od 427 tisuća kuna.

Prema podacima iz Katastra, riječ je o dijelu velike parcele ispod crkve sv. Nikole na vrhu velike glavice, površine 55 kvadrata, te o dijelovima nekoliko čestica smještenih sjeverozapadno od plaže Zamalin.

Prva nekretnina u vlasništvu lokalne samouprave prodaje se po startnoj cijeni od 2363 kune po četvornom metru, što u protuvrijednosti iznosi oko 314 eura, a ostali dijelovi zemljišta, od kojih najveće zauzima površinu od 83 kvadrata, nudi se po 1331 kunu ili 177 eura po četvornom metru.

Svi potencijalni kupci dužni su na općinski žiro-račun uplatiti jamčevinu koja iznosi 10 posto početne cijene, što u slučaju prvog zemljišta iznosi 13 tisuća kuna, a za preostala četiri terena koja se prodaju u "paketu" - 29.700 kuna. Ponude će se primati do 20. siječnja, dok će se njihovo otvaranje održati pet dana kasnije u prostorijama Općine.

Općina Tribunj prodaje ‘obiteljsko srebro‘ na vrlo atraktivnim lokacijama, kvadrat zemljišta nudi se po početnoj cijeni od 300 eura

Jedan od popularnjih "modela" popunjavanja lokalnih proračuna, tamo gdje je to izvedivo, prodaja je nekretnina, ponajprije građevinskih zemljišta koja su u javnom vlasništvu.

Upravo takav potez napravila je Općina Tribunj koja je potencijalnim kupcima ponudila dijelove pet zemljišta, ukupne površine 278 četvornih metara, po početnoj cijeni od 427 tisuća kuna.

Prema podacima iz Katastra, riječ je o dijelu velike parcele ispod crkve sv. Nikole na vrhu velike glavice, površine 55 kvadrata, te o dijelovima nekoliko čestica smještenih sjeverozapadno od plaže Zamalin.

Prva nekretnina u vlasništvu lokalne samouprave prodaje se po startnoj cijeni od 2363 kune po četvornom metru, što u protuvrijednosti iznosi oko 314 eura, a ostali dijelovi zemljišta, od kojih najveće zauzima površinu od 83 kvadrata, nudi se po 1331 kunu ili 177 eura po četvornom metru.

Svi potencijalni kupci dužni su na općinski žiro-račun uplatiti jamčevinu koja iznosi 10 posto početne cijene, što u slučaju prvog zemljišta iznosi 13 tisuća kuna, a za preostala četiri terena koja se prodaju u "paketu" - 29.700 kuna. Ponude će se primati do 20. siječnja, dok će se njihovo otvaranje održati pet dana kasnije u prostorijama Općine.
