Izgradnja raznih prodajnih centara u većim dalmatinskim gradovima, ali sve više i u (sezonskim) turističkim središtima očito postaje trend trgovačkih kompanija.

Temeljito "skeniranje" tržišta, s naglaskom na lokalno stanovništvo, ali i sve brojnije goste sa svih globalnih adresa, početak je svih tih ulaganja. Ono što je nekada bilo rezervirano za Split i bližu okolicu, Zadar, Šibenik i Dubrovnik, sada je postalo pogodnost za stanovnike Pirovca, Zaostroga, Sinja, Opuzena ili Staroga Grada na Hvaru.

Na spomenutom popisu namjerno nismo spomenuli Vodice koje su već odavno važna točka na jadranskoj turističkoj karti, a svojom veličinom i statusom grada prelaze razinu običnog životnog "satelita" Šibenika. Dokaz tome su već uhodani prodajni centri niza domaćih lanaca, ali će se toj listi uskoro očito dodati i "Stop Shop".

Naime, zagrebačka tvrtka "Stop Shop Development" zatražila je lokacijsku dozvolu za trgovački centar s trafostanicom, ali i priključkom na stari dio Jadranske magistrale na zapadnom izlazu iz Vodica prema spoju s obilaznicom i nastavkom u smjeru Pirovca i Zadra. Spomenuti objekti gradili bi se na 10 aktualnih zemljišnih čestica, ukupne površine od gotovo 22 tisuće četvornih metara, koje je nekretninska tvrtka kupila i na koje se uknjižila tijekom prošle godine.

Spomenuta tvrtka, iza koje stoji austrijska kompanija "Imbea Immoeast", koja je na hrvatsko tržište ušla lancem prodajnih objekata "Stop Shop", a primjetno je da ciljaju na, uvjetno rečeno, manje sredine poput Valpova, Ludbrega i Našica, ali i Osijeka, Velike Gorice i Kaštel Sućurca, otvorenog prije pola godine.

Osim vodičkog, u tijeku je i razvoj posla u Pazinu, ali Austrijanci snažno "guraju" i projekt nebodera od 35 katova u Heinzlovoj ulici u Zagrebu.

Prepoznatljivost i različitost "Stop Shopova" u odnosu na "klasične" prodajne objekte je njihova koncepcija po kojoj se u svaki dućan ulazi izravno s parkirališta. Nepostojanjem zajedničkih prostora u velikom objektu iz kojih se ulazi u pojedine prodavaonice, kažu upućeni, izbjegavaju se i troškovi zajedničkog održavanja.

Dosadašnja praksa govori da se u tim objektima nalaze zakupci kao što su "dm", "Deichmann", "CCC", "Spar", "Intersport", "Takko", "KiK"...

Izgradnja raznih prodajnih centara u većim dalmatinskim gradovima, ali sve više i u (sezonskim) turističkim središtima očito postaje trend trgovačkih kompanija.

Temeljito "skeniranje" tržišta, s naglaskom na lokalno stanovništvo, ali i sve brojnije goste sa svih globalnih adresa, početak je svih tih ulaganja. Ono što je nekada bilo rezervirano za Split i bližu okolicu, Zadar, Šibenik i Dubrovnik, sada je postalo pogodnost za stanovnike Pirovca, Zaostroga, Sinja, Opuzena ili Staroga Grada na Hvaru.

Na spomenutom popisu namjerno nismo spomenuli Vodice koje su već odavno važna točka na jadranskoj turističkoj karti, a svojom veličinom i statusom grada prelaze razinu običnog životnog "satelita" Šibenika. Dokaz tome su već uhodani prodajni centri niza domaćih lanaca, ali će se toj listi uskoro očito dodati i "Stop Shop".

Naime, zagrebačka tvrtka "Stop Shop Development" zatražila je lokacijsku dozvolu za trgovački centar s trafostanicom, ali i priključkom na stari dio Jadranske magistrale na zapadnom izlazu iz Vodica prema spoju s obilaznicom i nastavkom u smjeru Pirovca i Zadra. Spomenuti objekti gradili bi se na 10 aktualnih zemljišnih čestica, ukupne površine od gotovo 22 tisuće četvornih metara, koje je nekretninska tvrtka kupila i na koje se uknjižila tijekom prošle godine.

Spomenuta tvrtka, iza koje stoji austrijska kompanija "Imbea Immoeast", koja je na hrvatsko tržište ušla lancem prodajnih objekata "Stop Shop", a primjetno je da ciljaju na, uvjetno rečeno, manje sredine poput Valpova, Ludbrega i Našica, ali i Osijeka, Velike Gorice i Kaštel Sućurca, otvorenog prije pola godine.

Osim vodičkog, u tijeku je i razvoj posla u Pazinu, ali Austrijanci snažno "guraju" i projekt nebodera od 35 katova u Heinzlovoj ulici u Zagrebu.

Prepoznatljivost i različitost "Stop Shopova" u odnosu na "klasične" prodajne objekte je njihova koncepcija po kojoj se u svaki dućan ulazi izravno s parkirališta. Nepostojanjem zajedničkih prostora u velikom objektu iz kojih se ulazi u pojedine prodavaonice, kažu upućeni, izbjegavaju se i troškovi zajedničkog održavanja.

Dosadašnja praksa govori da se u tim objektima nalaze zakupci kao što su "dm", "Deichmann", "CCC", "Spar", "Intersport", "Takko", "KiK"...

Izgradnja raznih prodajnih centara u većim dalmatinskim gradovima, ali sve više i u (sezonskim) turističkim središtima očito postaje trend trgovačkih kompanija.

Temeljito "skeniranje" tržišta, s naglaskom na lokalno stanovništvo, ali i sve brojnije goste sa svih globalnih adresa, početak je svih tih ulaganja. Ono što je nekada bilo rezervirano za Split i bližu okolicu, Zadar, Šibenik i Dubrovnik, sada je postalo pogodnost za stanovnike Pirovca, Zaostroga, Sinja, Opuzena ili Staroga Grada na Hvaru.

Na spomenutom popisu namjerno nismo spomenuli Vodice koje su već odavno važna točka na jadranskoj turističkoj karti, a svojom veličinom i statusom grada prelaze razinu običnog životnog "satelita" Šibenika. Dokaz tome su već uhodani prodajni centri niza domaćih lanaca, ali će se toj listi uskoro očito dodati i "Stop Shop".

Naime, zagrebačka tvrtka "Stop Shop Development" zatražila je lokacijsku dozvolu za trgovački centar s trafostanicom, ali i priključkom na stari dio Jadranske magistrale na zapadnom izlazu iz Vodica prema spoju s obilaznicom i nastavkom u smjeru Pirovca i Zadra. Spomenuti objekti gradili bi se na 10 aktualnih zemljišnih čestica, ukupne površine od gotovo 22 tisuće četvornih metara, koje je nekretninska tvrtka kupila i na koje se uknjižila tijekom prošle godine.

Spomenuta tvrtka, iza koje stoji austrijska kompanija "Imbea Immoeast", koja je na hrvatsko tržište ušla lancem prodajnih objekata "Stop Shop", a primjetno je da ciljaju na, uvjetno rečeno, manje sredine poput Valpova, Ludbrega i Našica, ali i Osijeka, Velike Gorice i Kaštel Sućurca, otvorenog prije pola godine.
