Nakon dugog niza godina koje su ponajviše bile obilježene administrativnim i birokratskim problemima, nekadašnja vojarna Krka, napokon će biti vraćena gradu Kninu. Uz ostatke vojnih objekata, od kojih je i MORH digao ruke, proglasivši ih neperspektivnim, a sve zbog derutnog stanja, propalog uslijed neodržavanja, gradu Kninu će biti dodijeljeno i zemljište koje okružuje vojarnu, a u koje je trenutno uknjiženo nekoliko vlasnika.
Osim MORH-a i Republike Hrvatske, dio parcela je u privatnim rukama. Njih će grad Knin u dogledno vrijeme nastojati otkupiti i tako ogromnih, 120.000 četvornih metara površine povezati u jednu cjelinu koja bi u budućnosti trebala biti nova turistička zona.

Prema riječima prvog čovjeka grada Knina, Marija Ćaćića ali i prijedlogu Urbanističkog plana uređenja bivše vojarne, područje koje seže od Atlagića mosta, prateći lijevi tok Krke, pa sve do ušća rijeke Butižnice, trebalo bi se obogatiti turističkim sadržajima.
Naime, na atraktivnoj lokaciji uz samu rijeku Krku predviđene su nove turističke smještajne jedinice, riječ je o kampu i hostelu koji bi bio izgrađen na postojećim temeljima vojarne. Također, izgradili bi se i ugostiteljski objekti, nova prometnica te sportsko-rekreacijski sadržaji, no prije svega, Urbanistički plan treba izglasati Gradska skupština, a onda potom s prijedlogom ići prema Ministarstvu.
- Vojarna još uvijek nije predana gradu, mi dovršavamo postupak izrade Urbanističkog plana uređenja i prema najavama iz Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine očekujemo da će nam vojarna biti dodijeljena odmah nakon što ga usvojimo – kazao je Ćaćić.

Prijedlog Urbanističkog plana trenutno je u procesu javne rasprave koja traje do 2. lipnja ove godine. Ministarstvo bi, kazuje Ćaćić, odluku o dodjeli bivše vojarne i zemljišta trebali donijeti kroz pet dana.
- Vjerujem da će to sve ići svojim tokom i bez ikakvih problema – optimistično će Ćaćić.
Potencijal bivše vojarne i zemljišta je ogroman, pa i ne čudi ustrajnost koju gradonačelnik pokazuje da se ovaj projekt realizira. U blizini, svega kilometar i pol nalazi se i Nacionalni park Krka. Realizacijom projekta koji predstavlja prekretnicu u razvoju turizma na kninskom području i NP Krka bi trebao profitirati. Naime, u planu je novi ulaz koji bi se nalazio u blizini stare vojarne.
- Tako je, planira se uređenje novog ulaza u NP Krka. To nije zahtjevan posao a ne treba ni govoriti koliko će za Grad značiti. Cijeli je projekt zapravo od iznimne važnosti, no strpimo se još malo, neka nam država prvo dodjeli taj prostor a onda idemo dalje, korak po korak – ističe Ćaćić.

Nakon dugog niza godina koje su ponajviše bile obilježene administrativnim i birokratskim problemima, nekadašnja vojarna Krka, napokon će biti vraćena gradu Kninu. Uz ostatke vojnih objekata, od kojih je i MORH digao ruke, proglasivši ih neperspektivnim, a sve zbog derutnog stanja, propalog uslijed neodržavanja, gradu Kninu će biti dodijeljeno i zemljište koje okružuje vojarnu, a u koje je trenutno uknjiženo nekoliko vlasnika.
Osim MORH-a i Republike Hrvatske, dio parcela je u privatnim rukama. Njih će grad Knin u dogledno vrijeme nastojati otkupiti i tako ogromnih, 120.000 četvornih metara površine povezati u jednu cjelinu koja bi u budućnosti trebala biti nova turistička zona.

Prema riječima prvog čovjeka grada Knina, Marija Ćaćića ali i prijedlogu Urbanističkog plana uređenja bivše vojarne, područje koje seže od Atlagića mosta, prateći lijevi tok Krke, pa sve do ušća rijeke Butižnice, trebalo bi se obogatiti turističkim sadržajima.
Naime, na atraktivnoj lokaciji uz samu rijeku Krku predviđene su nove turističke smještajne jedinice, riječ je o kampu i hostelu koji bi bio izgrađen na postojećim temeljima vojarne. Također, izgradili bi se i ugostiteljski objekti, nova prometnica te sportsko-rekreacijski sadržaji, no prije svega, Urbanistički plan treba izglasati Gradska skupština, a onda potom s prijedlogom ići prema Ministarstvu.
- Vojarna još uvijek nije predana gradu, mi dovršavamo postupak izrade Urbanističkog plana uređenja i prema najavama iz Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine očekujemo da će nam vojarna biti dodijeljena odmah nakon što ga usvojimo – kazao je Ćaćić.

Prijedlog Urbanističkog plana trenutno je u procesu javne rasprave koja traje do 2. lipnja ove godine. Ministarstvo bi, kazuje Ćaćić, odluku o dodjeli bivše vojarne i zemljišta trebali donijeti kroz pet dana.
- Vjerujem da će to sve ići svojim tokom i bez ikakvih problema – optimistično će Ćaćić.
Potencijal bivše vojarne i zemljišta je ogroman, pa i ne čudi ustrajnost koju gradonačelnik pokazuje da se ovaj projekt realizira. U blizini, svega kilometar i pol nalazi se i Nacionalni park Krka. Realizacijom projekta koji predstavlja prekretnicu u razvoju turizma na kninskom području i NP Krka bi trebao profitirati. Naime, u planu je novi ulaz koji bi se nalazio u blizini stare vojarne.
- Tako je, planira se uređenje novog ulaza u NP Krka. To nije zahtjevan posao a ne treba ni govoriti koliko će za Grad značiti. Cijeli je projekt zapravo od iznimne važnosti, no strpimo se još malo, neka nam država prvo dodjeli taj prostor a onda idemo dalje, korak po korak – ističe Ćaćić.
