Novi Zakon o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama, koji je izazvao brojne kontroverzije, omogućio je decentralizaciju nekih ovlasti na jedinice lokalne samouprave, koje su odsad dužne donijeti odluke o redu na pomorskom dobru kako bi se osiguralo uređenje, korištenje pomorskog dobra i neometani prolazak.

Grad Šibenik nije općenito zabranio da se na pomorskom dobru ostavljaju vozila, odnosno njih se ne smije ostavljati samo ako su problematična.

Na šibenskim plažama zabranjeno je "ostavljati vozila bez registarskih tablica, odnosno neregistrirana vozila, te vozila koja su tehnički neispravna u smislu da su karambolirana ili iz njih cure maziva i druge tekućine".

Primjerice, u Splitu je zabranjeno ostaviti motocikl na pomorskom dobru, što nije slučaj u Rijeci i Šibeniku.

No zato je Šibeniku na pomorskom dobru zabranjeno "pljuvati ili obavljati nuždu".

A građani, odnosno fizičke osobe kako ih se naziva u pravnoj terminologiji, odsad će morati pripremiti 260 eura ako ih uhvati pomorski redar da bez uzice štetaju psa obalom, ako ostave plovilo ili dođu s autom unutar granice pomorskog dobra...

Novi Zakon o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama, koji je izazvao brojne kontroverzije, omogućio je decentralizaciju nekih ovlasti na jedinice lokalne samouprave, koje su odsad dužne donijeti odluke o redu na pomorskom dobru kako bi se osiguralo uređenje, korištenje pomorskog dobra i neometani prolazak.

Grad Šibenik nije općenito zabranio da se na pomorskom dobru ostavljaju vozila, odnosno njih se ne smije ostavljati samo ako su problematična.

Na šibenskim plažama zabranjeno je "ostavljati vozila bez registarskih tablica, odnosno neregistrirana vozila, te vozila koja su tehnički neispravna u smislu da su karambolirana ili iz njih cure maziva i druge tekućine".

Primjerice, u Splitu je zabranjeno ostaviti motocikl na pomorskom dobru, što nije slučaj u Rijeci i Šibeniku.

No zato je Šibeniku na pomorskom dobru zabranjeno "pljuvati ili obavljati nuždu".

A građani, odnosno fizičke osobe kako ih se naziva u pravnoj terminologiji, odsad će morati pripremiti 260 eura ako ih uhvati pomorski redar da bez uzice štetaju psa obalom, ako ostave plovilo ili dođu s autom unutar granice pomorskog dobra...

Novi Zakon o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama, koji je izazvao brojne kontroverzije, omogućio je decentralizaciju nekih ovlasti na jedinice lokalne samouprave, koje su odsad dužne donijeti odluke o redu na pomorskom dobru kako bi se osiguralo uređenje, korištenje pomorskog dobra i neometani prolazak.

Grad Šibenik nije općenito zabranio da se na pomorskom dobru ostavljaju vozila, odnosno njih se ne smije ostavljati samo ako su problematična.

Na šibenskim plažama zabranjeno je "ostavljati vozila bez registarskih tablica, odnosno neregistrirana vozila, te vozila koja su tehnički neispravna u smislu da su karambolirana ili iz njih cure maziva i druge tekućine".

Primjerice, u Splitu je zabranjeno ostaviti motocikl na pomorskom dobru, što nije slučaj u Rijeci i Šibeniku.

No zato je Šibeniku na pomorskom dobru zabranjeno "pljuvati ili obavljati nuždu".

A građani, odnosno fizičke osobe kako ih se naziva u pravnoj terminologiji, odsad će morati pripremiti 260 eura ako ih uhvati pomorski redar da bez uzice štetaju psa obalom, ako ostave plovilo ili dođu s autom unutar granice pomorskog dobra...
