U ponedjeljak, 4. ožujka 2024. istječe produženi rok međunarodnog natječaja za potencijalne investitore koji su spremni pod oglašenim natječajnim uvjetima kupiti zemljište bivše Tvornice elektroda i ferolegura i investirati u izgradnju stambeno-poslovnog kompleksa u okviru projekta "Batižele", a koji bi potencijalno trebao izrasti u novu, elitnu četvrt grada Šibenika.

Natječaj je izvorno trebao biti zaključen 19. veljače, ali, kako nam je kazala direktorica tvrtke "Batižele" Nina Kursar, rok je prolongiran za još dva tjedna na zamolbu jednog zainteresiranog, mogućeg investitora koji nije znao da je natječaj objavljen, pa nije stigao u predviđenom roku pripremiti kompletnu dokumentaciju. Zbog toga je rok produžen do ponedjeljka, 4. ožujka.

Kako saznajemo od direktorice "Batižela", zainteresiranih ima.

– Mogu reći da smo zadovoljni iskazanim interesom potencijalnih investitora. Imali smo 30-ak upita, a jesu li ih naši odgovori zadovoljili i hoće li nastaviti predviđenu proceduru u drugoj fazi, vidjet ćemo – kaže Kursar. Mnogo toga će biti jasnije nakon zaključivanja natječaja, ističe.

U ponedjeljak, 4. ožujka 2024. istječe produženi rok međunarodnog natječaja za potencijalne investitore koji su spremni pod oglašenim natječajnim uvjetima kupiti zemljište bivše Tvornice elektroda i ferolegura i investirati u izgradnju stambeno-poslovnog kompleksa u okviru projekta "Batižele", a koji bi potencijalno trebao izrasti u novu, elitnu četvrt grada Šibenika.

Natječaj je izvorno trebao biti zaključen 19. veljače, ali, kako nam je kazala direktorica tvrtke "Batižele" Nina Kursar, rok je prolongiran za još dva tjedna na zamolbu jednog zainteresiranog, mogućeg investitora koji nije znao da je natječaj objavljen, pa nije stigao u predviđenom roku pripremiti kompletnu dokumentaciju. Zbog toga je rok produžen do ponedjeljka, 4. ožujka.

Kako saznajemo od direktorice "Batižela", zainteresiranih ima.

– Mogu reći da smo zadovoljni iskazanim interesom potencijalnih investitora. Imali smo 30-ak upita, a jesu li ih naši odgovori zadovoljili i hoće li nastaviti predviđenu proceduru u drugoj fazi, vidjet ćemo – kaže Kursar. Mnogo toga će biti jasnije nakon zaključivanja natječaja, ističe.

Trosku u Biljanima Europa je proglasila opasnom po život: u Šibeniku se tretira kao inertni, neopasni otpad

U ponedjeljak, 4. ožujka 2024. istječe produženi rok međunarodnog natječaja za potencijalne investitore koji su spremni pod oglašenim natječajnim uvjetima kupiti zemljište bivše Tvornice elektroda i ferolegura i investirati u izgradnju stambeno-poslovnog kompleksa u okviru projekta "Batižele", a koji bi potencijalno trebao izrasti u novu, elitnu četvrt grada Šibenika.

Natječaj je izvorno trebao biti zaključen 19. veljače, ali, kako nam je kazala direktorica tvrtke "Batižele" Nina Kursar, rok je prolongiran za još dva tjedna na zamolbu jednog zainteresiranog, mogućeg investitora koji nije znao da je natječaj objavljen, pa nije stigao u predviđenom roku pripremiti kompletnu dokumentaciju. Zbog toga je rok produžen do ponedjeljka, 4. ožujka.

Kako saznajemo od direktorice "Batižela", zainteresiranih ima.

– Mogu reći da smo zadovoljni iskazanim interesom potencijalnih investitora. Imali smo 30-ak upita, a jesu li ih naši odgovori zadovoljili i hoće li nastaviti predviđenu proceduru u drugoj fazi, vidjet ćemo – kaže Kursar. Mnogo toga će biti jasnije nakon zaključivanja natječaja, ističe.
