Na adresu šibenske Gradske uprave prispjele su tri ponude zainteresiranih tvrtki za ulaganje u bivši tvornički prostor površine 27 hektara.

Premda poziv čije je raspisivanje podržalo Gradsko vijeće nije bio obvezujući, već samo informativan, Nina Kursar, v.d. direktorice tvrtke Batižele d.o.o. ne krije zadovoljstvo iskazanim zanimanjem prijavljenih.

Odazvavši se našem pozivu i prepoznavši jedinstvenu priliku ulaganja u TEF-ovu zonu, potencijalni su nam investitori još jedanput potvrdili ono što smo znali na samom početku - da smo prvorazredna ulagačka destinacija te da smo na pravom putu pronalaženja ponajboljih partnera za gradnju novog Šibenika u duhu i vrijednostima primjerenim 21. stoljeću - kazala je Kursar.

Neobvezujućim javnim postupkom ukazano je i na investicijske potencijale koji bi se u daljnjoj proceduri mogli iskoristiti u obvezujućoj formi. Potencijalni investitori su iskazali interes za ulaganje u prostor cijele zone te spremnost za različite modele suradnje.

Međunarodni javni poziv u obvezujućoj formi provest će se u prvom kvartalu 2022.g., a proceduru će voditi peteročlano Povjerenstvo sastavljeno od predstavnika Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine i Grada Šibenika.

Dodajmo na kraju da je za sutra (srijeda) u 10 sati u Gradskoj knjižnici Juraj Šižgorić zakazana konferencija za medije na kojoj će gradonačelnik Željko Burić i zastupnik u Hrvatskom saboru Hrvoje Zekanović reći više o ovoj temi.

Na adresu šibenske Gradske uprave prispjele su tri ponude zainteresiranih tvrtki za ulaganje u bivši tvornički prostor površine 27 hektara.

Premda poziv čije je raspisivanje podržalo Gradsko vijeće nije bio obvezujući, već samo informativan, Nina Kursar, v.d. direktorice tvrtke Batižele d.o.o. ne krije zadovoljstvo iskazanim zanimanjem prijavljenih.

Odazvavši se našem pozivu i prepoznavši jedinstvenu priliku ulaganja u TEF-ovu zonu, potencijalni su nam investitori još jedanput potvrdili ono što smo znali na samom početku - da smo prvorazredna ulagačka destinacija te da smo na pravom putu pronalaženja ponajboljih partnera za gradnju novog Šibenika u duhu i vrijednostima primjerenim 21. stoljeću - kazala je Kursar.

Neobvezujućim javnim postupkom ukazano je i na investicijske potencijale koji bi se u daljnjoj proceduri mogli iskoristiti u obvezujućoj formi. Potencijalni investitori su iskazali interes za ulaganje u prostor cijele zone te spremnost za različite modele suradnje.

Međunarodni javni poziv u obvezujućoj formi provest će se u prvom kvartalu 2022.g., a proceduru će voditi peteročlano Povjerenstvo sastavljeno od predstavnika Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine i Grada Šibenika.

Dodajmo na kraju da je za sutra (srijeda) u 10 sati u Gradskoj knjižnici Juraj Šižgorić zakazana konferencija za medije na kojoj će gradonačelnik Željko Burić i zastupnik u Hrvatskom saboru Hrvoje Zekanović reći više o ovoj temi.
