Prema srednjem deviznom tečaju HNB-a, 100 eura vrijedi 751 kunu. Ako dobro ne pazite na pravilnike mjenjačnica, u nekima od njih za svojih 100 eura mogli biste dobiti tek 507 kuna. U utorak se u toj situaciji našao čitatelj Jutarnjeg lista koji je otišao zamijeniti 50 eura i za njih dobio 253 kune i 50 lipa te im je poslao račun.
Radi se o poslovnici Auro Domusa u Opatiji, na lokaciji Tržnica. U telefonskom razgovoru operaterka ovog lanca mjenjačnica i institucije specijalizirane za trgovinu zlatom rekla nam je kako je u trenutku razgovora 7. kolovoza u toj poslovnici kupovni tečaj eura 6,07 za iznose do 500 eura. Najpovoljniji je kada želite prodati više od 1000 eura i tada iznosi 7,1.
U isto vrijeme u zagrebačkoj poslovnici Auro Domusa na Ilici početni kupovni tečaj je 7,1, a 7,45 za iznose veće od 1000 eura.
- Sve piše i sve je izloženo ispred mjenjačnica. Tečaj je takav kakav je i nitko na njega ne mora pristati. Nažalost je tako. Ne mogu reći zašto je tada bio 5,07, ne znam niti kakav je bio prije sat vremena, rekla je operaterka Auro Domusa.
Prije dvije godine, sredinom srpnja, na tečaj iste tvrtke požalilo se više ljudi. Tada su se mušterije, uglavnom turisti, žalili što za 100 eura dobivaju 610 kuna, odnosno, što je kupovni tečaj 6,1.
Tada su svoju poslovnu odluku iz Auro Domusa pravdali odredbom Zakona o deviznom poslovanju koja im dopušta da tečaj slobodno odrede na temelju ponude i potražnje. Rekli su da je tečaj stoga rezultat "slobodnog društva i tržišne ekonomije", a svoje liste formiraju u skladu s hrvatskim propisima i međunarodnom praksom u mjenjačkoj djelatnosti.
- Zbog toga se tečaj razlikuje ovisno o ekskluzivnosti lokacije na kojoj se mjenjačnica nalazi, jer se naše poslovnice najčešće nalaze na najtraženijim turističkim lokacijama koje imaju deseterostruko veće troškove zakupa od onih u gradovima ili dijelovima gradova koji nisu turistički atraktivni - odgovorili su iz Auro Domusa na upit HRT-a 2020. godine.
- Turisti uglavnom mijenjaju manje iznose, od pet do 20 eura. Kada se izračuna jednokratna naknada u visini od 20 kuna, kakvu naplaćuju pojedine banke, za 10 eura turisti mogu dobiti i 55 kuna - dodali su iz Auro Domusa.
Iz Hrvatske narodne banke pretprošlog ljeta rekli su da klijent ima pravo poništiti transakciju u mjenjačnici do kraja radnog dana tijekom kojeg je realizirana.

Prema srednjem deviznom tečaju HNB-a, 100 eura vrijedi 751 kunu. Ako dobro ne pazite na pravilnike mjenjačnica, u nekima od njih za svojih 100 eura mogli biste dobiti tek 507 kuna. U utorak se u toj situaciji našao čitatelj Jutarnjeg lista koji je otišao zamijeniti 50 eura i za njih dobio 253 kune i 50 lipa te im je poslao račun.
Radi se o poslovnici Auro Domusa u Opatiji, na lokaciji Tržnica. U telefonskom razgovoru operaterka ovog lanca mjenjačnica i institucije specijalizirane za trgovinu zlatom rekla nam je kako je u trenutku razgovora 7. kolovoza u toj poslovnici kupovni tečaj eura 6,07 za iznose do 500 eura. Najpovoljniji je kada želite prodati više od 1000 eura i tada iznosi 7,1.
U isto vrijeme u zagrebačkoj poslovnici Auro Domusa na Ilici početni kupovni tečaj je 7,1, a 7,45 za iznose veće od 1000 eura.
- Sve piše i sve je izloženo ispred mjenjačnica. Tečaj je takav kakav je i nitko na njega ne mora pristati. Nažalost je tako. Ne mogu reći zašto je tada bio 5,07, ne znam niti kakav je bio prije sat vremena, rekla je operaterka Auro Domusa.
Prije dvije godine, sredinom srpnja, na tečaj iste tvrtke požalilo se više ljudi. Tada su se mušterije, uglavnom turisti, žalili što za 100 eura dobivaju 610 kuna, odnosno, što je kupovni tečaj 6,1.
Tada su svoju poslovnu odluku iz Auro Domusa pravdali odredbom Zakona o deviznom poslovanju koja im dopušta da tečaj slobodno odrede na temelju ponude i potražnje. Rekli su da je tečaj stoga rezultat "slobodnog društva i tržišne ekonomije", a svoje liste formiraju u skladu s hrvatskim propisima i međunarodnom praksom u mjenjačkoj djelatnosti.
- Zbog toga se tečaj razlikuje ovisno o ekskluzivnosti lokacije na kojoj se mjenjačnica nalazi, jer se naše poslovnice najčešće nalaze na najtraženijim turističkim lokacijama koje imaju deseterostruko veće troškove zakupa od onih u gradovima ili dijelovima gradova koji nisu turistički atraktivni - odgovorili su iz Auro Domusa na upit HRT-a 2020. godine.
- Turisti uglavnom mijenjaju manje iznose, od pet do 20 eura. Kada se izračuna jednokratna naknada u visini od 20 kuna, kakvu naplaćuju pojedine banke, za 10 eura turisti mogu dobiti i 55 kuna - dodali su iz Auro Domusa.
Iz Hrvatske narodne banke pretprošlog ljeta rekli su da klijent ima pravo poništiti transakciju u mjenjačnici do kraja radnog dana tijekom kojeg je realizirana.
