Od srijede, 1. prosinca, kuhari, slastičari i osoblje za posluživanje u restoranima mogu se prijaviti za Stipendije Raise the Bar u sklopu kojih će Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska u suradnji sa stručnjacima iz ugostiteljskog sektora odabrati najperspektivnije profesionalce kojima će omogućiti besplatnu edukaciju na renomiranim svjetskim učilištima. Za sudjelovanje je potrebno ispuniti prijavni obrazac te priložiti motivacijsko pismo na raisethebar.hr/stipendija.

Prijave za Stipendije otvorene su do 31. siječnja 2022., nakon čega slijedi proces odabira koji se odvija u dva dijela. Prvi korak u odabiru je analiza pristiglih prijava tijekom kojeg će predstavnici Odjela za ljudske potencijale Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska i članovi tima Raise the Bar u obzir uzeti motivaciju kandidata, njihovo iskustvo te planove za budući razvoj. U drugom koraku, chefovi Hrvoje Zirojević, Marko Gajski, Igor Gudac i Bruno Vokal te voditelj i suvlasnik restorana Noel, Ivan Jug, testirat će tehničko znanje kandidata te će ih intervjuirati.

Le Cordon Bleu škola mi svakim predavanjem i svakim satom u kuhinji ukazuje koliko zapravo moram raditi na sebi i graditi svoje znanje. Mladim ljudima, željnim napretka, ovo je jedinstvena prilika da sebi i našoj zemlji pružimo ono najbolje. Ako sebe ne motiviramo i ne postavimo više ciljeve i želju za napretkom, jednostavno stojimo na mjestu“, izjavio je Grgo Bačelić, stipendist i kuhar zagrebačkog restorana Kut510.

Ovogodišnji stipendisti, Grgo Bačelić i Tibor Klobučar, trenutno pohađaju edukaciju na Le Cordon Bleu u Istanbulu, a Matija Kuzmić će početkom sljedeće godine otputovati u Pariz gdje će usavršiti svoja slastičarska umijeća u renomiranoj školi École Ducasse. Raise the Bar strateška je platforma Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska koja od 2019. godine djeluje s ciljem povećanja kvalitete obrazovanja radne snage u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu. Projekt obuhvaća Akademiju, besplatnu edukaciju za konobare, bariste i barmene, Stipendije za kuhare, slastičare i osoblje za posluživanje te suradnju s regionalnim centrima kompetentnosti, čime Raise the Bar omogućuje usklađivanje vještina i znanja ugostiteljskih i turističkih djelatnika s potrebama poslodavaca.

Od srijede, 1. prosinca, kuhari, slastičari i osoblje za posluživanje u restoranima mogu se prijaviti za Stipendije Raise the Bar u sklopu kojih će Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska u suradnji sa stručnjacima iz ugostiteljskog sektora odabrati najperspektivnije profesionalce kojima će omogućiti besplatnu edukaciju na renomiranim svjetskim učilištima. Za sudjelovanje je potrebno ispuniti prijavni obrazac te priložiti motivacijsko pismo na raisethebar.hr/stipendija.

Prijave za Stipendije otvorene su do 31. siječnja 2022., nakon čega slijedi proces odabira koji se odvija u dva dijela. Prvi korak u odabiru je analiza pristiglih prijava tijekom kojeg će predstavnici Odjela za ljudske potencijale Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska i članovi tima Raise the Bar u obzir uzeti motivaciju kandidata, njihovo iskustvo te planove za budući razvoj. U drugom koraku, chefovi Hrvoje Zirojević, Marko Gajski, Igor Gudac i Bruno Vokal te voditelj i suvlasnik restorana Noel, Ivan Jug, testirat će tehničko znanje kandidata te će ih intervjuirati.

„Stipendija Raise the Bar za mene je jedan veliki korak naprijed u karijeri. Pokazatelj da se rad, trud i ustrajnost uvijek isplate te da će netko to prepoznati u vama. Le Cordon Bleu škola mi svakim predavanjem i svakim satom u kuhinji ukazuje koliko zapravo moram raditi na sebi i graditi svoje znanje. Mladim ljudima, željnim napretka, ovo je jedinstvena prilika da sebi i našoj zemlji pružimo ono najbolje. Ako sebe ne motiviramo i ne postavimo više ciljeve i želju za napretkom, jednostavno stojimo na mjestu“, izjavio je Grgo Bačelić, stipendist i kuhar zagrebačkog restorana Kut510.

Ovogodišnji stipendisti, Grgo Bačelić i Tibor Klobučar, trenutno pohađaju edukaciju na Le Cordon Bleu u Istanbulu, a Matija Kuzmić će početkom sljedeće godine otputovati u Pariz gdje će usavršiti svoja slastičarska umijeća u renomiranoj školi École Ducasse. Raise the Bar strateška je platforma Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska koja od 2019. godine djeluje s ciljem povećanja kvalitete obrazovanja radne snage u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu. Projekt obuhvaća Akademiju, besplatnu edukaciju za konobare, bariste i barmene, Stipendije za kuhare, slastičare i osoblje za posluživanje te suradnju s regionalnim centrima kompetentnosti, čime Raise the Bar omogućuje usklađivanje vještina i znanja ugostiteljskih i turističkih djelatnika s potrebama poslodavaca.

Odlična prigoda za besplatnu edukaciju na svjetskim gastronomskim učilištima: Šibenski kuhar Grgo Bačelić upravo koristi takvu šansu u Istanbulu

Od srijede, 1. prosinca, kuhari, slastičari i osoblje za posluživanje u restoranima mogu se prijaviti za Stipendije Raise the Bar u sklopu kojih će Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska u suradnji sa stručnjacima iz ugostiteljskog sektora odabrati najperspektivnije profesionalce kojima će omogućiti besplatnu edukaciju na renomiranim svjetskim učilištima. Za sudjelovanje je potrebno ispuniti prijavni obrazac te priložiti motivacijsko pismo na raisethebar.hr/stipendija.

Prijave za Stipendije otvorene su do 31. siječnja 2022., nakon čega slijedi proces odabira koji se odvija u dva dijela. Prvi korak u odabiru je analiza pristiglih prijava tijekom kojeg će predstavnici Odjela za ljudske potencijale Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska i članovi tima Raise the Bar u obzir uzeti motivaciju kandidata, njihovo iskustvo te planove za budući razvoj. U drugom koraku, chefovi Hrvoje Zirojević, Marko Gajski, Igor Gudac i Bruno Vokal te voditelj i suvlasnik restorana Noel, Ivan Jug, testirat će tehničko znanje kandidata te će ih intervjuirati.

„Stipendija Raise the Bar za mene je jedan veliki korak naprijed u karijeri. Pokazatelj da se rad, trud i ustrajnost uvijek isplate te da će netko to prepoznati u vama. Le Cordon Bleu škola mi svakim predavanjem i svakim satom u kuhinji ukazuje koliko zapravo moram raditi na sebi i graditi svoje znanje. Mladim ljudima, željnim napretka, ovo je jedinstvena prilika da sebi i našoj zemlji pružimo ono najbolje. Ako sebe ne motiviramo i ne postavimo više ciljeve i želju za napretkom, jednostavno stojimo na mjestu“, izjavio je Grgo Bačelić, stipendist i kuhar zagrebačkog restorana Kut510.

Ovogodišnji stipendisti, Grgo Bačelić i Tibor Klobučar, trenutno pohađaju edukaciju na Le Cordon Bleu u Istanbulu, a Matija Kuzmić će početkom sljedeće godine otputovati u Pariz gdje će usavršiti svoja slastičarska umijeća u renomiranoj školi École Ducasse. Raise the Bar strateška je platforma Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska koja od 2019. godine djeluje s ciljem povećanja kvalitete obrazovanja radne snage u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu. Projekt obuhvaća Akademiju, besplatnu edukaciju za konobare, bariste i barmene, Stipendije za kuhare, slastičare i osoblje za posluživanje te suradnju s regionalnim centrima kompetentnosti, čime Raise the Bar omogućuje usklađivanje vještina i znanja ugostiteljskih i turističkih djelatnika s potrebama poslodavaca.
