Od utorka, 22. prosinca do 8. siječnja 2021., putovanje između županija bit će moguće isključivo uz posjedovanje posebnih propusnica. Za razliku od prvog vala pandemije, ovaj će put uvjeti za dobivanje propusnica biti bitno restriktivniji i neće biti jednostavno dobiti dozvolu bez konkretnog i hitnog razloga, piše Jutarnji list.

Sve županije, osim Grada Zagreba i Zagrebačke županije, bit će odvojene, a bit će dozvoljene dnevne migracije osoba koje rade u drugim županijama, ali isključivo ako ne postoji mogućnost da taj posao obavljaju od kuće. Također, dozvoljen će biti prolazak svim žurnim operativnim službama, koje su bitne za vitalno funkcioniranje društva, primjerice vodovodu i odvodnji, zaštitarskim službama, opskrbi lijekovima..., kao i osobama koje idu po medicinsku skrb.

Svi oni koji će tražiti propusnice, to će raditi preko usluge e-građanin, no upozoravaju da će ih biti teško dobiti. Također, više neće biti mogućnosti da tvrtke zatraže propusnice za zaposlenike, kao što se to radilo u prvom lockdownu.

Inače, propusnice za kretanje izvan mjesta prebivališta i stalnog boravka uvedene su prvi put 23. ožujka i vrijedile su do 11. svibnja. U prvih deset dana mjera se striktno provodila dok nisu počele pristizati pritužbe sa svih razina lokalne uprave da je takvim ograničenjima u nekim dijelovima zemlje praktički ljudima zabranjen izlazak s kućnog praga. A potrebno je otići k liječniku, u trgovinu, nahraniti stoku, obraditi polje...

Ubrzo je Stožer popustio pa su povećani prostori slobode kretanja spajanjem susjednih općina i gradova u jednu cjelinu. Na kraju se dozvolila slobodno kretanje cijelim prostorima županija, a propusnice su zapravo izgubile svaki smisao. Ovisno o potrebi, propusnice su izdavali lokalni stožeri Civilne zaštite, liječnici, poslodavci. U prvih 20 dana propusnice je dobilo oko 860 tisuća građana, a odbijeno je samo 7000 zahtjeva. U konačnici je izdano više od milijun propusnica, piše Jutarnji list.

Od utorka, 22. prosinca do 8. siječnja 2021., putovanje između županija bit će moguće isključivo uz posjedovanje posebnih propusnica. Za razliku od prvog vala pandemije, ovaj će put uvjeti za dobivanje propusnica biti bitno restriktivniji i neće biti jednostavno dobiti dozvolu bez konkretnog i hitnog razloga, piše Jutarnji list.

Sve županije, osim Grada Zagreba i Zagrebačke županije, bit će odvojene, a bit će dozvoljene dnevne migracije osoba koje rade u drugim županijama, ali isključivo ako ne postoji mogućnost da taj posao obavljaju od kuće. Također, dozvoljen će biti prolazak svim žurnim operativnim službama, koje su bitne za vitalno funkcioniranje društva, primjerice vodovodu i odvodnji, zaštitarskim službama, opskrbi lijekovima..., kao i osobama koje idu po medicinsku skrb.

Svi oni koji će tražiti propusnice, to će raditi preko usluge e-građanin, no upozoravaju da će ih biti teško dobiti. Također, više neće biti mogućnosti da tvrtke zatraže propusnice za zaposlenike, kao što se to radilo u prvom lockdownu.

Inače, propusnice za kretanje izvan mjesta prebivališta i stalnog boravka uvedene su prvi put 23. ožujka i vrijedile su do 11. svibnja. U prvih deset dana mjera se striktno provodila dok nisu počele pristizati pritužbe sa svih razina lokalne uprave da je takvim ograničenjima u nekim dijelovima zemlje praktički ljudima zabranjen izlazak s kućnog praga. A potrebno je otići k liječniku, u trgovinu, nahraniti stoku, obraditi polje...

Ubrzo je Stožer popustio pa su povećani prostori slobode kretanja spajanjem susjednih općina i gradova u jednu cjelinu. Na kraju se dozvolila slobodno kretanje cijelim prostorima županija, a propusnice su zapravo izgubile svaki smisao. Ovisno o potrebi, propusnice su izdavali lokalni stožeri Civilne zaštite, liječnici, poslodavci. U prvih 20 dana propusnice je dobilo oko 860 tisuća građana, a odbijeno je samo 7000 zahtjeva. U konačnici je izdano više od milijun propusnica, piše Jutarnji list.

Od utorka će za putovanja iz županije u županiju trebati propusnice: uvjeti će biti puno stroži, donosimo cijelu proceduru

Od utorka, 22. prosinca do 8. siječnja 2021., putovanje između županija bit će moguće isključivo uz posjedovanje posebnih propusnica. Za razliku od prvog vala pandemije, ovaj će put uvjeti za dobivanje propusnica biti bitno restriktivniji i neće biti jednostavno dobiti dozvolu bez konkretnog i hitnog razloga, piše Jutarnji list.

Sve županije, osim Grada Zagreba i Zagrebačke županije, bit će odvojene, a bit će dozvoljene dnevne migracije osoba koje rade u drugim županijama, ali isključivo ako ne postoji mogućnost da taj posao obavljaju od kuće. Također, dozvoljen će biti prolazak svim žurnim operativnim službama, koje su bitne za vitalno funkcioniranje društva, primjerice vodovodu i odvodnji, zaštitarskim službama, opskrbi lijekovima..., kao i osobama koje idu po medicinsku skrb.

Svi oni koji će tražiti propusnice, to će raditi preko usluge e-građanin, no upozoravaju da će ih biti teško dobiti. Također, više neće biti mogućnosti da tvrtke zatraže propusnice za zaposlenike, kao što se to radilo u prvom lockdownu.

Inače, propusnice za kretanje izvan mjesta prebivališta i stalnog boravka uvedene su prvi put 23. ožujka i vrijedile su do 11. svibnja. U prvih deset dana mjera se striktno provodila dok nisu počele pristizati pritužbe sa svih razina lokalne uprave da je takvim ograničenjima u nekim dijelovima zemlje praktički ljudima zabranjen izlazak s kućnog praga. A potrebno je otići k liječniku, u trgovinu, nahraniti stoku, obraditi polje...

Ubrzo je Stožer popustio pa su povećani prostori slobode kretanja spajanjem susjednih općina i gradova u jednu cjelinu. Na kraju se dozvolila slobodno kretanje cijelim prostorima županija, a propusnice su zapravo izgubile svaki smisao. Ovisno o potrebi, propusnice su izdavali lokalni stožeri Civilne zaštite, liječnici, poslodavci. U prvih 20 dana propusnice je dobilo oko 860 tisuća građana, a odbijeno je samo 7000 zahtjeva. U konačnici je izdano više od milijun propusnica, piše Jutarnji list.
