Njemački građani mlađi od 60 godina, cijepljeni protiv covida-19 prvom dozom AstraZenece, u drugoj dozi dobit će cjepivo Pfizera ili Moderne, odlučila su u utorak navečer savezna i regionalna ministarstva zdravstva.
Njemačka je 30. ožujka odlučila ograničiti upotrebu cjepiva AstraZenece za osobe mlađe od 60 godina zbog rijetkih slučajeva tromboze uočenih u Europi.
Ljudi iz ove dobne skupine koji su primili prvu dozu AstraZenecinog cjepiva, dobit će drugu dozu cjepiva BioNTech/ Pfizer ili Moderna, također dostupnog u Njemačkoj, odlučili su zdravstveni djelatnici nakon sastanka, navodi novinska agencija dpa.
“To rješenje nudi dobru zaštitu”, rekao je za dpa predsjedavajući bavarski ministar zdravstva Klaus Holetschek.
Ministri su slijedili prošlotjednu preporuku Stalnog povjerenstva za cijepljenje (STIKO) da se druga doza primi dvanaest tjedana nakon početne doze AstraZenece.
Njemačka je odlučila, poput nekih drugih zemalja, ograničiti upotrebu AstraZenece na starije ljude jer su kod mlađih osoba primijećene izuzetno rijetke tromboze “između 4. i 16. dana nakon cijepljenja”.
Od 2. travnja zabilježena su 42 slučaja cerebralne venske tromboze nakon cijepljenja AstraZenecom. U 35 slučajeva to su bile žene između 20 i 63 godine, a osam osoba je umrlo.
Prema Ministarstvu zdravstva, oko 2,2 milijuna građana mlađih od 60 godina primilo je prvo cijepljenje AstraZenecom posljednjih tjedana.
Francuska je odlučila kao i Njemačka da drugu dozu AstraZenece zamijeni cjepivom na bazi glasničke RNA.
Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija zbog nedostatka “adekvatnih podataka” nije dala preporuku o promjeni cjepiva protiv covida između dviju doza.
Europski regulatori utvrdili su moguću povezanost cjepiva i ugrušaka, ali naglašavaju da su dobrobiti cjepiva veće od rizika. AstraZenecino cjepivo još nije odobreno u SAD-u.

Njemački građani mlađi od 60 godina, cijepljeni protiv covida-19 prvom dozom AstraZenece, u drugoj dozi dobit će cjepivo Pfizera ili Moderne, odlučila su u utorak navečer savezna i regionalna ministarstva zdravstva.
Njemačka je 30. ožujka odlučila ograničiti upotrebu cjepiva AstraZenece za osobe mlađe od 60 godina zbog rijetkih slučajeva tromboze uočenih u Europi.
Ljudi iz ove dobne skupine koji su primili prvu dozu AstraZenecinog cjepiva, dobit će drugu dozu cjepiva BioNTech/ Pfizer ili Moderna, također dostupnog u Njemačkoj, odlučili su zdravstveni djelatnici nakon sastanka, navodi novinska agencija dpa.
“To rješenje nudi dobru zaštitu”, rekao je za dpa predsjedavajući bavarski ministar zdravstva Klaus Holetschek.
Ministri su slijedili prošlotjednu preporuku Stalnog povjerenstva za cijepljenje (STIKO) da se druga doza primi dvanaest tjedana nakon početne doze AstraZenece.
Njemačka je odlučila, poput nekih drugih zemalja, ograničiti upotrebu AstraZenece na starije ljude jer su kod mlađih osoba primijećene izuzetno rijetke tromboze “između 4. i 16. dana nakon cijepljenja”.
Od 2. travnja zabilježena su 42 slučaja cerebralne venske tromboze nakon cijepljenja AstraZenecom. U 35 slučajeva to su bile žene između 20 i 63 godine, a osam osoba je umrlo.
Prema Ministarstvu zdravstva, oko 2,2 milijuna građana mlađih od 60 godina primilo je prvo cijepljenje AstraZenecom posljednjih tjedana.
Francuska je odlučila kao i Njemačka da drugu dozu AstraZenece zamijeni cjepivom na bazi glasničke RNA.
Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija zbog nedostatka “adekvatnih podataka” nije dala preporuku o promjeni cjepiva protiv covida između dviju doza.
