Većina građana s tekućim računima od svojih banaka dobila je obavijesti da se opredijele između sadašnjega prešutnog prekoračenja i budućega dopuštenog prekoračenja. Za to su uglavnom banke odredile dosta dug rok do 30. lipnja 2024. godine, što piše i na dokumentu koji su nam banke poslale.

Dio građana je naravno u dilemi za koje se prekoračenje opredijeliti premda je i Hrvatska narodna banka naložila bankama da ponude zamjenu za prešutno prekoračenje koje su banke uvele prije nekoliko godina i ne obavještavajući građane, očito zato što im je to donosilo veće prinose. Građani su tako dobili prešutna prekoračenja koja nisu ni tražili, ona su mogla biti i veća od dopuštenih, ali su i kamate na njih bile veće.

Da stvar bude egzaktnija, matematičar Toni Milun za Index je izračunao koji je minus povoljniji.

Milun kaže da je u prvom važno da se građani opredijele za prekoračenje u roku koji je odredila njihova banka, što treba provjeriti jer se rokovi u nekim bankama razlikuju.

Dopušteno prekoračenje povoljnije je i sigurnije za vas jer ima vrlo reguliranu kamatnu stopu koja mora zadovoljavati stroge uvjete. Jedan od uvjeta odnosi se na efektivnu kamatnu stopu koja ne smije biti iznad određenog iznosa, koji je trenutno od 1. srpnja do kraja ove godine 9 posto. Prešutno prekoračenje također ima svoja ograničenja, ali ona su blaža, tako da banka više zarađuje na prešutnom prekoračenju, piše Toni Milun za Index.

On napominje da je trenutno posve svejedno koje prekoračenje koristite, ali to će se uskoro promijeniti.Troškovi kamatnih stopa i naknada za vođenje tekućeg računa trenutno su jednaki za oba prekoračenja, ali to istječe do kraja roka koji su banke odredile.

Ako u navedenom roku ne zatražite od banke dopušteno prekoračenje, postoji mogućnost da ćete se naći u problemima. Prema zakonu banka ima dvije opcije. Prva je da vam dozvoli limit prešutnog prekoračenja do najviše iznosa prosječnih mjesečnih primanja. Druga mogućnost je da vam u potpunosti ukine prešutno prekoračenje.

Dodatni razlog za prelazak na dopušteno prekoračenje je veća sigurnost u slučaju da ostanete bez posla ili da vaša tvrtka propadne. Zato je važno da zatražite dopušteno prekoračenje, osobno u banci ili putem internetskog ili mobilnog bankarstva. Učinite to što prije i izbjegnite moguće velike gužve koje bi se mogle stvoriti pred kraj roka, piše Toni Milun za Index.

Svatko će svoju računicu napraviti sam, ali preporuke matematičara i financijskog savjetnika više su nego jasne. Unatoč trenutno višim "minusima" i najavama njihova smanjivanja, pravna i financijska zaštićenost klijenata veća je kod dopuštenog prekoračenja. U ovim financijski teškim i neizvjesnim vremenima to je itekako važno.

Većina građana s tekućim računima od svojih banaka dobila je obavijesti da se opredijele između sadašnjega prešutnog prekoračenja i budućega dopuštenog prekoračenja. Za to su uglavnom banke odredile dosta dug rok do 30. lipnja 2024. godine, što piše i na dokumentu koji su nam banke poslale.

Dio građana je naravno u dilemi za koje se prekoračenje opredijeliti premda je i Hrvatska narodna banka naložila bankama da ponude zamjenu za prešutno prekoračenje koje su banke uvele prije nekoliko godina i ne obavještavajući građane, očito zato što im je to donosilo veće prinose. Građani su tako dobili prešutna prekoračenja koja nisu ni tražili, ona su mogla biti i veća od dopuštenih, ali su i kamate na njih bile veće.

Da stvar bude egzaktnija, matematičar Toni Milun za Index je izračunao koji je minus povoljniji.

Jedan od uvjeta odnosi se na efektivnu kamatnu stopu koja ne smije biti iznad određenog iznosa, koji je trenutno od 1. srpnja do kraja ove godine 9 posto. Prešutno prekoračenje također ima svoja ograničenja, ali ona su blaža, tako da banka više zarađuje na prešutnom prekoračenju, piše Toni Milun za Index.

On napominje da je trenutno posve svejedno koje prekoračenje koristite, ali to će se uskoro promijeniti.Troškovi kamatnih stopa i naknada za vođenje tekućeg računa trenutno su jednaki za oba prekoračenja, ali to istječe do kraja roka koji su banke odredile.

Ako u navedenom roku ne zatražite od banke dopušteno prekoračenje, postoji mogućnost da ćete se naći u problemima. Prema zakonu banka ima dvije opcije. Prva je da vam dozvoli limit prešutnog prekoračenja do najviše iznosa prosječnih mjesečnih primanja. Druga mogućnost je da vam u potpunosti ukine prešutno prekoračenje.

Dodatni razlog za prelazak na dopušteno prekoračenje je veća sigurnost u slučaju da ostanete bez posla ili da vaša tvrtka propadne. Zato je važno da zatražite dopušteno prekoračenje, osobno u banci ili putem internetskog ili mobilnog bankarstva. Učinite to što prije i izbjegnite moguće velike gužve koje bi se mogle stvoriti pred kraj roka, piše Toni Milun za Index.
