Bio je to možda najskuplja užina ikada konzumirana u Ljubljani.
Naime, jedan je burek izgladnjelog dostavljača koštao 400 eura i to samo zato što je sjeo na stepenice crkve kako bi ga pojeo tijekom prve covid karantene u slovenskoj prijestolnici, piše BBC, a prenosi Jutarnji list.
Scena je snimljena kamerom, a fotografija policije koja je okružila dostavljača - zbog zločina skidanja maske i brzog zalogaja - brzo je postala viralna.
To se smatralo simbolom oštrog terora na koji su slovenske vlasti provodile Covid ograničenja.
Sada će taj dostavljač dobiti svoj novac natrag - i njegov policijski dosje bit će izbrisan. Isto vrijedi i za više od 60.000 drugih Slovenaca koji su prekršili mjere protiv Covida.
Policija je izdala kazne u vrijednosti od gotovo 6 milijuna eura u razdoblju dužem od dvije godine. Ali od ovog tjedna na snagu stupa zakon o povratu tog novca.
Time se ispunjava obećanje koje je dao premijer Robert Golob prije nego što je njegov Pokret za slobodu, lijevog centra, izabran prošle godine.
Prethodna desničarska administracija, koju je vodio bivši premijer Janez Janša, nametnula je stroga ograničenja slobode kretanja i okupljanja.
Slovencima nije bilo dopušteno putovati izvan svojih lokalnih područja - a na snazi je bio i policijski sat noću.
Gladni vozač koji je dostavljao hranu bio je jedan od mnogih koji su kažnjeni zbog kršenja obveze nošenja maske. I učiniti bilo što bez Covid potvrde postalo je gotovo nemoguće.
Ustavni sud je ukinuo sve te mjere. No vlastima je sve do sada trebalo poništiti kazne izrečene onima za koje se smatralo da su prekršili.
Ekolog Rok Rozman višestruko je kažnjen zbog sudjelovanja u prosvjedima.
"Dekreti kojima su izricali kazne nisu bili utemeljeni na zakonu", kaže on.
"Vlada je to znala - i ako to znači da sada moraju vratiti novac, tako to ide. Ako živite u zemlji s vladavinom prava, to bi se trebalo odnositi na sve."
To gledište dijeli i sadašnja administracija.
Ministrica pravosuđa Dominika Švarc Pipan izjavila je da bi vraćanje novca od kazni pomoglo ponovnoj izgradnji povjerenja Slovenaca u vladavinu prava, "koje je značajno narušeno uporabom pretjerane i protuustavne represije tijekom pandemije".
Ali zakon o restituciji nije naišao na opću dobrodošlicu.
Jedan zastupnik iz Janšine stranke SDS rekao je da vraćanje kazni "pljuje u lice svim onim zdravstvenim radnicima koji su se neumorno borili za živote naših sugrađana", prenosi Jutarnji list.

Bio je to možda najskuplja užina ikada konzumirana u Ljubljani.
Naime, jedan je burek izgladnjelog dostavljača koštao 400 eura i to samo zato što je sjeo na stepenice crkve kako bi ga pojeo tijekom prve covid karantene u slovenskoj prijestolnici, piše BBC, a prenosi Jutarnji list.
Scena je snimljena kamerom, a fotografija policije koja je okružila dostavljača - zbog zločina skidanja maske i brzog zalogaja - brzo je postala viralna.
To se smatralo simbolom oštrog terora na koji su slovenske vlasti provodile Covid ograničenja.
Sada će taj dostavljač dobiti svoj novac natrag - i njegov policijski dosje bit će izbrisan. Isto vrijedi i za više od 60.000 drugih Slovenaca koji su prekršili mjere protiv Covida.
Policija je izdala kazne u vrijednosti od gotovo 6 milijuna eura u razdoblju dužem od dvije godine. Ali od ovog tjedna na snagu stupa zakon o povratu tog novca.
Time se ispunjava obećanje koje je dao premijer Robert Golob prije nego što je njegov Pokret za slobodu, lijevog centra, izabran prošle godine.
Prethodna desničarska administracija, koju je vodio bivši premijer Janez Janša, nametnula je stroga ograničenja slobode kretanja i okupljanja.
Slovencima nije bilo dopušteno putovati izvan svojih lokalnih područja - a na snazi je bio i policijski sat noću.
Gladni vozač koji je dostavljao hranu bio je jedan od mnogih koji su kažnjeni zbog kršenja obveze nošenja maske. I učiniti bilo što bez Covid potvrde postalo je gotovo nemoguće.
Ustavni sud je ukinuo sve te mjere. No vlastima je sve do sada trebalo poništiti kazne izrečene onima za koje se smatralo da su prekršili.
Ekolog Rok Rozman višestruko je kažnjen zbog sudjelovanja u prosvjedima.
"Dekreti kojima su izricali kazne nisu bili utemeljeni na zakonu", kaže on.
"Vlada je to znala - i ako to znači da sada moraju vratiti novac, tako to ide. Ako živite u zemlji s vladavinom prava, to bi se trebalo odnositi na sve."
To gledište dijeli i sadašnja administracija.
Ministrica pravosuđa Dominika Švarc Pipan izjavila je da bi vraćanje novca od kazni pomoglo ponovnoj izgradnji povjerenja Slovenaca u vladavinu prava, "koje je značajno narušeno uporabom pretjerane i protuustavne represije tijekom pandemije".
Ali zakon o restituciji nije naišao na opću dobrodošlicu.
Jedan zastupnik iz Janšine stranke SDS rekao je da vraćanje kazni "pljuje u lice svim onim zdravstvenim radnicima koji su se neumorno borili za živote naših sugrađana", prenosi Jutarnji list.
