Europska komisija je u srijedu predložila uredbu o uspostavi digitalne potvrde koja bi trebala omogućiti sigurno putovanje unutar Europske unije tijekom pandemije. To će biti dokaz da je osoba cijepljena, da je već preboljela bolest ili da ima negativan test na covid-19. 

Potvrde će biti besplatne, u digitalnom ili papirnatom obliku na jeziku zemlje koja je izdaje i na engleskom. Sadržavat će kod kako bi se osigurala sigurnost i autentičnost potvrde.

Te potvrde trebaju biti usklađene i provjerljive u cijeloj Europskoj uniji.

Komisija poziva države članice i Europski parlament da što prije usvoje prijedlog kako bi uredba mogla stupiti na snagu do ljeta.

Potpredsjednik Komisije Margaritis Schinas kazao je u intervjuu FAZ-u da potvrda treba biti spremna "do ljeta, a ljeto počinje 1. lipnja".

Radi se o mjeri koja je uvelike namijenjena spašavanju turizma u EU. 

Komisija se odlučila za uredbu jer su je države članice dužne izravno primjenjivati, suprotno od preporuka koje ionako malo država poštuje.

Budući da nema dovoljno cjepiva, Komisija želi da te potvrde sadržavaju i rezultat testiranja na covid19 ili nazočnost antitijela kako osobe koje nisu imale priliku cijepiti ne bi bile diskriminirane, što je i bila primjedba mnogih zemalja na tu ideju. 

Po podacima Komisije, dosad se cijepilo samo 3,5 posto stanovništva EU-a.

Europska komisija je u srijedu predložila uredbu o uspostavi digitalne potvrde koja bi trebala omogućiti sigurno putovanje unutar Europske unije tijekom pandemije. To će biti dokaz da je osoba cijepljena, da je već preboljela bolest ili da ima negativan test na covid-19. 

Potvrde će biti besplatne, u digitalnom ili papirnatom obliku na jeziku zemlje koja je izdaje i na engleskom. Sadržavat će kod kako bi se osigurala sigurnost i autentičnost potvrde.

Te potvrde trebaju biti usklađene i provjerljive u cijeloj Europskoj uniji.

Komisija poziva države članice i Europski parlament da što prije usvoje prijedlog kako bi uredba mogla stupiti na snagu do ljeta.

Potpredsjednik Komisije Margaritis Schinas kazao je u intervjuu FAZ-u da potvrda treba biti spremna "do ljeta, a ljeto počinje 1. lipnja".

Radi se o mjeri koja je uvelike namijenjena spašavanju turizma u EU. 

Komisija se odlučila za uredbu jer su je države članice dužne izravno primjenjivati, suprotno od preporuka koje ionako malo država poštuje.

Budući da nema dovoljno cjepiva, Komisija želi da te potvrde sadržavaju i rezultat testiranja na covid19 ili nazočnost antitijela kako osobe koje nisu imale priliku cijepiti ne bi bile diskriminirane, što je i bila primjedba mnogih zemalja na tu ideju. 

Po podacima Komisije, dosad se cijepilo samo 3,5 posto stanovništva EU-a.

Europska komisija predložila uredbu o ‘Covid putovnicama‘, unutar EU moći će se putovati uz jedan od tri uvjeta?

Europska komisija je u srijedu predložila uredbu o uspostavi digitalne potvrde koja bi trebala omogućiti sigurno putovanje unutar Europske unije tijekom pandemije. To će biti dokaz da je osoba cijepljena, da je već preboljela bolest ili da ima negativan test na covid-19. 

Potvrde će biti besplatne, u digitalnom ili papirnatom obliku na jeziku zemlje koja je izdaje i na engleskom. Sadržavat će kod kako bi se osigurala sigurnost i autentičnost potvrde.

Te potvrde trebaju biti usklađene i provjerljive u cijeloj Europskoj uniji.

Komisija poziva države članice i Europski parlament da što prije usvoje prijedlog kako bi uredba mogla stupiti na snagu do ljeta.

Potpredsjednik Komisije Margaritis Schinas kazao je u intervjuu FAZ-u da potvrda treba biti spremna "do ljeta, a ljeto počinje 1. lipnja".

Radi se o mjeri koja je uvelike namijenjena spašavanju turizma u EU. 

Komisija se odlučila za uredbu jer su je države članice dužne izravno primjenjivati, suprotno od preporuka koje ionako malo država poštuje.

Budući da nema dovoljno cjepiva, Komisija želi da te potvrde sadržavaju i rezultat testiranja na covid19 ili nazočnost antitijela kako osobe koje nisu imale priliku cijepiti ne bi bile diskriminirane, što je i bila primjedba mnogih zemalja na tu ideju. 

Po podacima Komisije, dosad se cijepilo samo 3,5 posto stanovništva EU-a.
