Tvrtka Moderna Inc. objavila je u srijedu da prvi podaci istraživanja na ljudima pokazuju da treća doza sadašnjeg ili eksperimentalnog novog kandidata za cjepivo osnažuje imuni odgovor na brazilsku i južnoafričku varijantu koronavirusa.
Docjepljivanje trećom dozom, koje je dano dobrovoljcima ranije cijepljenima Modernom u dvije doze, pojačalo je odgovor antitijela i na izvornu verziju koronavirusa koja izaziva covid-19, objavila je Moderna.
Prvi podaci rezultat su testiranja na 40 dobrovoljaca sadašnjeg Modernina cjepiva, kao i verzije cjepiva koje tvrtka razvija kao odgovor na novu južnoafričku varijantu koronavirusa pod nazivom mRNA-1273.351.
Moderna također proučava cijepljenje koje kombinira sadašnje i novo cjepivo.
Američka biotehnološka tvrtka Moderna objavila je u travnju da je učinkovitost njezina cjepiva protiv koronavirusa na razini od 90 posto protiv svih oblika koronavirusne bolesti i 95 posto učinkovita protiv teških oblika te bolesti te da cjepivo pruža snažnu zaštitu protiv bolesti šest mjeseci nakon druge doze cjepiva.
Ti rezultati proizlazili su iz treće faze kliničkog ispitivanja kojim je obuhvaćeno više od 30 000 ljudi diljem Sjedinjenih Država, a podatak o učinkovitosti predstavlja blagi pad u odnosu na raniji podatak od 94,1 posto objavljen u časopisu New England Journal of Medicine u prosincu.
Novi broj temeljio se na 900 analiziranih covid slučajeva iz studije do 9. travnja, dok se prethodni temeljio na 185 slučajeva.
Moderna radi na dva modificirana cjepiva specifična za novu varijantu koronavirusa i objavila je u travnju da su studije na miševima pokazale da su ta cjepiva izazvala povećani imuni odgovor.
Cjepivo Moderne odobreno je u više od 40 zemalja.

Tvrtka Moderna Inc. objavila je u srijedu da prvi podaci istraživanja na ljudima pokazuju da treća doza sadašnjeg ili eksperimentalnog novog kandidata za cjepivo osnažuje imuni odgovor na brazilsku i južnoafričku varijantu koronavirusa.
Docjepljivanje trećom dozom, koje je dano dobrovoljcima ranije cijepljenima Modernom u dvije doze, pojačalo je odgovor antitijela i na izvornu verziju koronavirusa koja izaziva covid-19, objavila je Moderna.
Prvi podaci rezultat su testiranja na 40 dobrovoljaca sadašnjeg Modernina cjepiva, kao i verzije cjepiva koje tvrtka razvija kao odgovor na novu južnoafričku varijantu koronavirusa pod nazivom mRNA-1273.351.
Moderna također proučava cijepljenje koje kombinira sadašnje i novo cjepivo.
Američka biotehnološka tvrtka Moderna objavila je u travnju da je učinkovitost njezina cjepiva protiv koronavirusa na razini od 90 posto protiv svih oblika koronavirusne bolesti i 95 posto učinkovita protiv teških oblika te bolesti te da cjepivo pruža snažnu zaštitu protiv bolesti šest mjeseci nakon druge doze cjepiva.
Ti rezultati proizlazili su iz treće faze kliničkog ispitivanja kojim je obuhvaćeno više od 30 000 ljudi diljem Sjedinjenih Država, a podatak o učinkovitosti predstavlja blagi pad u odnosu na raniji podatak od 94,1 posto objavljen u časopisu New England Journal of Medicine u prosincu.
Novi broj temeljio se na 900 analiziranih covid slučajeva iz studije do 9. travnja, dok se prethodni temeljio na 185 slučajeva.
Moderna radi na dva modificirana cjepiva specifična za novu varijantu koronavirusa i objavila je u travnju da su studije na miševima pokazale da su ta cjepiva izazvala povećani imuni odgovor.
Cjepivo Moderne odobreno je u više od 40 zemalja.
