Ministar obrane Mario Banožić kazao je u srijedu na konferenciji za medije da poštuje odluku Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa prema kojoj mora platiti 7000 kuna jer je 2019. sam sebi potpisao korištenje državnog stana, no ne želi ga vratiti Državnim nekretninama.

Tijekom svečanosti donacije helikoptera Black Hawk u vojarni 'Pukovnik Marko Živković' na Plesu, ministar obrane osvrnuo se na razdoblje dok je bio ministar državne imovine. Banožić je u rujnu 2019. potpisao odluku kojom je sam sebi dodijelio službeni stan od 92 kvadrata u Gundulićevoj ulici u Zagrebu. No, ministar ponavlja da je radio sukladno zakonskim odredbama,

"Neću se iseliti iz stana jer je Povjerenstvo dokazalo ono što sam ja rekao u postupku. No, poštujem odluku i kaznu ću platiti", rekao je.

Dodao je da je kao državni dužnosnik imao pravo na trosoban stan od najmanje 60 kvadrata, ali ga nije sam birao, već je to učinila Uprava Državnih nekretnina.

"Odluku sam ja potpisao samo zato jer u članku 49 Zakona o državnoj imovini eksplicitno piše da je ministar državne imovine taj koji donosi odluke o stanovima, nikavo treće tijelo", poručio je Banožić.

Ministar obrane kritizirao je predsjednika Republike Zorana Milanovića zbog obnove MIG-ova u Ukrajini tijekom njegovog premijerskog mandata. Smatra da u tom poslu ima dosta nepravilnosti te da sporni MIG-ovi imaju lažnu tehničku dokumentaciju.

"Imamo čvrste dokaze da su brojevi na njima prekucani, da su falsificirane knjižice i zato treba podignuti proces za naplatu štete, sukladno potpisanim ugovorima", izjavio je.

Međutim, Banožić ističe da je "suludo govoriti o tome da se od Ukrajine traži naplata štete s obzirom na situaciju u kojoj se ta zemlja nalazi", a osim toga dodaje da krivica nije na ukrajinskoj državi već na firmi koja je radila remont MIG-ova.

Ministar obrane Mario Banožić kazao je u srijedu na konferenciji za medije da poštuje odluku Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa prema kojoj mora platiti 7000 kuna jer je 2019. sam sebi potpisao korištenje državnog stana, no ne želi ga vratiti Državnim nekretninama.

Tijekom svečanosti donacije helikoptera Black Hawk u vojarni 'Pukovnik Marko Živković' na Plesu, ministar obrane osvrnuo se na razdoblje dok je bio ministar državne imovine. Banožić je u rujnu 2019. potpisao odluku kojom je sam sebi dodijelio službeni stan od 92 kvadrata u Gundulićevoj ulici u Zagrebu. No, ministar ponavlja da je radio sukladno zakonskim odredbama,

"Neću se iseliti iz stana jer je Povjerenstvo dokazalo ono što sam ja rekao u postupku. No, poštujem odluku i kaznu ću platiti", rekao je.

Dodao je da je kao državni dužnosnik imao pravo na trosoban stan od najmanje 60 kvadrata, ali ga nije sam birao, već je to učinila Uprava Državnih nekretnina.

"Odluku sam ja potpisao samo zato jer u članku 49 Zakona o državnoj imovini eksplicitno piše da je ministar državne imovine taj koji donosi odluke o stanovima, nikavo treće tijelo", poručio je Banožić.

Ministar obrane kritizirao je predsjednika Republike Zorana Milanovića zbog obnove MIG-ova u Ukrajini tijekom njegovog premijerskog mandata. Smatra da u tom poslu ima dosta nepravilnosti te da sporni MIG-ovi imaju lažnu tehničku dokumentaciju.

"Imamo čvrste dokaze da su brojevi na njima prekucani, da su falsificirane knjižice i zato treba podignuti proces za naplatu štete, sukladno potpisanim ugovorima", izjavio je.

Međutim, Banožić ističe da je "suludo govoriti o tome da se od Ukrajine traži naplata štete s obzirom na situaciju u kojoj se ta zemlja nalazi", a osim toga dodaje da krivica nije na ukrajinskoj državi već na firmi koja je radila remont MIG-ova.

Ministar Banožić kaže da nema namjeru izaći iz državnog stana: ‘Platit ću i kaznu, ali iz njega iseliti neću‘

Ministar obrane Mario Banožić kazao je u srijedu na konferenciji za medije da poštuje odluku Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa prema kojoj mora platiti 7000 kuna jer je 2019. sam sebi potpisao korištenje državnog stana, no ne želi ga vratiti Državnim nekretninama.

Tijekom svečanosti donacije helikoptera Black Hawk u vojarni 'Pukovnik Marko Živković' na Plesu, ministar obrane osvrnuo se na razdoblje dok je bio ministar državne imovine. Banožić je u rujnu 2019. potpisao odluku kojom je sam sebi dodijelio službeni stan od 92 kvadrata u Gundulićevoj ulici u Zagrebu. No, ministar ponavlja da je radio sukladno zakonskim odredbama,

"Neću se iseliti iz stana jer je Povjerenstvo dokazalo ono što sam ja rekao u postupku. No, poštujem odluku i kaznu ću platiti", rekao je.

Dodao je da je kao državni dužnosnik imao pravo na trosoban stan od najmanje 60 kvadrata, ali ga nije sam birao, već je to učinila Uprava Državnih nekretnina.

"Odluku sam ja potpisao samo zato jer u članku 49 Zakona o državnoj imovini eksplicitno piše da je ministar državne imovine taj koji donosi odluke o stanovima, nikavo treće tijelo", poručio je Banožić.

Ministar obrane kritizirao je predsjednika Republike Zorana Milanovića zbog obnove MIG-ova u Ukrajini tijekom njegovog premijerskog mandata. Smatra da u tom poslu ima dosta nepravilnosti te da sporni MIG-ovi imaju lažnu tehničku dokumentaciju.

"Imamo čvrste dokaze da su brojevi na njima prekucani, da su falsificirane knjižice i zato treba podignuti proces za naplatu štete, sukladno potpisanim ugovorima", izjavio je.

Međutim, Banožić ističe da je "suludo govoriti o tome da se od Ukrajine traži naplata štete s obzirom na situaciju u kojoj se ta zemlja nalazi", a osim toga dodaje da krivica nije na ukrajinskoj državi već na firmi koja je radila remont MIG-ova.
