Premda je koronavirus gurnuo milijune ljudi pred ekrane mobitela i računala, u Španjolskoj se ovih dana vraća u modu slanje tradicionalnih papirnatih božićnih čestitki.
Luis Durrán Carretero, 62-godišnji vlasnik restorana u malom mjestu Buitrago del Lozoya, sjedi za stolom nakon što je završio radni dan. Pred njim se nalazi hrpa modrih kuverti te snop poštanskih markica.


"Ove godine nakon dugo vremena ponovo šaljem one prave, istinske čestitke. Sada u vrijeme korone to je važnije nego ikada", govori Carretero, krupniji muškarac zalizane crne kose unazad i podrezanih brčića. Restoran na autobusnom terminalu vodi već 32 godine.
"U trenutku kada ne možemo biti zajedno, kada nema druženja, bitno je da ljudi na neki način osjete bliskost drugih osoba. Slanje i primanje klasične čestitke, napisane rukom, puno je osobnije. Ono pokazuje da te se netko doista sjetio, da se potrudio, i da mu je stalo", dodaje.


Već je poslao 150, a danas će ih napisati još 50. Piše mesaru od kojeg kupuje meso, gostima koji zalaze u lokal, pa čak i konkurentskim lokalima u Buitragu, mjestu s 1900 stanovnika, sjeverno od Madrida.
"Od srca vam želimo puno zdravlja, puno sreće i puno love za trošenje", piše Carretero osmjehujući se. Preostalih troje zaposlenika potpisuje se na čestitku.


Posljednjih godina mnogi u zemlji s 47 milijuna stanovnika zaboravili su kako izgledaju prave čestitke. Mlađe generacije smatraju to običajem iz davnih vremena djedova i baka. Rad od kuće preko interneta dodatno je otvorio vrata virtualnog svijeta.
No ovaj tjedan su se udružili mladi i stari pa pokrenuli dva projekta kako bi tisuće osamljenih umirovljenika u domovima primile čestitku.


"Htjeli smo ujediniti te dvije generacije koje je pandemija razdvojila", poručuju vlasti istočne pokrajine Aragón. "Važno je da starije osobe u ovim trenucima osjete ljubav i brigu", napominju. U 50 tamošnjih škola djeca rukom pišu čestitke nepoznatim osobama, ubacuju ih u kartonsku "Kutiju za čarobne riječi", a zatim ih poštari odnose u umirovljeničke domove.
"Mercedes, stiglo ti je pismo. Želiš li ga pročitati?, pita Felipe, zaposlenik jednog doma, stariju gospođu koja zbog pandemije ovaj Božić neće provesti s obitelji. Mercedes potvrdno odgovara, pa vidno sretna čita pismo koje joj je poslala nepoznata djevojčica.


"Puno hvala. I ja tebi želim sve najljepše. Neka ti iduća godina bude sretna. Vidjet ćemo hoće li nam život omogućiti da se jednog dana sretnemo", odgovorila je 80-godišnja Mercedes djevojčici koja joj je u ovako teškoj godini uputila tople riječi.

Premda je koronavirus gurnuo milijune ljudi pred ekrane mobitela i računala, u Španjolskoj se ovih dana vraća u modu slanje tradicionalnih papirnatih božićnih čestitki.
Luis Durrán Carretero, 62-godišnji vlasnik restorana u malom mjestu Buitrago del Lozoya, sjedi za stolom nakon što je završio radni dan. Pred njim se nalazi hrpa modrih kuverti te snop poštanskih markica.


"Ove godine nakon dugo vremena ponovo šaljem one prave, istinske čestitke. Sada u vrijeme korone to je važnije nego ikada", govori Carretero, krupniji muškarac zalizane crne kose unazad i podrezanih brčića. Restoran na autobusnom terminalu vodi već 32 godine.
"U trenutku kada ne možemo biti zajedno, kada nema druženja, bitno je da ljudi na neki način osjete bliskost drugih osoba. Slanje i primanje klasične čestitke, napisane rukom, puno je osobnije. Ono pokazuje da te se netko doista sjetio, da se potrudio, i da mu je stalo", dodaje.


Već je poslao 150, a danas će ih napisati još 50. Piše mesaru od kojeg kupuje meso, gostima koji zalaze u lokal, pa čak i konkurentskim lokalima u Buitragu, mjestu s 1900 stanovnika, sjeverno od Madrida.
"Od srca vam želimo puno zdravlja, puno sreće i puno love za trošenje", piše Carretero osmjehujući se. Preostalih troje zaposlenika potpisuje se na čestitku.


Posljednjih godina mnogi u zemlji s 47 milijuna stanovnika zaboravili su kako izgledaju prave čestitke. Mlađe generacije smatraju to običajem iz davnih vremena djedova i baka. Rad od kuće preko interneta dodatno je otvorio vrata virtualnog svijeta.
No ovaj tjedan su se udružili mladi i stari pa pokrenuli dva projekta kako bi tisuće osamljenih umirovljenika u domovima primile čestitku.


"Htjeli smo ujediniti te dvije generacije koje je pandemija razdvojila", poručuju vlasti istočne pokrajine Aragón. "Važno je da starije osobe u ovim trenucima osjete ljubav i brigu", napominju. U 50 tamošnjih škola djeca rukom pišu čestitke nepoznatim osobama, ubacuju ih u kartonsku "Kutiju za čarobne riječi", a zatim ih poštari odnose u umirovljeničke domove.
"Mercedes, stiglo ti je pismo. Želiš li ga pročitati?, pita Felipe, zaposlenik jednog doma, stariju gospođu koja zbog pandemije ovaj Božić neće provesti s obitelji. Mercedes potvrdno odgovara, pa vidno sretna čita pismo koje joj je poslala nepoznata djevojčica.


"Puno hvala. I ja tebi želim sve najljepše. Neka ti iduća godina bude sretna. Vidjet ćemo hoće li nam život omogućiti da se jednog dana sretnemo", odgovorila je 80-godišnja Mercedes djevojčici koja joj je u ovako teškoj godini uputila tople riječi.

Sjećate se onih papirnatih čestitki za Božić? U Španjolskoj su ponovo u modi, uveseljavaju na tisuće ljudi

Premda je koronavirus gurnuo milijune ljudi pred ekrane mobitela i računala, u Španjolskoj se ovih dana vraća u modu slanje tradicionalnih papirnatih božićnih čestitki.
Luis Durrán Carretero, 62-godišnji vlasnik restorana u malom mjestu Buitrago del Lozoya, sjedi za stolom nakon što je završio radni dan. Pred njim se nalazi hrpa modrih kuverti te snop poštanskih markica.


"Ove godine nakon dugo vremena ponovo šaljem one prave, istinske čestitke. Sada u vrijeme korone to je važnije nego ikada", govori Carretero, krupniji muškarac zalizane crne kose unazad i podrezanih brčića. Restoran na autobusnom terminalu vodi već 32 godine.
"U trenutku kada ne možemo biti zajedno, kada nema druženja, bitno je da ljudi na neki način osjete bliskost drugih osoba. Slanje i primanje klasične čestitke, napisane rukom, puno je osobnije. Ono pokazuje da te se netko doista sjetio, da se potrudio, i da mu je stalo", dodaje.


Već je poslao 150, a danas će ih napisati još 50. Piše mesaru od kojeg kupuje meso, gostima koji zalaze u lokal, pa čak i konkurentskim lokalima u Buitragu, mjestu s 1900 stanovnika, sjeverno od Madrida.
"Od srca vam želimo puno zdravlja, puno sreće i puno love za trošenje", piše Carretero osmjehujući se. Preostalih troje zaposlenika potpisuje se na čestitku.


Posljednjih godina mnogi u zemlji s 47 milijuna stanovnika zaboravili su kako izgledaju prave čestitke. Mlađe generacije smatraju to običajem iz davnih vremena djedova i baka. Rad od kuće preko interneta dodatno je otvorio vrata virtualnog svijeta.
No ovaj tjedan su se udružili mladi i stari pa pokrenuli dva projekta kako bi tisuće osamljenih umirovljenika u domovima primile čestitku.


"Htjeli smo ujediniti te dvije generacije koje je pandemija razdvojila", poručuju vlasti istočne pokrajine Aragón. "Važno je da starije osobe u ovim trenucima osjete ljubav i brigu", napominju. U 50 tamošnjih škola djeca rukom pišu čestitke nepoznatim osobama, ubacuju ih u kartonsku "Kutiju za čarobne riječi", a zatim ih poštari odnose u umirovljeničke domove.
"Mercedes, stiglo ti je pismo. Želiš li ga pročitati?, pita Felipe, zaposlenik jednog doma, stariju gospođu koja zbog pandemije ovaj Božić neće provesti s obitelji. Mercedes potvrdno odgovara, pa vidno sretna čita pismo koje joj je poslala nepoznata djevojčica.


"Puno hvala. I ja tebi želim sve najljepše. Neka ti iduća godina bude sretna. Vidjet ćemo hoće li nam život omogućiti da se jednog dana sretnemo", odgovorila je 80-godišnja Mercedes djevojčici koja joj je u ovako teškoj godini uputila tople riječi.
