Dolazi vam naručeni paket, ali niste kod kuće i odlučujete ga preusmjeriti na radno mjesto. Nemate spreman točan iznos zbog čega nagradite dostavljača s nekoliko kuna bakšiša. Hrvatska je ušla u eurozonu pa 3 kune, koje ste inače ostavljali dostavljaču, postaju 3 eura što je gotovo 20 kuna više. Dostavljač nema za vratiti ostatak, vama se žuri i tako on razliku spremi u džep, piše Jutarnji list. 

Takvu praksu primijetio je portir jedne veće zagrebačke firme u koju svakodnevno pristižu paketi. On je uvjeren da dostavljači zarađuju nekoliko desetaka eura dnevno koristeći se trikom da nemaju sitnih eura za povrat. Dodaje da su se takve stvari ranije događale i s dostavom gableca, dok danas većina ljudi hranu naručuje preko aplikacija i plaća karticama.

Uputili smo upit Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja kao stručnom nositelju izrade Zakona o zaštiti potrošača te je stigao odgovor da se trgovac treba pridržavati istaknute maloprodajne cijene, odnosno ako mu novac nije vraćen, potrošač može podnijeti pisani prigovor.

- Trgovac je dužan odgovoriti na prigovor u roku od 15 dana od dana kada je prigovor zaprimio, jasno se izjašnjavajući prihvaća li osnovanost prigovora potrošača. U slučaju da potrošač nije zaprimio odgovor u roku ili ga je zaprimio u roku, ali zbog sadržaja odgovora na prigovor smatra da su mu prava i dalje povrijeđena, on može podnijeti prijavu Državnom inspektoratu, napisali su.

Iz Hrvatske udruge za zaštitu potrošača dali su konkretniji odgovor koji kaže da ako nema sredstva za izvratiti potrošaču, mora raditi na svoju štetu.

- Ako dostavljač ne vrati kusur, on je taj kusur ukrao. Kada trgovac kaže pripremite sitan novac onda, da ne bi bilo diskriminacije, bi i trgovac trebao imati sitan novac. Isto tako potrošač njemu može reći da pripremi sitan novac da može vratiti ostatak, poručili su iz HUZP-a.

Kako to izgleda u praksi pitali su Hrvatsku poštu i DPD.

- Pri preuzimanju paketa na adresi korisnici poštaru mogu platiti gotovinom ili putem aplikacije KEKS Pay. Drugim riječima, u slučaju da nemate gotovinu ili točan iznos, uslugu možete platiti i digitalno. Korisnicima prije dostave stiže i poruka u kojoj su navedeni termin dolaska poštara i ukupan iznos kojeg treba platiti pri preuzimanju paketa tako da korisnik može unaprijed pripremiti točan iznos, napisali su iz HP-a.

Iz DPD-a su poručili da kuriri unutar njihove mreže imaju zabranu samoinicijativnog "zaokruživanja" iznosa pouzeća, a primatelj paketa svoju narudžbu može platiti preko WSPay-a, odnosno korištenjem kartice, te aplikacijama Aircash, KeksPay i kriptovalutama. Također, prije svake dostave primatelj dobije vremenski okvir dostava i točan iznos pouzeća koji treba pripremiti.

- Pripremom točnog iznosa otkupnine koji se predaje kuriru prilikom dostave paketa smanjuje se zadržavanje kurira kod primatelja (na adresi) prilikom isporuke paketa, ali se smanjuje i mogućnost pogreške pri manipulaciji i povratu ostatka gotovine primatelju paketa, rekli su iz DPD-a.

Dolazi vam naručeni paket, ali niste kod kuće i odlučujete ga preusmjeriti na radno mjesto. Nemate spreman točan iznos zbog čega nagradite dostavljača s nekoliko kuna bakšiša. Hrvatska je ušla u eurozonu pa 3 kune, koje ste inače ostavljali dostavljaču, postaju 3 eura što je gotovo 20 kuna više. Dostavljač nema za vratiti ostatak, vama se žuri i tako on razliku spremi u džep, piše Jutarnji list. 

Takvu praksu primijetio je portir jedne veće zagrebačke firme u koju svakodnevno pristižu paketi. On je uvjeren da dostavljači zarađuju nekoliko desetaka eura dnevno koristeći se trikom da nemaju sitnih eura za povrat. Dodaje da su se takve stvari ranije događale i s dostavom gableca, dok danas većina ljudi hranu naručuje preko aplikacija i plaća karticama.

Uputili smo upit Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja kao stručnom nositelju izrade Zakona o zaštiti potrošača te je stigao odgovor da se trgovac treba pridržavati istaknute maloprodajne cijene, odnosno ako mu novac nije vraćen, potrošač može podnijeti pisani prigovor.

- Trgovac je dužan odgovoriti na prigovor u roku od 15 dana od dana kada je prigovor zaprimio, jasno se izjašnjavajući prihvaća li osnovanost prigovora potrošača. U slučaju da potrošač nije zaprimio odgovor u roku ili ga je zaprimio u roku, ali zbog sadržaja odgovora na prigovor smatra da su mu prava i dalje povrijeđena, on može podnijeti prijavu Državnom inspektoratu, napisali su.

Iz Hrvatske udruge za zaštitu potrošača dali su konkretniji odgovor koji kaže da ako nema sredstva za izvratiti potrošaču, mora raditi na svoju štetu.

- Ako dostavljač ne vrati kusur, on je taj kusur ukrao. Kada trgovac kaže pripremite sitan novac onda, da ne bi bilo diskriminacije, bi i trgovac trebao imati sitan novac. Isto tako potrošač njemu može reći da pripremi sitan novac da može vratiti ostatak, poručili su iz HUZP-a.

Kako to izgleda u praksi pitali su Hrvatsku poštu i DPD.

- Pri preuzimanju paketa na adresi korisnici poštaru mogu platiti gotovinom ili putem aplikacije KEKS Pay. Drugim riječima, u slučaju da nemate gotovinu ili točan iznos, uslugu možete platiti i digitalno. Korisnicima prije dostave stiže i poruka u kojoj su navedeni termin dolaska poštara i ukupan iznos kojeg treba platiti pri preuzimanju paketa tako da korisnik može unaprijed pripremiti točan iznos, napisali su iz HP-a.

Iz DPD-a su poručili da kuriri unutar njihove mreže imaju zabranu samoinicijativnog "zaokruživanja" iznosa pouzeća, a primatelj paketa svoju narudžbu može platiti preko WSPay-a, odnosno korištenjem kartice, te aplikacijama Aircash, KeksPay i kriptovalutama. Također, prije svake dostave primatelj dobije vremenski okvir dostava i točan iznos pouzeća koji treba pripremiti.

- Pripremom točnog iznosa otkupnine koji se predaje kuriru prilikom dostave paketa smanjuje se zadržavanje kurira kod primatelja (na adresi) prilikom isporuke paketa, ali se smanjuje i mogućnost pogreške pri manipulaciji i povratu ostatka gotovine primatelju paketa, rekli su iz DPD-a.

Dolazi vam naručeni paket, ali niste kod kuće i odlučujete ga preusmjeriti na radno mjesto. Nemate spreman točan iznos zbog čega nagradite dostavljača s nekoliko kuna bakšiša. Hrvatska je ušla u eurozonu pa 3 kune, koje ste inače ostavljali dostavljaču, postaju 3 eura što je gotovo 20 kuna više. Dostavljač nema za vratiti ostatak, vama se žuri i tako on razliku spremi u džep, piše Jutarnji list. 

Takvu praksu primijetio je portir jedne veće zagrebačke firme u koju svakodnevno pristižu paketi. On je uvjeren da dostavljači zarađuju nekoliko desetaka eura dnevno koristeći se trikom da nemaju sitnih eura za povrat. Dodaje da su se takve stvari ranije događale i s dostavom gableca, dok danas većina ljudi hranu naručuje preko aplikacija i plaća karticama.

Uputili smo upit Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja kao stručnom nositelju izrade Zakona o zaštiti potrošača te je stigao odgovor da se trgovac treba pridržavati istaknute maloprodajne cijene, odnosno ako mu novac nije vraćen, potrošač može podnijeti pisani prigovor.

- Trgovac je dužan odgovoriti na prigovor u roku od 15 dana od dana kada je prigovor zaprimio, jasno se izjašnjavajući prihvaća li osnovanost prigovora potrošača. U slučaju da potrošač nije zaprimio odgovor u roku ili ga je zaprimio u roku, ali zbog sadržaja odgovora na prigovor smatra da su mu prava i dalje povrijeđena, on može podnijeti prijavu Državnom inspektoratu, napisali su.
